DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
We purchased the first swing set from Costco, we did the checks, and found that some parts were damaged, we then had to pack it back to be taken away. We bought a second box, and some of the items (including the swing beam) had bad cracks in them and especially where the screw holes would be placed in some slats, We called Costco and they said they will pick up those damaged parts and replace them. In the meantime time we started building some parts of the swing set that didn’t need the missing parts (until the arrived), then had to stop. It had been well over a week & no one had gotten back to us concerning the parts that were meant to be replaced so we called Costco and was told that they would have to send out a completely brand new box!!!, I am livid because now we have to dismantle everything that took three days to put together, and the kids (who are eagerly waiting) are extremely upset. Please don’t waste your time because it’s not worth this much stress or hassle. I’ve had enough!

We are very sorry to hear that your product ordered from Costco was delivered in a damaged condition! Please note that deliveries for orders placed through Costco are fulfilled by Costco directly and unfortunately we as the manufacturer have no impact or insight on their internal processes or customer service provided in this case. We are very sorry to hear that you are still waiting for this to be resolved by Costco.
We do want to reiterate that we as the manufacturer want to ensure that you are satisfied with your product. Please let us know if there is anything we can assist with outside of the delivery process, for example we are also happy to arrange for replacements of singular parts directly with you should you still require any after Costco has delivered the remaining box, or if you require any other support with your set.
Please don't hesitate to contact us directly and we will be happy to help!

Problem with non delivery by DX. Backyard Discovery arranged for item to be dispatched directly from warehouse to minimise delay to 24hours. Item was as excellent as were delivery drivers

Quick delivery
Quick delivery, well informed of delivery and when delivered they carefully placed the boxes in the back garden ready for installation. We chose the steel pergola instead of aluminium as we get bad weather and strong winds, so went for a sturdy pergola.

Excellent grill - sadly UK version does not get brasero option
The Backyard Discovery Argentine Santa Maria Heritage Grill is an excellent grill and very good value for money. The grill is well made and the assembly instructions were the best I think I've ever come across, including multiple spare screws and washers. My only criticism, which is completely my fault for not checking, is this grill does not include a brasero; all of the YouTube videos I saw were from owners in the US where they were using the unit with the brasero attached to the same-size grill area we get in the UK.
It's still a great grill and good value, but I likely would have chosen an alternative Santa Maria with brasero attached. On my first cook I built a lattice of logs to one side of the ember area and topped that up as I was cooking but that obviously costs cooking space.

I ordered the Magnoilia falls set but…
I ordered the Magnoilia falls set but was let down by the builder constructing the base for it to be built on. I spoke with Giuseppina at Backyard Discovery who was super helpful and arranged to take the delivery back from the courier for me until I needed it. That day was today, where she has once again been super helpful and immediately arranged to send it back to me. I will update my review once I have installed the playground set but so far extremely happy!
Update as promised - the playground has been installed and it is incredible. Installing took a long time (definitely a 2-3 person job) but very impressed! Order with confidence.

Fabulous playset
Ordered online and the playset was delivered within the week which is great considering that we are on an Island in Scotland.
Fantastic sturdy playset and great value for the size of it and the amount of swings , slide , climbing wall , picnic table and pirates deck .

Fantastic quality products
We purchased a 12/10 Gazebo - quality of the product is very high, hence I would wholeheartedly recommend these products. Delivery was within 7 working days as promised. I did have to chase for an update on the courier timings but that was a minor inconvenience.
