I have been trying to get a refund for the past 6 months per their iron clad guarantee that will refund your purchase if you are not satisfied. Phone calls are useless and they will not answer emails. Complete SCAM. They even tried to place me on a subscription for their pos/ useless product, but at least the credit card company caught it and denied the charge.

Do not order from this company unless you want to be charged for multiple months and can't get them to stop sending and billing until you threaten legal action. I asked them multiple times to stop sending and was ignored. I ended up having to cancel my credit card in order to not be charged anymore. I tried to reach out multiple times to the company to submit a return request and to try working things out with them, but have received no response. I'm out over $700 CAD for all the product I was sent that I did not ask for.
Please contact me so we can find a resolution to this!

Continued shipment of product after cancellation with email acknowledgement. ZERO customer service.

I ordered this. It said it was made in the US. But mine was sent from China via Yanwen transport. The US facility received it, then stuck a US label on it.

I have a tracking receipt to show all this - the US label was created the same day the product left China.

It took two months from purchase to receipt.

I would never buy a medicinal product from China, and find this to be very deceitful. The company outright lies that it is made in the US.

Also does business as "Bare Willow". Absolute scam. Will place you in a subscription they will not cancel. Doesn't answer phone calls and uses an endless bot loop for emails. DO NOT buy.

Kontaktede så firmaet, der påstod jeg havde abbonement, hvorfor jeg straks bad om ophævelse af dette... Modtog så 6 stk igen i november, skrev igen om opsigelse, men modtog igen i december og nu på vej med 6 stk i januar. Skrev igen en direkte og vred mail.. Her beklagede de det, men jeg skulle stadig betale over 700 kr pr sending! Jeg sendte så dokumentation for mine sendte mail med opsigelse af abbonement... De ville først betale 50% af sidste sending tilbage + anerkende min opsigelse, senere 75%, men jeg fastholdt 100% af januar forsendelse, da jeg har opsagt abbonement utallige gange... Og så har de ikke gidet svare. Jeg ville gerne give minus stjerner, men nøjes med 1

The product I bought didn’t work and felt cheap, and when I reached out to customer service for a return or refund I never got a meaningful response. Their emails are automated and they don’t actually help.

Scam! Set up an unauthorised subscription, charging @ $94 per month! Impossible to find how to unsubscribe on their site.

This company is the most brazen scam I ever saw. In May 2025 I ordered Knee Brace Stabilizer from them, but realized that I ordered a wrong size. To get it faster, I placed the second order for another size and tried to cancel the first one. They did not respond in time and sent me both. After five months (in November) I realized that they are charging my card (through PayPal) $29.95 twice every month for the subscriptions on"Buy 1 Get 1 FREE offer, VIP Membership, expedited shipping, and extended warranty" which I never authorize! So, I've lost $299.50. In reply to my complain and refund request they answered that I've subscribed myself. But swear I never did! And is it not weird to have one person subscribed twice?? They are brazen scammers. Stay away from them!

This company is a scam do not order anything from Healthy lab Cosydneynsw l ordered a XLarge Knee Brace they sent me a large , it was there mistake, and they sent me a X-Large and keep billing my visa , without my permission. Do not ordered anything from them unless you want to pay $1,000 for a rotten flimsy knee brace !

The company sells toys or display items, not real devices. I bought a very pricey hearing aid amplifier, and got a toy with fake buttons and ear buds. They have an interactive AI Customer Service line that was not programmed to process complaints, only to encourage dissatisfied customers to adjust and try harder. Please avoid this company.

I too have been charged $29.99US. I ordered once, a knee brace which is so uncomfortable it is of no use whatsoever!!! Absolute fraudulent behaviour

I paid $89 for some knee braces which I could Have made myself
That being said I kept Being billed 29.95 every month on my credit card and I only Realised this after three or four payments
They refused to refund me and each week sent me emails offering to residue these payments from 29.95 to 19.95 then 9.95

This company is a fraud . My experience was so bad I will not recommend this company to anyone. I purchased hearing aid stuff from this company forA$ 475- which was hopeless after writing so many emails I managed the get the address to return the item.Its been months I returned the stuff, They did not care to refund my money . Now I lost the money and the hearing aid too . This company is robbing money feom poor people. PREMA KANAHARA

I wish I had read some of these reviews before I went anywhere this company. In July 2025 I made a purchase from this company. It never arrived. I got no response when I tried to contact them. Exactly one month later I had email to say same product had been despatched again(and I was charged). I did get a response this time from them. It was my fault because when I ordered first time apparently I consented to make it a recurring monthly purchase. I was told sorry but because transaction was completed there was no5hing to done but please be assured any future purchases would be cancelled. That's good I thought but in reality they were simply calming me for the next sting. You guessed it a further month later the same purchase went through again. This time I spoke with my bank. We came up with a plan. Hopefully this will stop these scammers from scamming me again.
