An Easter egg of dreams was received today. I can’t describe how beautiful the flowers, berries and ladybirds are that decorate this delicate yet substantial egg. Such a vintage vibe. I haven’t even got to talking about the collection of chocolates inside… oh my!

Have used Audrey,s for years and there quality is always amazing the service is great and friendly and in this case the postage and packaging was excellent as I’ve never had it delivered before

I’ve previously ordered from here and have raved to family and friends.
I ordered on 22 March 2026 for some Easter items, and my box arrived 31 March with 3 items missing. Very disappointed and had to call through to the shop. I later received a callback from the postage team.
I explained what was missing from my order and the 3 items were posted out the next day, all arrived safely today 02 April.
What I don’t understand is why the items for the order were not counted against the order before the box was closed. I was also offered the choice of a refund for the missing 3 items.
Mistakes can happen, but it’s the recovery process which is equally important.
Would I order again, absolutely the products are just too good to miss.
I love that I can pick my favourites and make a box - a very chic Box !
They are all delicious and beautifully crafted- I treat myself but they make perfect presents !

I love Audrey’s and I love the products. However, a little more thought needs to go into the packaging. I ordered an Easter egg as a present. When it arrived, the egg had twisted in the packaging and the box was a little torn at the top. As I twisted the egg (carefully) to set it straight so I could gift it, the very thin foil on the top of the egg rubbed off. So it looked substandard as a gift. When you have spent £50, this is not acceptable. I won’t order by post again.

Love Audrey's Chocolates. As a little girl in the 70s I always asked my mum if we could look in the window. The hat boxes looked so luxurious; I have just bought one for my sister's birthday. They are very expensive, but they are very special. Lovely to see they are still in business making English chocolates the traditional way when the market is so saturated with Belgian chocs.

Audrey’s chocolate is a very special company . From the moment the beautiful blue box arrives , unwrapping the soft tissue paper and seeing the rows of beautiful handmade chocolates. The whole experience and the quality of the chocolates by far exceeds the cost of the boxes . I had a slight problem with how my box arrived in transit and the company dealt with it very quickly. Audrey’s is now part of my family celebration traditions.

Overpriced and no quality control. The white chocolate bear I got my husband for Christmas and the Toffee Shop fudge which we ordered recently has gone uneaten because it is spoiled. My husband placed the order for the fudge (which was our second time ordering it) and it was rancid with only a month expiry date. Audrey’s did do the right thing and refunded him the cost but it’s real hit and miss ordering from them. We didn’t enjoy some of the flavours in the expensive boxes of mixed chocolate. The diagrams for each chocolate didn’t match up to the product so we never knew what we were getting. It was a bit of a mine field with most of the flavours not to our liking.
**Update** Why are you lying now? Your update about sending a replacement for the fudge or chocolate is untrue. My husband received a refund on just the fudge. That’s it. It was also impossible for him to complete the transaction on the Liberty Spring Hat Box at the time he placed his order. He had to contact customer service and even they had a hard time placing the order as it kept coming up as out of stock although it was showing up as available on the website. We got there in the end but as far as flavours are concerned in the hat box, orange marzipan should not be a flavour that should exist. Bleh.
