The table i ordered... cuba walnut bar table came within the delivery slot. That was not the issue.
The issue is the quality of said table. It is lightweight not at all sturdy.it wobbles and rotates.
I could have bought a much cheaper version off amazon or the range but chose this company as I presumed the quality would be much better. It is not! Ive sent a couple of emails asking for help as to how I can make the table more sturdy also to mention the table didnt advertise itself as being one that can rotate. I didn't want one like that. Both emails have been ignored.
So thankyou Barstools. Uk.
Maybe for stools you are the place to go as I appreciate all the positive reviews, they are what drew me to buying from you.
But your table is terrible and so is your customer service.

Id like to add that after what seems like a misunderstanding regarding emails sent for assistance and my emails not being seen as they were going into spam I am satisfied this was the case and I wasnt being ignored purposefully.
The table ive managed to secure with some adjustment and now feels like the table I was expecting from this company.
The company have reached out a few times to me which again is showing concern & consideration.
Ive added this to my previous rather harsh review to show im happy with my purchase and the company isn't at all bad.

Over the past year I have ordered bar stools from this company on 3 occasions. I had a couple of small issues the second and third time of ordering and upon contacting the sales team, both times they were very accommodating and efficient in supplying a replacement. Highly recommend the company and will deal with them again in the future. Love the bar stools!

Great service and great product. Have a very busy 150 capacity terrace at my wine bar, and the Porto stools have been pretty bomb proof over last 12 months, with some serious wear and tear, and weather bashing! Very stylish as well, best looking on market in my view, and customers agree!

The purchase side was good. All went smoothly and quickly. But the chair holes didn't align to the threaded inserts. My previous chair had broken so I had no option but to use the new chair but can only secure it with 1 bolt. At some point I will need to cut or re-drill wider holes so that the bolts can reach the inserts.

I was impressed with the selection of barstools on display which help me find the right one to pick. I purchased 2 CoCo barstools which ticked all the boxes, dark wood finish with 4 legs and 360 degree rotation. I choose this type of barstool for my kitchen as didn’t want a central leg, I have had that type before and found them a pain, plus with the hydraulic up and down mechanism they can get caught under the worktop. Well done.

Excellent product at a very reasonable cost. They are exactly as described, and look fantastic in our kitchen. We went for the gold/effect finish, with white seats and are very happy with the look. They arrived promptly, and were very well packaged to avoid any transit damage.

I ordered three bar stools which are all absolutely beautiful quality. One had a slight fault on it so I contacted Customer Service by email & I they were excellent. Their communication was brilliant and they resolved the issue quickly with no fuss. I'd highly recommend them.
