We have just received one of your bar stools and wanted to say thank you for such an excellent product and exceptionally fast delivery.

From the moment we opened the box, it was obvious that this was no ordinary bar stool. The care taken with the packaging, together with the quality of every component, immediately gave the impression of a premium product. Once assembled, it exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully made, solid, sturdy, and looks fantastic alongside our kitchen island.

It's refreshing to find a company that clearly takes such pride in both its products and the customer experience—something that seems increasingly rare these days.

Needless to say, we were so impressed that we've already ordered two more to complete the set.

Despite the first delivery being the incorrect fabric on the barstool, one email with a photo of the boxes, they were quick to reply and arranged to collect them and delivered the correct ones within 24 hours.

Still waiting for my barstools to be delivered. They promise (and still advertise to new customers!) next day delivery but in reality it doesn't happen. They say DPD is at fault and there is a backlog and they might be with me in a week's time. They don't always reply to emails and when they do they still can't give me a specific date they will be delivered. Offered a discount and I am awaiting a refund but overall the customer service is awful. Avoid this company!

Buyer beware! I ordered some stools and was promised next working day delivery and waited in all day and heard nothing I contacted them and was told oh sorry we will deliver them on Friday, I waited in on Friday and had heard nothing by Friday lunchtime so messaged and said come on please don’t make me wait in again what is going on and was told we are so sorry we will do a special Saturday delivery for you, so guess what I waited in on Saturday and no communication, I messaged them to say this is a terrible way to treat customers and was told oh we might get them to you by next Friday, I have officially given up and will now wait out the 30 days so I can do a chargeback on my card, I mean if mine is now two weeks in a queue I wonder how long new orders will take. Very poor

There was a delay in my order however customer services were great in rectifying the issue and followed up to ensure I had a satisfactory resolution. I was impressed in the aftercare.
The bar stools are lovely to look at in terms of design and colour but not the easiest to put together if you’re on your own. One of them is still wobbly despite numerous attempts to rebuild it. Overall I would recommend the company

❌ Utterly disappointed – Zero communication and missed delivery deadlines
I chose to order from Barstools.co.uk specifically because they promised fast delivery. I was hosting an event and getting these stools on time was absolutely critical to my plans.
Unfortunately, the service has been incredibly poor:
No Shipping Updates: I have received absolutely no proactive updates regarding my shipment status.
Poor Customer Support: I’ve had to waste my own time chasing them up just to find out that they had warehouse issues and don’t even know the status of my order.
Unreliable Service:
If you are ordering for a specific deadline or hosting an event, do not trust this company. My order is already a week late and nothing so far 😞

Lovely looking stools, easy to assemble. They are a little bit squeaky and would prefer a little more padding on the seat.

We have ordered six bar stools from this company and we found that when we had a slight issue with one of our stools it was sorted with out hesitation.

I liked the bar stools but found them difficult to assemble on my own. It took a long time.
One of the chairs came with two screws already screwed into the wood and were extremely difficult to remove. I had the right number of screws in the plastic bag and can only assume this particular chair had been returned. I was disappointed with this.
The packaging was badly broken and it arrived later than expected.

Good value tub chairs, seem well made and sturdy, perfect size for our small living area, nice bright funky colours (yellow our choice) very speedy delivery, happy customer
