Listen to all the bad reviews and please don't order from this company. They didn’t deliver the flowers and then would only attempt a redelivery for a $15 fee.

Flowers not what I ordered or promised, customer service shocking

Flowers were not what I ordered, I was told similar flowers would be supplied and an upgrade, never did I think 4 bags of crisps would be the upgrade, what the hell???
The flowers were not even similar in colour or blooms, the card was also wrong with a stapled in piece of paper, will not be ordering from here again

Look good but are really bad

Look good but are really bad. The moment we ordered excuses were made about delivery times and not being able to fulfil the bouquet we ordered. They said at least an equivalent value would be supplied but in reality the flowers were poor quality and dumped on the doorstep in blazing heat with no attempt to ring the door bell. Only by luck were they found in very poor condition. Do not buy from these people.

There is nothing Aussie about…

there is nothing Aussie about Aussieblooms, i ordered a christmas bouquet for them to send the flowers on a plane from New Zealand. Instead of a beautiful bouquet , recieved some flowers that had been dragged pillow to post. Shocking

Made an order on Friday and by Saturday…

Made an order on Friday and by Saturday the flowers were still not delivered for my friends birthday after contacting them twice i was assured they were delivered. Sunday comes still no delivery and noone can justify which third party was responsible for the delivery that never arrived . They are also part of bloomex be aware massive scammers

DO NOT USE! Complete scam! I should have known by the fact that they don't have detailed descriptions of their flowers and gifts as any other reputable site would. They take your order and your money, confirming the order and delivery. Then they email shortly after to say they can't fulfil the flower order because there are 'no local florists available'. They offer a 'gourmet hamper' instead, or a credit on your account with them. When you ask for a refund they email again trying to persuade you to have it 'delivered to another address' or accept another gift option, but also say they will refund. To date they haven't. They are fraudulent thieves.

Scam! Avoid

This is a rotten, awful, scam of a company. Ordered +$100 of flowers 3 weeks ago. No delivery, no way of contacting them (customer support email bounces back), no way of getting money back. Please do not order from this cynical dumpster of a company

Do not use this company

Ordered from the UK to send to a friend in Australia. The tracking stated the order was "awaiting collection". However, my friend received nothing to indicate where this was to be collected from. I attempted to trace using my details and everything stated they had no record of my order. Subsequently tried to contact their customer support and they email address is invalid! Basically, feels like a scam and had money stolen off me. Used Interflora as a replacement and they arrived the next day as specified. Do not use this company!

I am furious and disappointed with my experience ordering flowers through your company.

I placed an order on Sunday, November 16, for delivery on Friday, November 21 on my daughter's birthday. She is in Australia and I am in Spain, so this delivery was extremely important to me. For THREE DAYS, I tried to get confirmation of the delivery date because it did not appear on the order confirmation. Every time I emailed, my messages bounced back. I finally managed to reach someone on chat on Wednesday, and Aussie Blooms assured me the flowers would be delivered on November 21.

Then, on Thursday, November 20, I received an email from Aramex Australia Brisbane stating that the flowers were on their way. But today is November 21, my daughter's birthday, and there has been NO DELIVERY. When I track the order, it now says the flowers will not arrive until November 25—FIVE DAYS TO DELIVER FLOWERS from Brisbane to Surfers Paradise. Absolutely unacceptable. The flowers will arrive wilted and pointless, nearly a week after her birthday.

This entire experience has been infuriating. I send flowers often and have never encountered such incompetence. Your communication is appalling, and you have completely ruined a special occasion for us. I expect an immediate explanation and compensation.

Terrible service

Terrible service — do not recommend.

I ordered a supersize bouquet well in advance for my mother’s birthday, yet the company failed to deliver and didn’t contact me until after the date had passed. They advertise same-day delivery, but later claimed they only have a courier Tuesday/Friday completely misleading.

