This is a scam. Don’t be fooled.

They don’t even bother to send the products you order. Their support is a joke and just strings you along without any actual information claiming it is waiting for collection at the post office even though you pay for a door to door delivery.

3 months later I have given up.
What a scam.

Totally agree with other reviews! Rubbish product cost over $300 AU for two. After five weeks pushing about refund I have had one email back and then no further response to messages. Makes one wonder how many others have been cheated by this company and just gave up. Everyone with bad experience should write a review to warn others. STAY AWAY!!

I have sent many emails and done their chat support.
I want to return a product and I need information on how to return. I've heard from nobody and this order was received order on January 3.
Wish I had checked reviews before I ordered as ratings are low.

On 7/31/2024 I ordered 2 knee patella knee stabalizer from Healthy Lab Co. Somehow when I placed the order I was billed for 8 extra knee stabalizer and 4 capscacare pain cream> I immediately contacted the company and they said that they were having problems with their computers. I requested that they cancel the order. they said that they could not cancel since the order was processed even though it was a computer glitch. To make a long story short I had to accept the order and resend back to them using it for 21 days.
I contacted my credit card company and tried to cancel the order. I contacted the company founder to no avail.
The company address is in Australia but I had to ship the items back to an address in China that they would not provide until close to the 60 days window for refund and it would cost $139.00 to ship.
This bad experience cost me $287.00 and shipping extra $139.00.
Please please DO NOT BUY FROM HEALTHY LAB CO. they are just scammers! Their mistake and they make it almost impossible to return. Please learn from my mistake and do not do business with Healthy Lab Co

This company if it is company, whomever they are they're not in America or the U S A so don't order anything from them. They are not legit they are scalers the knee braces don't fit nor do they work STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. THEY WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY BACK TO YOU.

These people are scammers inferior product, the money back guarantee is useless. Stay away and keep your money.

They are a rip off. They advertise full refund but they lie, they will not give you a full refund. They will tell you to ship it to China where the shipping is more than the product. And the interesting thing is it was mailed in America. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Unless you don’t mind losing your money!

I ordered two of the knee braces they said would fit all sizes, well it doesn't fit mine!!, reading these other reviews I just got to cut my losses as returning to China from the UK is too expensive.

Unfortunately I failed to check here before purchasing myself. Similar experience to everyone else. I purchased and after 1 day opened a case with PayPal as not as described and not fit for purpose. PayPal eventually declined the case saying product was materially as described. Appeared to be a cheaply made foam type brace. My opinion worth very far less that the purchase price. Cheap lettering falling off too.

Cost £65 UKP, and product returned to China to the requested address. Still no refund after 8 weeks from the company and certainly none from PayPal.

I feel I’ve been scammed with a cheaply made product which isn’t fit for purpose and severely overpriced for the apparent quality.

Credit where due, after about six months this company did make a partial refund, but I had just about given up at that point as I heard nothing from them. However returning the product cost approximately £12 and the partial refund still left me out of pocket. My review remains unchanged. I would not recommend doing business with this company. I still lost out financially with what was all along a very poor quality product.

Beware!!@! Returns are to China and will cost a fortune. They won't give you the full price back!

Product was ordered, after one moths duration I sent email requesting update on purchase. Told the transaction was being processed and that product would be shipped that day. Immediately cancelled the order. Received an email advising of shopping.sent email advising stop. Received email updating shipment.
Sent email advising this was coercive selling and I would be reporting to Pay Pal and online fair trading authorities.
I stressed that they stop the forced selling and indifference to customer selling approach.
The purchased product arrived.
The product is supposed to be a sleep apnoea control brace.
Price $ 74 dollars AU.
I would say that the delivered item is worth around $ 5 dollars AU.
With broken stitching Velcro that doesn't adhere, fitting size is for a child.
And has No abilities to assist with the prevention or alleviating the symptoms of sleep Apnoea .
I sent email to Healthy lab Co
Advising them that due to their subversive over handed coercive stance and treatment
They were doing immeasurable damage to their brand name and that I will take the matter further
They offered a half price refund..
Based on my terrible experience with this company all of which I have documented.
Please tell everyone not to deal with this most unprofessional deceptive company.

These people are scammers and fraudsters. Although I advised them to cancel my order same day promptly, they refused saying that the order has already been shipped (contrary to the tracking details on their site. They want to force the sale through deceit and force. Moreover, they charged me for the cost of another unit ($54), claiming that it is the difference between usd and Canadian dollar. Moreover they want me to return the cancelled order to China ($48) while it was sent from Mississauga (return cost $ 15)) just to make it more costly to throw the idea of a return. DO NOT DEAL with them at all cost.

They are a scam. Their refund policy is useless. They expect you to ship your item to China and the expense is greater than the refund. Stay away.

Absolutely disgraceful the neck brace does not fit, several friends tried it. Lost £40. Tried to email no response

What a shame that I am wasting my time to put this on,
But I believe it’s my responsibility to make other aware.
All there products are fake and they will send you a faulty product which won’t work and can or may cause health issues and when you approach them they will offer you to take 30% refund and keep the product ( will advise to gift someone).
They have no official office in Australia and all products are make in China and the company has no offical address within Australia so which means you have to pay $26 for post and there warehouse won’t accept credit and it will be sent back to you. So they will make excuse to not to refund the money.
I don’t know why ACCC or Current affairs in not doing anything to these companies as they take over $. 3.9 Million of Australian families and no one says nothing.
I advise do not buy anything of them

I ordered two EMS Foot Massagers and neither would work. $179. Their website has no phone number, email, or mailing address. I am convinced this was a FRAUD. They offer a 60 day money back return and make it impossible to return the product

Well, I should have known better but this company insists I am not using the neck brace correctly, refuses to give me an address to return items. So much for their money back guarantee.......I wish I had researched this company better and read the reviews. China - who would have guessed?

I wish I had read these reviews before I even tried. Anyway anti snore neck braces not working on top of my neck pain increased.

Requested 3 times for refund but to no avail. Total scam. Don’t ever buy this company’s product!!

I don't know how they're allowed to market/sell in the US. ...or more importantly, how I was suckered into buying one without looking for a China address and/or reviews.n (They average 1.5 stars - they're a fraud.)

These guys should be banned by the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
