I had a problem with having more tubes than I needed!
I had a problem with having more tubes of CapsaCare than I wanted or needed. Somehow, when I ordered, it went on automatic replenishment, which I never agreed to. Before I knew it I had so many.
It seemed to work well, so I contacted their support team. After many emails, with Vincent, he understood my dilemma.
We finally worked out that I would not receive anymore tubes, until I used what I had , and felt I would continue with it. Then, I could decide how often I needed more, and for how long it would last. My continuous emails with Vincent got me to that point. He also told me how often to use the cream , on a daily basis. He was 100% correct.
Did it take too long to resolve an issue, that should not have happened? Yes!
Did Vincent email me consistently? Yes he did. Furthermore, he understood, and worked thru it with me, understanding my problem, and need to resolve it.

I BOUGHT 2+1 TUBES of this cream and after one month I received another 2 tubes
under an unknown repeat subscription. I contacted the seller and i offer to send the 2 tubes
as RETURN/REFUND....WITH SHIPPING COST PAID BY ME BUT...THEY REFUSED.
I made a search about this product online and I have found that I am not the only one
trapped in their secret subscription practices.
Also the same item is sold in EBAY for $11 and not $35 as advertised elsewhere.
After 50-60 days of use i never realized any difference....all symptoms contnue as before.
DO NOT BUY....FRAUDULENT PRACTISES UPON ORDERING..

Every Company should have a Rose Williams in customer service. When it became clear I might have a delivery issue, since we were on vacation AND live in a rural, mountainous community, Rose made sure my order was delivered as promised and kept me informed by email every step of the way. Under no circumstances should you order…
Under no circumstances should you order from this company. They deceptively lock you into a subscription service when you think you are making a one-time purchase, and then they refuse to let you cancel it. And their CaspaCare cream is not a very good product anyway. I can’t tell that it is helpful at all. Buy a capsaicin cream in a store and ignore the Bare Willow trap.

I then made a 2nd Consignment Shopbarewillow.com for -£40.11 on 2nd March 2026 and its been about 40 days and still hasn't arrived to which I have no more Capsacare cream for continuity of treatment, Please help

The product works, but their subscription practices are deceptive and their customer service is non-existent. I have made 6+ documented attempts to cancel my auto-subscription — via email, website contact form, Facebook comments, and direct replies to shipping notifications — with zero confirmation or response. I have 3 orders on file (#66715, #78457, #86560). I have now sent a formal written demand and will be filing FTC and Wyoming AG complaints if not resolved within 48 hours. Do not subscribe to this product unless you are prepared to fight to cancel it.

My one time purchase was treated as a subscription. There was no notification at time of purchase that this was an ongoing subscription. Upon realizing that deductions were being made from my credit card I requested a refund and cancellation. Instead of cancelling as requested they keep sending me emails offering discounts. The product was fair, a non-greasy mildly pain relieving cream capsacare. The claims on the packaging did not align to what was said in the
advertisement. Frustrating experience overall

They ignore cancellation. For me, this didn’t work and I let them know but they continued sending more. Think long and hard about doing business with something like this. Their main thing is scamming.
