Bayut Avis

Honestly one of the worst websites. My dog would've made better.

Almost 99% of the properties advertised are fake. Any agency can advertise in Bayut as they don't verify this agency. The agency called MODERN LOOK REAL ESTATE which operates in khalifa city Abu Dhabi is full of thieves they will take money from you as a deposit but they will never deposit that amount to the landowner. beware with this agency

Bayut is a TOTAL FRAUD! YES, I SAY IT AGAIN, BAYUT IS A TOTAL FRAUD. Last week while attempting to book a property in Sport City, Dubai, the LISTING of that property page on Bayut was FAKE/FRAUDULENT & I LOST A LOT to a scam Bayut created. When I contacted Bayut, they say they have no idea how someone placed a fraudulent advert for a property on their website (Bayut), but didn't offer to compensate me for what THEY THEMSELVES SAID IS A FRAUD. KEEP AWAY, DO NOT TRUST BAYUT. THEY ARE A TOTAL FRAUD!!
**To the relevant authorities in Dubai. Do not tarnish Dubai's reputation by permitting Bayut to do business in Dubai. It is probably best to CANCEL their Business License & settle the frauds that they have committed & chase them out of the UAE. I have seen many posts online of other victims of Bayut.com fraud. Cancel them!!

The majority of adverts are false with misleading prices designed to lure a potential customer. Very untrustworthy website and some of the blame must go to the realtors who are also unreliable and untrustworthy.

Never ever trust those guys. I had bad experience with them

I went to visit the Abu Dhabi office as a client in Ramadan, found some employees vaping in the office!!! I decided not to enter!!

The worst platform ever in the world. And the customer service is very bad. And all the employees working here think that they are the boss of the world. Such a pathetic egoistic people….

Thuuuuuuuuuuu….

No real objects, prices are not real,

An awesome platform to look for authentic properties, Truchecked listings are a game changer.

All of the post in this application that i checked out are rented or no longer available some were taken few weeks and some are taken months ago. Most of the agents are just using these posting in that way they can offer another unlisted flat. Pictures posted are mixed up. A total waste of time. I spent time and money to look for these flats and all of them are rented already but still active in the website. For those units that are not available, they should have taken it down or put an indicator that its already rented.

All the classifieds for property are old and the agent's who posted them don't take it down after it's sold! They retain it so that people call them and they offer alternatives!

There are certain agents who are cheating using this plat form they will take 1000 aed as initial booking charges but they fail to provide neither flat or money back. I have cheated by one of agent name ADIL MUNEER from TAN PROPERTIES be careful guys don’t trust this app as well as agents.

Bayut - agent Lilut villafuerte (Be my guest)
I am not satisfied with the service they provide and they behave disrespectfully ,they are not ready for help clients and they taking too much deposits.

Worst app, very bad management for searching houses. All want commission first and doesn't even provide monthly options. Very bad app. Don't download. Its waste of time!!! Zero points. Boycott this system!!!!

worst experience of portfolio while posting adds I will never recommend

one of the worst experiences.
they will charge you but never provide the service you paid for.

this site is an accomplice to a scam and an accomplice. I was robbed of money and I have proof but he refuses but notices because he is an accomplice with certain scammers. leave the negative or positive opinions you do not have the right to erase !!!!

Good morning!
I contacted three agents through your website on Monday, and I am following from that day, but I didn’t received any response from them till now.
Thanks

I was interested in a verified studio in Danube Glamz Furjan (Apartment no. 407). We reached out to Knightsbridge Properties (Syed Faran Ahmed) and were given a rate of 400,000 AED for the studio. We tried to negotiate and could not reach a mutual agreement on price. Every time, he would ask for a cheque from me and send (wats app copy)to the seller, a Chinese Invester named Qingfei Weng. Then we got hold of another agent again from Buyut named Proverb Realty (Ms. Beenish Khurram) who claimed they have a better outreach to this seller. They promised to close the deal at 395,000 AED and again took a cheque copy from us which did not work. Eventually we agreed to the price of 400,000 which was the initial asking amount. Now this agent again flagged the cheque copy to the seller and seller increased the price stating that I have another offer which is 420,000 AED. This was nothing but a mechanism adopted by the seller (partially along with agents) to raise the price falsely. They used our cheque copies to show to other potential buyers and falsely claim that the demand for this studio is so high. These agents are equally responsible for such unprofessional approach.
I strongly recommend not to deal with this Chinese investor who never comes for the final deal closing in the forefront and plays around with genuine buyers.

The Bayut agent, Yasmin, promised to show us two properties the next weekend. She never got back to us. We complained about her and were told our complaint was rejected. We find properties that are no longer for sale on the website; some were sold weeks ago. A very poor company with terrible customer service.
