This Company is fraudulent. They will scam you.

Do not buy from this company.
They are not legitimate. Their address and contact number are fake. They obviously use AI to reply to your problems. All very well written. But all fake. Just to con you to thinking they're dealing with your problem. Waiting time so your payment goes through before you can get a refund. They advertise 60 days full refund. They don't.

Ordered 2 knee braces for $149.90 which was too much for them not to work. Charged $9.95 for expidited shipping I did not ask for. Charges $9.95 for a warranty I did not ask for. Also, they charged a monthly subscription fee of $29.95 (total of $59.90) although I was able to cancel with PayPal, they are not refunding my money for these unauthorized charges. Do NOT trust this company.

As many have already stated, this company increases the quantity on your order without permission and the products are inferior. The cost to return the small package to China is over $200.00. Oh, and the product was shipped to me from New York. That is just throwing away more money as I have little faith that they will issue a full refund. This is a disreputable company. Do not buy from them!!!!

I ordered 2 PatellaPrime Knee braces and during the ordering process the website tried to upsell additional braces, expedited shipping, and warranty coverage. I did not want any add ons. However, the website did not allow order review prior to transaction completion, and it wasn't until the confirmation email that I realized there were additional unwanted purchases of 2 additional braces, expedited shipping, and warranty coverage. It is unacceptable that the company does not allow order review before completing a transaction.

The 4 braces arrived and are of poor quality that irritates the skin behind the knee and provided no relief for my knee pain. Higher quality braces are available on Amazon for significantly less. I have been emailing healthylabco customer service to return the 4 braces within the 60-day satisfaction guarantee period without success.

The company should be avoided at all costs!

This is the worst company ever, the don't respond to messages and don't answer the phone. I will dispute this with my bank I refuse to allow them to keep my money, stay away from them they are worthless.

Bought sleep patches. They actually seem to help but be very careful of this company. I was signed up for a subscription that I was unaware of. I always use PayPal so was able to go into my account and cancel any future payments.

HLC’s 100% money back guarantee is a farce. I purchased a cervicorrect neck brace. It did nothing to correct my snoring. When contacted the csr told me I could not return for 21 days, but they would offer a 20% refund, when I inquired again they upped it to 30% when I asked to return they sent me an address in China and required me to provide a tracking number. When I investigated it would cost me more to return than I paid, and getting a refund could take 6-9 months.

I ordered the knee stabalizer, buy one get one. Within a couple of minutes, I realized this would not help me so I emailed immediately to say to cancel. They told me they couldn’t as the order went through already. They said they give a 60 day money back guarantee. Also saw they charged me for the extended warranty which I did not ask for. I waited for the product to arrive. Tried it out and knew it was not for me. After emailing and going through their chat, had to wait days, sometime a week to get an answer back. They kept prolonging return by saying to wear it for 21 days and see if I still wanted to return. When I told them yes and asked for return instructions, they come back with try it longer. So now I threatened them with calling my card co and FTC, they finally sent address to mail it to. Guess where? China! I took today to UPS and the shipping cost would be over $100! Now they tell me I can keep and they will offer a 25% refund. What are they crazy??? So I’m back to fighting with them and told them I will only accept 75% refund and their 25% offer was both insulting and not acceptable. This company is a sham. Can you tell I’m angry?

Ordered the knee stabilizer on 3/15/25-received it 3/28 and immediately saw it would not work, way too big. Tried calling and emailing several times so I could return it and will not get a response. I was charged $89.98 & want a refund! Called my CC company to try & dispute it & they told me to return it first and then when I can show it was delivered back to them then dispute it. This is an international company so I will be out Lord knows what to ship the darn thing back without ever having spoken to anyone. They also told me the charge on their end shows as RECURRING...WHAT?! For 1 item a recurring charge? I would say STEER CLEAR of this place-no communication is what you need to know with shady billing.

I made a mistake making an order and used pay pay. pay pal will not help until 180 days pass and said contact vendor.

Unreputable company. It is a scam or a Joke company . I was charge after place a order 10 times more they the price avertised .After see the amount that was on the bill,I ordered a cancelation ,there were no return from them untill 4 days later,saying they could not cancel or return because the company did not received the email before.Scam company.
