I ordered some little sugar discs with pics of monsters on them but when I recieved them some were broken, I emailed customer services and was sent replacements the next day :-).

I was so pleased to find a comprehensive range of high quality icing and cake decorations to enhance my daughter's birthday cake. I used golden primrose miniature flowers to "write" her name and age next to her homemade cake on a large rectangular cakeboard covered in Renshaw's Chocolate icing; everything except the cake bought from this company. Communication was excellent and frequent and I had complete reassurance and confidence that my order was accepted and on its way to me on time. I was looking for particular decorations and equipment to make Anna's birthday cake. The cake decorating store had everything I needed to decorate the cake just as I had planned ... and I was able to add some extra touches. Second time I've used Cake Decorating Store. I ordered a plain sugar cake plaque both times as it was the ONLY place I could find them both online and high street. Browsing through the website, I can see they have a lot of great products. Fab service, quick delivery.

Fantastic company, the prices were great the delivery costs were perfect. I checked another online cake decorating company and they were charging £20 for delivery for the same amount. The quality of the products was better than expected. And I couldn't belive how quick my order arrived.
