Unwanted Unsolicited Subscription Scam
Just like all the other 1 star reviews, we were involuntarily signed up for subscription (I'm in no way going to go through all 3 tubes in a month from the buy 2 get 1 free promo my husband thought may help me & ordered)...then to get notice on 26 Feb that another 2 tubes were being shipped, & billed for $79+!?!. As soon as I got notice I contacted BW; was told it hadn't fully yet been shipped so they could maybe stop... nope, another rep said too late. Two weeks later it has arrived; I've immediately contacted BW for return/refund guidance...and if I don't get immediate response & correction we will be taking any/all legal action we can. Never ever will recommend their business.

they have used the same trick many web companies use- a subtle small print area not easily seen submitting you to a subscription.
Nightmare
As you can see in the other reviews, when you purchase with the unknowing subscription option and email them to cancel, they continue to come back with offers until the next billing. I received my second billing in January, 2026; immediately emailed to cancel. Came back in February with another billing. Multiple emails with my request, but continued offers. Have submitted a complaint through PayPal asking for no more payments to them. This has been a nightmare.

The customer service especially from MARYROSE was of great help when needed in a timely manner while I had some concerns. Thank her and the company for good service.

Allvarlig varning!
Jag beställde och fick min försändelse. Köpte även piller som skulle förstärka effekten av salvan. Efter en månad skriver jag till dem och undrar hur man gör returen om det inte fungerar. Får svar att jag gör rätt men jag ska fortsätta en månad till. Jag får ännu ett paket o de drar pengar igen!Jag skriver 18/12 -25 och undrar om det blivit fel.
Får svar att det inte ligger någon månadsbeställning. Fortsätter att komma! Nu svarar man inte längre! Ännu i dag har man sänt ut att det ska komma ett nytt paket trots mina försök att stoppa.! Totalt oacceptabelt!

Great Customer Service!
I have neuropathy in my feet and tried their product for nerve pain. Happy to report the cream was a pleasant surprise! It makes a good dent in the pain and I especially like that it is NOT greasy, and does not smell like a lot of similar products. I’m using what I ordered and plan to reorder when I’m close to running out.
On another note, I want to say the company and its employees are really nice to work with. Initially I had a problem with my order, and was
Dreading the ordeal which would likely pursue in dealing with the problem. To my astonishment I worked with a customer care employee, Rose, who followed my case through to conclusion, and even followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. I do a lot of online ordering, and when there is a problem, most companies either take forever to respond, add hurdles to make resolution difficult, or drag it out until the customer finally “gives up”. Not so with these folks. Rose was on it immediately and even offered several options for resolution. Rose, you deserve a raise! Thank you,again.

Unknowingly subscribed
I place a single order and was unknowingly subscribed and charged again the following month like many have described. I emailed and called barewillow over and over with no response. Finally emailed with Rhys at the Healthy labs email address and after several back and forth they refused to credit back the order I did not place. I wish I had checked this site before I originally ordered!
Update: After lengthy correspondence, Vincent was able to get me unsubscribed and fully refunded the unwanted order. It wasnt painless but I appreciate them finally doing the right thing. Thank you Vincent.
