be careful because this is a scam and it is not the product you think you ordered.

Unreputable company. they rope you in and then charge you twice as much as expected and it is impossible to cancel or return products. I am so MAD!

The product does what you say..I sleep. It's wonderful. The orders I have made arrived in a timely manner. Order process is smooth.

First I was overcharged!!! It was corrected after I spent time asking to correct.
Then the product was not as specified, which I found out after giving them for christmas gifts to patients.
I know it was late asking for a return, but no one ever responded!!! These are useless items that I spent $100 trying to help my patients. I will NEVER buy from you again. You are a useless company.

What went wrong, your whole operation is a fraud. I order a product from you and I request a refund. But you business is denying me my refund when it Clearly states refunds is 100% guaranteed. Give all my money back please, Everybody that has order from your business is asking for refunds, what's that all about. You know what your doing is wrong, so I think if I can reach out to half your customers, to see if we want to set up a class action lawsuit on your swindling business, because we trusted your company to honor the propaganda that your company is misleading customers with, not only that, but; your company has the audacity not wanting to refund people their hard earn money that we, all as customers, have a difficult time getting responses for refunds. I knew you wasn't right because you don't have a listed telephone. Well let's see how much longer this will go on, my hope is that every customers that read my review will agree with me and pursue a class action lawsuit against your company and put an end to your fraudulent egregious, and unethical practices of deceiving customers.

The default setting is ok but if you want to customize further the apps are not helpful at all unless you by a monthly subcription.

I canceled this order several weeks ago because I have cancer and my doctor told me not to use any over-the-counter evidently somebody didn't get the message and they shipped an order and I returned it the lady told me to poured out and send the bottles back and which I did I still have not received my money back so yeah it just another screw you the American people
