Healthylabco is one of the most dishonest company on planet earth they are all scammers my advice to would be shoppers is to stay clear of these wicked people here's my experience I ordered a capsacare pain relief cream it took so long then it finally arrived within two weeks I was notified by my bank that my card is being used I contact them right away they told me I had signed up for monthly subscription which I didn't I told them to cancel the order they said order has been processed and shipped off to me one month now and I cant get my order I said canceled subscription they are offering a 30%discount I refuse I said canceled subscription they refuse to to cancel now they don't reply to any of my emails I can't speak to no one they used AI to reply l have to blocked my card so they can't use it anymore. This company is very very dishonest please stay away from them.

I saw their ad on FB for a bluetooth hearding amplifier. I ordered it and discovered it was VERY POOR QUALITY when it was delivered. I immediately asked for a refund but their so-called "customer service" told me to give me some more time for trial. I agreed to their suggestion only to find out after a week that they hit me with another USD 29.99 charge for "membership" in their club which I did not sign up for. Avoid ordering anything from this company. It is most defenitely a SCAM!

Scam company. By a product and they add on a monthly membership for 29.95 a month. Avoid,!!!

This is a scam company, they say that I have a monthly subscripton which I did not request, they have taken two payments and I haven't received any product yet, no answer to emails. I want to broadcast it on facebook, if anyone would like to join me.

Placed an order in July one order they charged me twice they doubled my order without consent. I wanted to returned it they won't reply to emails phone # not in service. Had. to search for a number. Also two weeks later they charged my credit card again. For what I don't know it was not a revolving order. Product comes from Mississauga ont . I read that you have two wait 21 days to return it and it goes to Hong Kong not Mississauga. This is so you won't return it because of cost.

I ordered a product from Healthy Lab Co . They charged me R1600. This week they charged me again R1504 .What it is for God know . Moreover I have never received the product . They are scammers . DO NOT TRUST THEIR PRODUCT AND ENSURE YOU DONT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR BACK DETAILS .

Worst experience you can imagine! Stay away from them, very far away. Ordered an item and was somehow put on a monthly re-order list. I cancelled my credit card so no future charges could be made but somehow they sourced my new number and attempted to charge it the monthly re-order. As I had previously alerted my bank to their scam, they blocked the charge. They never responded to any of my emails to them.

I ordered a knee brace from Healthy Lab. I received the knee brace and wore it but it didnt help. Approx 3 weeks later I noticed that a charge of 29.95 to my credit card. When I contacted Healthy Lab I was told that it was a yearly subscription. I never saw that mentioned and they said it was. I told them I would return the brace and they gave me an address in China to mail it back to and said once they received it and it was in good condition they would refund me. It would cost more to ship that the item cost so I agreed to a 25% refund and keep the item. After a month I still havent gotten the refund and was charged another yearly subscription of 29.95. They will not answer any correspondence with me.

Im very upset with this company ive ordered capsacare from them last month only received it 10 days ago on 25 th july they just took R810.41 from my bank account again for another order which i onow nothing about ive contact them to cancel order and refund me but they ignore me in my eyes its a scam

Has anybody bought the $99 (199) hearing aids. If yes, satisfied or not satisfied,???

Wrote e-mail, but no answer!
Really disappointed in the dishonesty of some!

. The knee brace is poor quality, over priced and uncomfortable!! Although they have a phone number, it is just a recording. Tried to find out where to return it, but only a robotic response by email. On top of that, I am being charged a monthly fee for no reason. So pissed off!! Can't give a more negative review. Do not buy anything from this company!!!!

Absolute scam!! Do not buy from them!! They snuck in a monthly recurring charge!! Check your bills!!

Please be careful with this company, they are scammers. I ordered a product for 46 USD and my credit card was charged for 260 USD. I wrote to the company but no one replied to me. Please be careful with this company, 100% scammers.

Every about this company is wrong . The products are overpriced , with outrageous , unfounded claims made about their efficacy ( in my case knee braces ) , and charges were made for services i did not order.. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY ..
