I have ordered three different bags and they are all great quality. The photos and descriptions were accurate, arrived as expected. I am happy with my purchases.

Items feel thoughtfully designed, just a bit more refinement would make it better.

The bag I ordered is lovely, very good quality.
I've only given 4 stars as updates on delivery were sparse.

I bought a travel sling for quick trips, and it’s already become my favorite. Small but impressively roomy.

Advertised as 'Fast & Free UK wide delivery' the reality is it came from mainland China and took over 3 weeks.

Ordered a bag on 5th Dec (in time for Christmas 🙄) based on their advertised ‘fast and free delivery’. It has finally been delivered on 29th Dec. It is not great quality and I suspect won’t last long. It is also supposed to have leather trim, it does not , it has plastic trim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Finally found a bag that mixes safety with style. It doesn’t make me look like a tourist, which I really appreciate.

AVOID!! Ordered a gift in plenty of time for Christmas and despite all other items being delivered, all of which were ordered AFTER this one- guess what- it didn't arrive!!

They have a shocking TrustPilot review for a reason- you have been warned!!

Because I ordered at Christmas probably took a little longer for delivery,
Emailed company and they responded straight away and said parcel was on route

Ordered a Christmas present on December 3rd, and it still hasn’t arrived. Attempts to cancel or get a refund have been met with lies and point blank refusals.Their customer service is nonexistent — they ignore basic consumer rights, common decency, and any sense of urgency completely disregarding the fact that my order was a Christmas present for my father.
This clearly disreputable, sham of a company treats customers like they don’t matter. Promises are meaningless, complaints vanish into a void, and their attitude shows utter contempt for anyone who buys from them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are plenty of other companies that actually honour orders and respect the law.

Still waiting for an item I placed an order for on 11th December. It’s now Boxing Day and was intended for a Christmas present. It is not in fact fast delivery it’s at this point no delivery. Complained and received an inadequate response. Their clearly no arsed about their customers. Buyer beware

Having ordered a bag for a Christmas present, a while ago, it hasn’t arrived. I was led to believe this was a U.K. company and all orders were dispatched from the U.K.
I will not be recommending this company and would warn people not to order from them.
Sadly I never read the reviews before ordering.

Awful company, avoid them at all costs. They claim they have ‘fast UK delivery’, but do not mention they ship everything from China. My gift, which was a hold-all, took 3 weeks to arrive, and was made of cheap plastic. I asked to return it, and they expected me to pay shipping costs! Ignore their recent fake reviews, do not shop here.

They really understand what travelers look for. The products are practical and built for long-term use.

Do not use this company. They are not UK based and are actually in China. I believed them to be a UK company when I placed my order at the beginning of December. The bag was to be a Christmas gift but it STILL hasn't arrived. I'm not convinced it will turn up at all. I am angry and disappointed and feel like I've been scammed. I do not recommend this company and would encourage others to steer well clear.

The level of detail is outstanding the zippers straps and materials feel premium and sturdy

They include a brief anecdote that other prospective buyers can identify with, particularly the concern of selecting the correct size when shopping online.
