Professional guidance for a difficult subject
The follow up after my first enquiry, was friendly, informative and professional. I never felt pressured. I wanted time to think about my decision and to consult with my family. The representatives honoured this respectfully and with the understanding that this is not a decision to be made lightly. The materials sent are clearly presented and easy to follow.
