I used Nikki and Joanne for my purchase of my first home. Throughout the process, they kept me updated, were timely in responding to emails and were great at explaining things that I was unsure of. The Hoowla app used was helpful for keeping track of the process, there were a few hold ups along the way but I don't think these were due to Baker Ashley, but rather the property management company! All in all, a very positive first purchase experience and I am very grateful to Joanne and Nikki for their patience, care and time.

Sam and Caroline made an amazing, polite and professional team to guide us through the labyrinth of selling and buying our houses. They successfully organised completion on the same day and maintained excellent, friendly contact throughout the whole process. Thanks Sam and Caroline !

Excellent solicitors I used Sam and Caroline to move house and they were brilliant. Talked me through every stage of the process. Replied very quickly to messages and emails and gave me good advice when the sellers solicitors were messing around. They chased them up everyday until everything was sorted and answered.

I was and continue to be extremely disappointed at the overall performance of the staff & team in general.
You have to constantly chase for information and the lack of responses to emails and follow up emails is frustrating. If I ran my business in this manner we would be bankrupt in a matter of months.
I will not be using them again.

Seeing all the positive reviews, I was disappointed at how unresponsive the team were. I can only assume they have too big a case load as emails went unanswered, including email chasers and phone calls, for weeks. I got the impression if it wasn't your case's turn, they'd ignore you until it was.
I didn't go through with the purchase of the property for other reasons outside of everyone's control, but I'll be going elsewhere for my next purchase.

Debi and Andrew were brilliant to work with during the sale of my house and my onwards purchase. They made the process feel manageable thoughout, by answering queries quickly and communicating things in an easy to understand manner. The price they quoted for the service was highly competitive, which was also attractive. I would highly recommend their services.

This company should receive an award for customer service. They simply are fantastic. Andrew, in particular, is such a nice guy and so helpful. The house buying process is stressful enough but he communicated everything clearly and efficiently. It was an absolute pleasure to get to know him.

I was a cash buyer buying a small flat from the executor of the previous owner. It had all the markings of being a straightforward case, with a quick completion expected in March/April. In the event, difficulties on the seller's side caused a number of problems and delays, but Sam and Caroline dealt with them smoothly, kept me fully informed, and completed the purchase by my absolute deadline of 1 May 2025.