When I suggested I just wanted the flowers delivered and a full refund to remedy their mistake this was refused and instead their “solution” was to deliver the flowers a minimum four days late, refund the delivery fee, and offer a $20 voucher (I bet this amount would hardly buy a single stem). They also suggested an “upgrade,” even though I had already bought the largest option furthermore I had no trust they would even fulfil this ‘upgrade’.

What was meant to be a meaningful gift was completely ruined and undermined the significance of sending someone flowers in the first place. I’ve requested a full refund and won’t use this company again.

Unreliable, misleading, and disappointing.

They took payment and never delivered the flowers I ordered. Will not answer any emails or send any tracking details. Total scam company. Buyers beware.

The worst experience of online order I…

The worst experience of online order I ever had . I was in hospital in Belgium and on the 29 it was. My daughter’s birthday I wanted to surprise her so instead of asking friends that live therefore a reputable store for me to order I went online and and found we’d I ordered and paid for it to be delivered on the 29. I did this on the 21 to make sure they have enough time to carry it out. On the 29 my daughter’s birthday did not receive it I sent email after email nothing I do know that there is a time difference , on the 30 I manage to chat with a customer service to say that.it was delivered and because no one was home they just simply hide it behind a bin and they did not leave a calling card they do have her number to inform her of it to which was not done, Anyway she finally received her gift on th 31 . And on top of that I paid an add on for some chocolate cheerful delight which she did not receive and on the photo of the flower arrangement there was a little teddy bear which was the reason why I chose that package and did not pay extra for a teddy bear @nyway that was also not in the package. I sent them email about this I did get the curtesy of a reply from them they di not sent my daughter the cheerfuldelight I ordered no teddy bear all in all 1 big disappointment I say don’t use them in the future I have learned my lesson that in the future to ask friends for help . This web site to disappointing and unreliable avoid at all cost the stress is not worth it specially for a person in hospital with a stroke I am raving mad specially being ignored after a bad service . I always believe Aussie give good service this has really brought their service down a notch

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered flowers from UK to be delivered 2 days later and they never have been and like all the other reviews all emails bounced back. Why is google still bringing them up and not blocking them. It seems there’s a lot of people out there that have been done!! Don’t order from them. In future I will always look at the reviews first 😡

I purchased from this company because they offered a 15% discount, then refused to honour it. I'll never purchase from this company again, and because of the dishonesty and lack of customer response regarding the same, neither should you.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Flowers were in transit for 2 weeks and arrived slimey, rotten and dead! However when sending in pictures the company said they looked fresh and beautiful. When asking for a refund they would only offer partial refund a resend of the flowers or store credit. They tried to blame it on the florist when it was clearly their choice in courier! Definitely don’t use this company. Oh and just for reference Bloomex is the same company so also avoid!

Wish I read these reviews before I…

Wish I read these reviews before I bought the sympathy flowers for a relative. They were disgraceful. They looked like cheap service station flowers nothing like the photo of what i ordered. Just some white flowers dropped in a jar. A receipt was suppose to be sent via email but never received that too. On the phone to them and while they were suppose to send (a few times) but didn't come through. So hopefully I haven't been scammed!
Email to them has been returned surprise surprise

I have reported this sight to Google as a scam. If it continues they become complicit. Also to the ACCC Australian Competition & Consumer Commission it's our consumer watch dog and effective. Say you will be Citing Section 18 (misleading or deceptive conduct) Section 35 (bait advertising)Section 36 (wrongful acceptance of payment)

TERRIBLE!!

TERRIBLE!!! I spent $150 on flowers for mys sisters birthday which were never delivered and despite many emails to the company….which all bounced back……I’ve got nowhere. Don’t buy here! TERRIBLE!!!

Pathetic

Pathetic, do not order from them.
They couldn't deliver my order of flowers for a birthday because they dont have any flowers. It is borderline scam, they must be reported to authorities to be shut down! Go to a reliable local florist.
