Backpackbazaar Avis 97

I ordered a bag from this company on the 28th of November and it’s now 3 weeks later and it has still not arrived. I mailed customer service this morning and they did reply asking me to be patient and that my order is in transit. I wish I had read the reviews for Backpackbazaar before I placed an order. Never again 😑.

I purchased a travel backpack from this business, and it is genuinely the finest one I have ever had. It is extremely resilient, fashionable, and obviously created with actual travelers in consideration.

Bought and paid for items that have never been received and had to claim money back via my bank. Clearly scammers. They claim fast delivery - also lies

I didn't expect such high-quality materials at this price point . Very satisfied with what I got

Still waiting for the delivery, waiting even for a progress update on the shipping from China 10 days after placing the order.

Shamefully, the company used a UK website address to try and con people into expecting an earlier delivery, and I fell for it. Ordered as a Xmas gift, but now suspect it won't arrive any time close to that. Will cancel the order but then have to pay for the delivery of the return, so will be paying them for nothing but inconvenience and hassle. They'll have my money for weeks until the 14 days after the return (after however long I have to wait for it arrive) when they say I will be refunded.

Please don't make the same mistake I did and order from this company. Seems the internet is full of these shadowy operations these days.

Fast and free delivery! Absolutely NOT. EXCUSE, AFTER EXCUSE. Then 11 days after many emails, they say it's been despatched, then immediately they send me an email asking if I was enjoying the item!? Which I still haven't received yet. My advice, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I ordered the Emily backpack for my son to start secondary school in September. Within weeks the insides were all falling apart. My son has asked for a new backpack because of this. The product description states clearly that it's built sturdy for daily use. It's one of the reasons I got this backpack and used this website. I contacted them mad even offered to top up the difference if they could give us a backpack that will last longer than a few weeks. Their response was that 'the compensation period has passed'

I wouldn't advise buying from them if your reason for buying is durability.

The bag I purchased looked nice online and I thought I was buying a quality product from a UK based company. But I was wrong. The product is similar to anything you can purchase from any of the big cheap overseas online stores and if you require a refund you need to pay to post it back to China. I complained and was offered a 20% refund. The bag itself (valued by them at £70 but on ‘sale’ at 50% off) cost me £35 and is probably worth about £8. Honestly - avoid and save yourself the time, money and hassle

Scam do not touch this company. In the process of my bank recovering the monies. They are not based in the UK as implied on the website. The payment goes directly to China.

I've been using my new anti-theft bag for daily commuting and I feel much more secure. Great quality

Easy choice,great features and pretty delivery

A really great product and at a super price but not until I had paid was I made aware that the backpack would be shipped from China. I chose a company that was a .co.uk on purpose thinking I would receive it in days but unfortunately it arrived a day before I returned from my holiday. Not much use then, eh!

I recently ordered two bags from these people and they sent and charged me for three. One of the bags was a ladies handbag and as a man I have no need for. I informed them of there mistake, but they said it was too late and my order had been made up already. (This must be the fastest business in packing and sending) It was on the same day I informed them of there mistake.
Now they are wasting my time and saying I could pay more for a bag of my choice and give the other bag to someone or pay extortionate rate in posting it back plus any custom fees. Never again will I order from them and I say to one ordering from them be careful!!!!

Thieves! Steer well clear. Have not responded to a single email. Debited my account. No goods received.

Chinese company not made clear.
My order has been at the airport for three days no movement.
Lesson learnt, I won't be using them again

Why call yourself a uk company when you’re in china

I chose the 'Emily' messenger bag for my young teenage Granddaughter and she loves it.
It is a quality bag and just the right size for taking to school.
All in all a very good experience.
I would advise ordering early if you need an item for a particular occasion. I live in Scotland and the parcel took 10 days to arrive. I am probably accustomed to next day delivery from Amazon!! So no criticism intended to Backpackbazar.

They are scammer and fraudster do not buy anything from them, a big laptop bag, which never arrived! Also, a small shoulder bag, which is the only one that arrived, and they put it in my letterbox on the street. They don't have any proof for the main and the big item, like a laptop bag.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAMMERS' WEBSITE AND COMPANY.

I would put zero if I could. What a bunch of Scammers. Awful quality bags. £25 i paid for a bag, zip broke on day 2. Avoid at all cost!
