Saw an ad for the anti-snore strap in FB. "Credit card not accepted." After reading reviews here, I hope that is correct. I tried twice. I hope I didn't just give them my info for nothing or worse, they send me 2 and charge me.

Absolute scam. The anti snore neck brace is absolutely useless. Their refund policy is total BS. Good luck trying to get them to refund your money. You will email them 10 times trying to get someone to tell you how to send it back, they will insist it’s the way you are using it, want pictures, etc. when you finally do get the fraudster to accept it back it will need to be returned to china costing $40+ dollars. By the way, the same item they sell you for $69 you can get at Walgreens for $20. It’s a simple neck brace. BEWARE THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!

I bought a neck brace having seen an ad for it on FB. There were no size choices. It turned out to be small. I made contact with healthylabco and initially they could supply a larger size. This turned out not to be the case. I was advised that if I paid to return it I would get a refund. I live in the UK and the return address is in China. It would cost a lot to return and take 6-8 weeks potentially. I explained that this was not an option as the product was not fit for purpose for me. They offered a 50% discount and I could keep the neck brace. I find this unacceptable.

Not working for me, discomfortable.
Lack of transparency about refund. Return item by shipping to China. Who would have guessed that?
I would not order again under these conditions.

The anti-snoring brace did not work and their refund is a total scam. I wish I'd looked at the reviews before I ordered. When I asked for a refund, they told me to wait 21 days and try all these tips. 21 days later, they sent me the same tips. Bottom line is the money isn't coming back. Don't buy their products. They make them sound good but they've lost all legitimacy with me.

The anti-snore neck brace does not work at all. The 100% guaranteed full refund, no questions asked is a lie. You are required to return it at your expense to CHINA even though it shipped to me from Illinois. They offered 30% refund instead of me shipping it to CHINA.

I ordered a neck brace from this company and it took a long time to arrive. I finally received it a few days ago and the brace is too big/long for my neck plus it has a terrible odor. So I emailed customer service to process a return.
Their response was to try it for 21 days, take a photo of myself with the brace on my neck so they could see if I have it on correctly and then hang the brace outside to remove the odor. I said “no thank you, I want to return it for a refund.”
So today they offered me a 30% off refund and keep the brace or return it to CHINA for a full refund!!!! I just want my $68.95 back!!! There has to be some place in the USA to return this item. It came from Fountain Valley, CA.
Bottom line is DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM Healthy Lab Co.!!!

Ordered the anti snoring neck brace, wife confirms that it does not work so i applied for my 100% refund and the company have ghosted me. Although the company may be legit the refund guarantee is a scam from my experience

only way to return product is to ship directly to China which would cost hundreds of dollars to return a $75 product.

I ordered the neck brace, and tried it for the required time of 21 days. I didn't like it. I have asked for their guaranteed refund - 5 tries via email thus far - and now not even getting the courtesy of a reply. Very disappointing

Ordered neck brace, was too small and Velcro kept coming undone. They skirt around their own return/refund policy, ignore their own emails admitting their product was flawed, and give months of red tape before refusing to refund the return shipping which cost me $56 CAD for a refund of $97 CAD
Update: Feb 5, 2025 just got an email from TrustPilot asking me for more information on this review, or the company cannot trust that I am real. Asked for a reference number, but I cannot find it. This has been quite a few months now and I do not have the corresponding reference number for this Trust Pilot review. I bought a neck brace from these people, online, and the velcro was too short and would not stay fastened. They insisted I take pictures, which I did and emailed them.

They admitted their product was flawed and offered to send me a newly designed neck brace with longer and better velcro, but required me to ship the old one back, provided me a return shipping label. I had to pay about $56 Canadian to ship it back. I emailed them the tracking number to confirm it was returned to them, but SEVERAL MONTHS later it was returned to me by Canada Post saying there was "address not found". I never did get a refund or the replacement.

Ordered a neck brace for $60. It did not fit did not work. They now tell me return is acceptable but only if mail with tracking to China - costing more than $60. Company is a scam. Avoid

This company very poor customer service. I had a vibe about them. No sizing chart..no service for questions. Looked good as it is a sleeve rather then support straps. I am glad I looked at reviews. I can put it to sleep especially at a $81 price tag if you buy on instagram AD. I did see it for $49 on another site. Seems like a money grab.

I purchased the hip brace from this company because it had a money-back guarantee. The brace was too large for me (I am 5') so I tried to return. After a month of trying to get someone to answer back, they finally said I can return the item to CHINA at my own expense. I feel defrauded.

paid for and received deep sleep patches placed the patch where suggested and here i am hree hours later still waiting for the faster sleep they say will happen nothing has happened they took my money and laughed all the way to the bank beleive them to be scammers dont buy

Upon checking the validity of a trademark of NECKRELEASE, I wasn't able to confirm the trademark status of NECKRELEASE TM, as stated on their website. Please, do not put any false claims on your website. It makes you look unprofessional.
