Poor quality/overpriced/avoid

Yep, I should have read the reviews before I got duped and bought something off this website. Majorly overpriced flimsy travel bag bought for £44 when I literally would have bought the same thing for £5 in a market. I don't know how this company thinks it's ok to price items for such low quality. Customer Services quickly responded and I recommend anyone in my position to push back each time they try to offer you alternative solutions (for e.g - keep the rubbish product and buy another item for a discounted price! etc etc). Note to all - you have to send the item back to China at your own personal cost if you want any refund (which is clear in the T&Cs to be fair. But what's not fair is the poor quality of their products). Definately won't be shopping off them again.

Trying to pretend to be a local company…

Trying to pretend to be a local company with a UK web address, free UK delivery and a 30-day returns policy all with an Australian style of humour! I should have realised quicker the goods took weeks to arrive and were too late for my holiday. There was no mention of returns having to go to their central warehouse (with an approximate cost of between £17 & £30) plus the payment of a customs fee. And then the typical bartering of keeping the items or swapping them - no thanks, never again. Also it is wrong that I had to select one star in order to proceed as it does not even warrant this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

tiny bag

I did not realise this tiny bag was coming from China - it arrived at my house when I was already on holiday!!! It is more of a large purse than a handbag and if your return policy was the same as an English return policy I would have already sent it back to you. I’d like to know what animal hide it is made from.

Poor Quality, Buyers Beware!

Avoid!! Shoddy goods. My bag arrived with a twisted shoulder strap, loose threads and a wonky emblem. When I contacted Backpack Bazaar explaining that the bag was faulty I was given an address in China to return it to and was told I was liable for the postage, which was going to cost almost as much as the bag did in the first place. Absolute scam.

Don’t shop with backpack bazaar!

I brought a wallet with shoulder straps. But I got a wallet without straps and totally different to the one that was advertised. My husband paid £20 for his wallet which was what he wanted . I paid £25 for the one advertised but I received the same as my husbands in a different colour. I asked for a refund or exchange for the correct item. This has been going on for over a week. The outcome is it’s the right item that was sent even though I’ve sent videos and pictures as they requested. The only way I can have a refund is to pay upto £30 return. I personally would stay as far away as you can from this site. It’s a total scam. The only option I have to get 20% £5 refund so I lose £20 and it’s their fault. Where are my rights as a customer?

Not great value for money

Time taken for delivery lengthy although updates were ok . Not clear you are a Chinese company . Bag not great quality for the money and no padding considering it’s to hold electronic equipment.

Awful quality bags

I ordered a real leather, crossbody bag. It took about 2 weeks to arrive! NOT fast delivery as advertised.
The bag was really awful quality, it doesn't look like Leather, the colour is dreadful and not as advertised.
Customer services won't send me a refund, and I believe they've not sent the bag advertised.
I've just been told I can purchase another bag of the same value for just £9.95.
With the words"Many customers choose this option to avoid the hassle of returning the item, and I think this might be a great solution for you as well."
As if this happens very frequently!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

Stop being scammed l’m not sure lts a legit Website its utter nonsense, Bad experience and poor service ,lts been a month today 14th of July. @ backpack bazaar please respond what really happened to my order??

I have purchased my order on the 14th of June 2025, no updates l can’t track to see where my parcel is? I have emailed twice no response, ls this Website a legit or l was just scammed?? The tracking number just shows it’s in transit since the day of my purchase? If there are legit why they can’t respond to customer queries

Excellent quality item. Exactly as described.
Postage took a while but other than that I would recommend anyone to use this company.
