Très mauvaise expérience avec Banxa.
J'ai effectué un achat sur le site portugais EuCigs (ecigs.com) en pensant régler ma commande par carte bancaire. Au moment du paiement, j'ai été redirigé vers Banxa, en croyant qu'il s'agissait simplement du prestataire de paiement du commerçant.
Après le paiement, plus aucune nouvelle : aucune livraison, aucun suivi de commande et aucun moyen d'obtenir une réponse du vendeur.
J'ai ensuite découvert que Banxa avait traité l'opération comme un transfert de fonds et non comme un paiement classique par carte bancaire. Ma banque a donc refusé toute procédure de remboursement, considérant que le transfert avait bien été exécuté, même si je n'ai jamais reçu les marchandises.
En tant que consommateur, je n'avais absolument pas conscience d'utiliser un service de transfert de fonds. Je pensais simplement payer un commerçant.
Je recommande donc la plus grande prudence avec Banxa. Vérifiez parfaitement le rôle de cette société avant de valider un paiement, car en cas de problème avec le vendeur, vous pourriez vous retrouver sans aucun recours, comme cela a été mon cas.
