I was looking for icing and marzipan for my sister's wedding cake. The icing was perfect, exactly the right colour and very easy to work with. The marzipan was also very good, nice taste and easy to use. Everything I ordered was a very high quality. I was also impressed that ireceived my order so quickly and my delivery was first thing in the morning.

Easy to buy from their web site and all the products are perfect!

I placed a large order for various fondants, drums and boxes. Firstly the website was very easy to use, offering money saving alternatives throughout the ordering process. It all came very well packaged and more importantly, on time!! One of the fondant colours I ordered had gone out of stock, but they replaced this with and alternative. Now I'm usually dubious of replacement products but was very happy with the quality of this one. All in all a very positive experience and will certainly be ordering from them again.

This site has many of the things I require for my hobby of baking for friends and family. It also offers them at an extremely reasonable price.

A friend bought me some edible sugar diamonds as part of my christmas present. They were in a sealed packet with 'cake decorating store' stickers on the packaging. I opened them today as I wanted to use them on a 21st birthday cake someone had asked me to make and they were opaque white with solid white lines on them. The use by date was not until August 2015. I emailed the company to which I received the following response 'Thanks for the enquiry.
We advise about this on the product:
"If the Sugar Diamonds mist over, the clarity can be restored by brushing them lightly with vegetable oil. Alternatively, the frosted effect of the misted diamonds can look stunning, especially on white or pink fondant or on Christmas cakes."'
I advised them they were not frosted and did they still wish me to try the vegetable oil to which they said they could only offer the above advice. I offered to send them a photo and their response was to ask for a receipt - highly unnecessary when the product is clearly packaged by them. Appalling service !
I visited my local decorating shop who have advised me that it is likely they did not use the right conditions when manufacturing the diamonds which is what caused them to turn white. Anyway overall I can't remember the last time I received such poor service so I certainly will not be using them to supply me with anything else.

I would recommend this company to anyone because it's fast and easy. You don't have any problems with the delivery and I would use this company again in the future.

Thank you for the jungle birthday toppers I received today. They are exactly what I wanted and can't wait to start making by daughter's jungle cupcakes for her 2nd birthday. The sugar flowers are very well priced and even more beautiful when they arrive than in the pictures. I ordered chocolate cigarellos and diamante decoration for my daughters birthday cake. Everything was delivered very quickly and efficiently. I was able to make a very impressive cake, the guidance on how many cigarellos are required for different cake sizes was very useful and accurate.

I ordered all my supplies to make my sisters 30th cake as well as a cake for a friends little boy who was turning 1. I was impressed with the wide range of products and found the prices very reasonable. The things arrived in good time and were well packaged.
