Pamela was an excellent representative for your company. While I have been using your product with some relief, I cannot be on a constant renewal as I travel between homes in different countries. Pamela understood and suspended my auto ship. Really a great “upright” company!

If I could mark this as zero star I would. My elderly mother ordered one tube of cream and they signed her up for an auto-ship subscription. It’s a scam and it’s impossible to cancel the subscription. I have left multiple messages and written multiple emails and they have not responded. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I have sent several emails with no response. I am trying to cancel a subscription that I did not want. And I need to return product that I did not want. No response to my emails. I am trying to return product for a full refund. As for company policy with no such luck

If there were zero stars
If there were zero stars, I would rate zero. I unknowingly subscribed, have tried to cancel with zero response from the vendor. I wanted to ship back under the 90 day guarantee - they don't respond. The product doesn't work for me, and the company is impossible to work with.

Automatic subscription scam
First don't waste your money this is not a good pain relief cream because it doesn't relieve your pain. But beware of automatic reorder subscription scam they got me for an additional 79.94 reorder and wouldn't stop shipment or give me.a refund. Now I have 5 tube of a useless pain relief cream and a bill to paypal for something that is worthless.

Bare Willow selling product Capsacare cream is a scam. I made an order in early Dec 2025 and I was charged $ 44.97 for 2 with 1 free. Even after a month I never received the shipment when I checked the tracking number there I saw status that consignee refused to receive the shipment which was not true. So I wrote to Bare Willow informing about it and asked for refund in first week of Jan 2026. Instead of refund I received an email about an order for the sane order which I never made and this time I got charged for $ 79.94 which I could not believed. I immediately wrote to them asking for thr REFUND for the unauthorised transaction and the order which I never made. I called my financial agency and asked to cancel this payment and explained the whole situation. They asked me to immediately call Bare Willow and talk to them. I did called them and explained the issue abd asked for both the refunds they asked me write an email to barewillow and explain the situation and cancel the order and ask for refund. I did that but got no reply. So far I wrote to them some 3 to 4 emails but got no reply. I will call their customer services again on Monday and will also follow up my financial institution most probably to block my credit card so that they will not charge me again without ordering them abd without authorising the charge.
Please stay away from such scans and be ALERT.

This must be a scam. I've been charged 3 times and never even received one order. I've sent several emails demanding my subscription be canceled and I did not sign up for a subscription. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has just been re-funded so I'll initiate a complaint and investigation. My attempts to call are futile.
SCAM COMPANY
I ordered capsacare cream from Bare Willow. Problem #1: I found out it was being shipped from China. #2 It took 3 weeks to arrive. #3. A month later they tried to charge me again for a subscription, luckily capital one declined the charge. #4 Ued it for 60 days with no results. #5 I have sent 3 emails over the last 30 days requesting a refund as their stated guarantee that they would provide a refund if the product did not work, and have not received a reply nor refund.
Avoid, they will set up a subscription that is very hard to cancel
Do not sign up for this product, the company is deceptive, they will put you an a monthly subscription and charge you every month. Attempts to contact them via their website or email to stop the subscription are ignored, so the only option is to dispute the charge through your credit card company
Identical products can be found on more trustworthy websites for less that half the price, so it just seems to be a scam.

I have sent numerous emails asking to be taken off auto renew. I received an email and it stated they have closed this matter for me. December 22 they charged me again and I received more product in the mail. Don’t buy before you read the fine print which will automatically put you in auto renew. This company can not solve a simple problem like this internally

BARE WILLOW. I ordered the product (Capsa Care Cream) and all of a sudden I am getting more and more each month without my authority but being charged to my credit card. I have sent numerous emails to cancel my subscription and I get nothing back other than "we can offer you this or that" It is a blatant deception in my view, scam or whatever you want to call it. Steer clear of this company. Its my warning. They are NO GOOD.

Meine einmalige Bestellung wurde automatisch in ein Abo umgewandelt und es wurde eine weitere Bestellung incl. Abbuchung ohne Vorwarnung ausgelöst.
Stornierung war sehr schwierig, auf der Website im Kundenkonto war kein Abo ersichtlich, auch nicht in der Bestellbestätigung. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen, nur die Aussage, dass ich ein Häkchen bei Abo monatlich gesetzt hätte, was ich definitiv nicht habe. Ich habe sogar den höheren Preis bei der Bestellung gezahlt, weil ich nur eine einmalige Lieferung bestellt habe. Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten an eine Adresse in China, wenn ich das Geld zurückerstattet haben möchte.
Die Creme selbst ist auch nichts besonderes ...

They product gave me no relief from foot pain. I have sent two e-mails requesting cancellation of the continuing subscription that I was unaware I had signed up for. I have not received any conformation of either e-mail. Their phone is an AI system that will not process cancellations or transfer to anyone who will.

After paying $65 and receiving an order confirmation, nothing happened. I received no tracking information, no shipping updates, and no responses to my emails. After four weeks, there is still no product and no way to get in touch with anyone. It appears to be a fraudulent store that uses attractive pictures to steal money. Avoid falling for it.
