TERRIBLE!!! I spent $150 on flowers for mys sisters birthday which were never delivered and despite many emails to the company….which all bounced back……I’ve got nowhere. Don’t buy here! TERRIBLE!!!

Pathetic, do not order from them.
They couldn't deliver my order of flowers for a birthday because they dont have any flowers. It is borderline scam, they must be reported to authorities to be shut down! Go to a reliable local florist.

Flowers were ordered for my mother's 99th birthday by relatives in the UK. Nothing was delivered, a disappointing result for everyone, Again, no reply to emails or phone calls. This is a total fraud.

If I could give less than one star, I would have. Ordered a bouquet from USA for delivery in AU, confirmed they would send that bouquet, and then they delivered grocery store flowers, or flowers you can pick up at the corner gas/petrol station. Magically, their email address does not work. I have written three days in a row, but I keep getting a message that my email was not delivered. Oh, how cute. I even tipped the delivery person, who, by the way, threw the box on the porch and left it there, which obviously did not do much for the flowers that were delivered. I was severely disappointed on what was spent versus what was delivered. DO NOT BUY FROM AUSSIEBLOOMS.AU...just don't!

Seems to a total scam company - ordered flowers from UK to be delivered in Melbourne for my Aunts 99th Birthday - never arrived but money taken from account- looking at all other reviews, wishing I had checked Trust Pilot out before ordering.

Extremely disappointed with this service. I paid over AUD 100 for the Cozy Burst bouquet, which was advertised as a full and elegant arrangement. What I received was a sparse bunch with just a few small roses — nothing like the photos online. This feels misleading and unacceptable, especially for such a high price. Embarrassing both for the sender and the recipient. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

My son in the UK spent over $200 for flowers to be delivered to me in QLD, never received it, he said the website looks good, big scam how do they get away with it. Don’t order anything as you don’t get anything but money loss SCAMMERS

PURCHASED FLOWERS FROM UK TO BE DELIVERED IN AUSS FOR MOTHERS BIRTHDAY, HAD SIX EMAILS WITH DIFFERENT DATES, APPARANTLY FLOWERS ARE OK IN TRANSIT FOR TWO WEEKS HA WHAT A JOKE, THEN EVENTUALLY THEY SENT AN EMAIL TO SAY BEEN DELIVERED, WHICH THEY WERE NOT!! Im from Ireland. I ordered flowers, with added extras of wine and chocolate for my daughter’s 24th in Australia. Order 4 days in advance of the birthday, order confirmation received ten a day later email stating order being packed for delivery then nothing. No delivery made. Emailed them on wecare, mail delivery failure.
Don’t use them, they are a joke.

Absolute Scam Company!!!
Sent flowers and extra add-ons to a friend and received a message in the middle of the night saying the package had been delivered - no it hadn't.
I sent an email to their email address and it bounced.
Unable to contact any other way.
Of all the companies to choose from I had to pick a company that scammed me!
My biggest mistake was not reading the many reviews on this company.
Well I live and learn.

Ordered flowers from UK following passing of family member. Paid for same day delivery (1st July).

Received email saying no delivered 20th Aug.

Spoke recently to recipient. Never received.

Email sent to "wecare" email address returned "failed".

Gone on live chat today and they have no record of my order after I gave them details of order number, recipient (they actually asked if I was or recipient was, a different name and my phone number and copy of email order confirm.

Hoping Credit Card company refund but upsetting due to the circumstances.

Would suggest avoid.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered flowers from the UK for my daughters 21st. Twice they have cancelled on the day of delivery. They do not respond to e nails or contacts. I’ve had to get friends in Oz to call them but the person on the other end is impossible to understand. An appalling experience saltogether. Please do not use them.

Awful. Took my money, never delivered despite insisting that they had delivered!
Horrible attitude, just insistence that the flowers were delivered..to whom, we will never know as they refuse to supply any details of the delivery.
$115 straight down the drain.
Keep away from this scam.

The flowers were ordered in time for a special wedding anniversary….unsurprisingly ( after now reading the reviews) they were not delivered on time, nor did the actual flowers look much like the ones I ordered. In addition & to add insult to injury , they added a box of pretzels as an apology!… what???….my advice???… don’t use Aussie Blooms. …,,,they appear to have all the ‘bells & whistles’…. but in reality they seem to have little customer care.

Appaulling company. I have been scammed. Spent $130 dollars on flowers and card for sister's 60th. I received an email saying delivered nine days before requested. They had not arrived and when I emailed them it bounced back. I sent a message from their site and never heard from them. They should not be allowed to operate - disgraceful, taking advantage of the public like that. I only gave one star as not possible to leave a big fat zero!

Using this company is a lesson to read the reviews first before using a company in good faith. The flowers were a day late and nothing like the appearance or the value of what I ordered. When I complained, they said there was nothing to be done. This is something that has happened to other people. Buyer Beware!!!!!!

I ordered flowers from Aussies Blooms $89.95 plus birthday card $7.00 & something, plus delivery fees & taxes = $123.09. Did not receive flowers. I have sent them an email on Saturday but has come back to me as " problems with the server".

I guess I must be another person who has been scammed. Very, very quick to take my money though.
