VW iD3 Pro Lease
This is my first time leasing a car, Balgores couldn't have been more helpful.
I enquired via WhatsApp and Charlie got back to me extremely quickly with options on the VW iD3 I was interested in.
Finance checks were quick and easy, and Charlie was quick to answer my questions, he even managed to get me a cheaper deal overall!
After signing the hire agreement I was contacted by Balgores to let me know the car could be delivered the following week.
From initial inquiry to delivery of a brand new car was 9 days!
Couldn't be happier with the service, and with the car.
I will definitely be using Balgores again in the future.

Good... but a few annoying things
Car arrived couple of hours later time than expected on day of delivery. When it arrived the delivery guy had spilt food all over the passnger seat and footwell. Was not impressed. Day after car arrived engine managemnet light cam eon so we are now waiting for our appointment to take the car in to get checked. Balgores leasing were really good tro deal with prior to all the problems wit hthe car.

First Class Service from Balgores Leasing agents
Balgores Leasing agents arranged my first lease car and I have returned to them for my new car. They are always friendly and helpful. Due to the actual lease company taking their time giving me a new quote for an extension to my contract, and then almost doubling the price, I was left with just 2 weeks to arrange a new car. I spoke to Andrew at Balgores not only did he sort me a new car but had it delivered in just over a week and his office arranged collection of my old car on the same day. Excellent service! Highly recommended.

From start to finish, from my enquiry to receiving my new vehicle has been a smooth and completely painless experience!!! Years of flawless support
We have used Balgores for over 7 years for our various business leases and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. All the staff have been friendly, responsive and efficient. They have always been able to get us good deals on the vehicles we wanted.

Unprofessional!My car should have been delivered on…
My car should have been delivered on the 2nd April. I was informed 4 days before this date that the delivery would not take place as they could not locate the car! I had to manage without a car for over a week whilst they ‘located’ it. It was finally delivered 8 days late on the 10th April.

Naturally, I am disappointed that you feel our service only warrants a 1 star. Whilst I appreciate that your vehicle was delayed which is not something we want for any of our customers, we did notify you of the delay so that you didn't return your current vehicle until you received the new one. I would like to think the service the team provided before and up until delivery was excellent, only sadly let down by the logistics provider and not our company.
