Turnaround time less than expected, great customer service, lost a screw where in transit I have no idea if it was my fault or their’s but they shipped a replacement no charge immediately and followed up with me. Product looks timeless and the service and communication quick and efficient.

Amazing quality and incredible customer service. The owner of the brand is so helpful when it came to choosing the color of plates that would work with my newly renovated basement! I ordered black and brass and they’re elevating the entire look of the space. A little change often times can make the biggest impact in a space. Definitely will order again!

They are just light switches, right? Once you notice this detail you can't unsee it. We just had our kitchen repainted and had to take off all the plastic light switches. Well a bunch of them were accidentally thrown out. I couldn't bring myself to order more of what was essentially garbage. I saw an ad for Aure switches and gave them a call. They were really easy to work with. I went with matte black since it seemed like the safest option and we are really happy with the results. Going to be bolder for when we get to the guest bathroom.
