Every time I contact support I receive a new offer etc. just cancel the subscription. Can a human in support please confirm this is done?

suspicious auto subscription

Placed a single order and was automatically added to a subscription. Been 4 weeks now and more than 6 emails to customer service "beggin" them to cancel, I have not rec'd a link to cancel or confirmation of the cancellation. Cream isn't bad but not worth the monies they charge and certainly not worth a bogus subscription that can't be cancelled easily. Don't buy unless you want an endless supply.

I've sent several (more than 3) requests to cancel the subscription, however Aileen (the CS rep who replied) has yet to confirm cancellation or send me a link to acommodate the request on my own. Your policy clearly states that subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, however I have not been able to find any such links to manage a subscription. Aileen knows who I am and I have sent another email requesting cancellation just 2 days ago.

Capsacare does not work. It is a scam

This company, JZ Ecom Limited, operates under the name BareWillow. The product Capsacare does not function as advertised. It is a complete waste of money and outright fraud. Avoid this product and company. When you make your first purchase, the company, without your consent, charges your credit card via PayPal for another purchase, turning it into a subscription instead of a one-time payment. There is no clear policy stating that the initial purchase will automatically convert to a subscription without the buyer's consent. The product claims are false and deceptive. The product, Capsacare, does not work.

Unwanted subscriptions, unserious push sales, overpriced Barewillow cream product.

Only after the several times I accidentally paid for Barewillow cream did I find out that I had unintentionally become a "subscriber". They are deducting money from my account despite my explicit protest and sending me more and more unsolicited packages. Their customer service is playing dumb and keeps convincing me how great their cream is. I had to block my card. It is absolutely brazen business theft and even if their cream was the best in the world, I don't want it from them anymore. Be careful, they are cunning scammers! Shame on you, Barewillow!

Lack of compliance with FDA regulations raise RED FLAGS

Their product Capsacare does not comply with FDA labelling regulations under 21 CFR 701.12. Further investigation showed that there were also labelling issues about the quantities of active ingredients, which was confirmed by their AI agent "Kate." If these sorts of issues aren't enough to give you pause, I don't know what to say.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing. I bought the product, and a month later I was charged for another order. I was told I selected a monthly subscription when I ordered their product. No so. I tried canceling the order and was told they couldn’t do so. I asked to cancel the subscription and am still getting a run around. Not a good company to do business with.

I purchased a knee brace from Healthy…

I purchased a knee brace from Healthy Lab Co at the recommendation of my Physician and it was the best advice I have ever received. I exercise, drink lots of water and get plenty of rest. However, the brace gives me the support I need to walk and go up the stairs. I dont know what I would do without it. Ive purchased two others (one for my Mom) and recommended this company to friends and family. What great product

Rhys is an asset to your company

I worked with Rhys in a transaction for tubes of CapsaCare, with which there was a mix-up. We communicated back and forth. I was impressed by the professionalism shown. Rhys was very attentive from the start and worked with me in coming to a reasonable agreement on the mistaken order in an amiable manner and has offered support for future endeavors should I decide to continue with the product if it works well for me. I was pessimistic at first but Rhys came through and eased my angst and worked with me instead of disregarding my problem. It pleased me that the communication was so good. A good salesman for sure, but excellent in human relations. Kudos to your company on a great employee.
