Have been in Dubai for a mont now
Have been in Dubai for a month now. You rarely get a response from any broker on this site and then too, it's about another property they have. There are some genuine guys on here but it just takes so many enquiries to finally get a decent broker.Having said that- None of the other local sites are any better. Dubizzle, in fact is worse

My review is about one of the agents listed in Bayut. By all cost, its best to avoid the agent by the name 'Sheik Fahad' who works for the agency 'Al Emarah Properties Broker'. He is highly ill mannered and unprofessional.

The worst!
The worst! 99% of the properties advertised are fake.
They show much lower prices or a non existing property. You end up contacting their agents and then a series of abussive system of unlimited calls from them with false information starts.
No control and they don't even care. It is better to just close the website overall and go home.

The Bayut has no control on its listed companies. They are cheating people in UAE. Please don't go in the name of Bayut. It's a poorly managed company by the weak management.

Terrible Company
Terrible Company, We are moving to Dubai and a Google search came up with this site that looked legit so I started inquiring about a few different properties that I liked and that was almost 10 days ago and have not gotten even one response from any of these agents listing the properties.
What I figured out is that this website is used by property owners and their agents to bump up the prices and none of these properties are either real or actually for rent or sale. When you actually look at real properties on other sites you notice that the actual prices are much lower and there are hundreds if not thousands of available properties that have been on the market for months on.

FAKE WEBSITE..This site and the properties listed on it are all fake, the agents are non responsive and never respond to any of your inquiries.
When receiving review emails to review agents, the form is also fake and will not allow you to submit the form so I would not bother with this totally fake site.

Total waste of time
Total waste of time. Sent multiple inquiries for properties for rent and no response. Bayut does not hold the vendors accountable for their level of service so it reflects poorly on them. In the meantime, I get multiple emails promoting more properties for rent from Bayut which are annoying as still nobody responds to any inquiries.

Very good content for people below the iq of a gouse plant. I know that the nihilistic aproach to life is prominent nowadays, but just cause we all gonna die doesn't mean you can waste my time with your 'journalism'.
Pls less bs next time.
