Too many ghost listings. I spent three weekends contacting agents about properties that were already rented or didn't exist. Bayut needs to seriously crack down on fake ads - it's wasting everyone's time.

Concept is wonderful but services is soo poor.
Made an investment 3 months ago still pending for shares issues.
Arranged an time to talk to someone, waited whole week/months not even apologises sorry missed your appointment.

Wound have invested more but annoyed at their services

I purchased an apartment through Bayut in March 2025 .During negotiations, their agent,Mr Ibraim Hattan, confirmed via email and whatsApp that the rooftop A\C units would be rearranged properly and professionally at Bayut expense.The units were not damage- the issue was about ensuring a neat, safe,and compliant installation

My request was also acknowledged and approved by the manager, Mr Khalid Zain .However ,after the purchase was completed,nothing was done.I forwarded my request again to Mr Zain ,but received no reply.

I also attempted multiple times to contact the new agents ,Mr Qassim and Mr Malik but my messages were completely ignored.

This level of unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.I have already filed a formal complaint with the SAUDI REAL ESTATE GENERAL AUTHORITY(REGA)

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR TRANSPARENCY , RELIABILITY,AND RESPECT FOR WRITTEN AGREEMENTS.

Do not trust anything published advon that website. They published a fake ad on their site for villa in North coast in Egypt and I lost 40 thousands Egyptian pound.

Honestly this the worst website!
There is absolutely no control in the platform and there is full of scammers and fake property
I have mailed Bybut several times and they didn't answer.
Better stay away from them.

The agents are so poor, clueless. Honestly waste of time. I had my heart set on a particular property the agent never replied, I asked him so many times that I wanted to see it, communication was non existent. I have sent several messages with AWS real estate and no one ever contacts you. This review I am actually being kind with what I’m saying.

A company who needs to spend millions to interrupt movies on YouTube every 5 min with the same uncreative ad can not be good

Fake listings and prices are always at least 30-40 percent higher when you contact the agents. STOP LYING and wasting people’s time.

Unfortunately, all the listings are traps and fake. When I contacted all the listing owners, they said that it was not available "but there are other apartments." They repeat the same phrase and use the same method to lure us until we contact them for this large percentage that they do not deserve.

I do not think that you do not know that this is a cheap method of marketing and keeping silent about it is considered you a partner. It harms the credibility and professionalism of your site... It is supposed that for any apartment that is rented, you must oblige the marketer to end it and list another one if it exists.

But I think that you deliberately keep the list available so that you can profit from advertising or visitors or the like, and this is considered wrong and not professional and harms us as customers, and wastes time without a practical solution and finding something real and actual.

I am stepping away from filing a complaint to the local authorities against you and the marketers on your platform for the lack of credibility and professionalism and for providing late and expired information that is not constantly updated.

I am tired while searching for an apartment and I warn you against repeating this. It is better to control and find a radical solution to improve your marketing system and find strict controls, documentation, and credibility that force marketers to include anything new only and delete the old and not keep it.

This is the right thing and the system that saves time and effort as well as credibility. Otherwise, you will gain a bad reputation and get bad feedback as I will do today.

Really sad. This site is full of fake listings. Wasted hours shortlisting properties to buy. But when I contacted the agents through Bayut, it turned out that the properties are not for sale. I reported the fake listing to Bayut but the fake listings are still showing. Best to use another property site as Bayut is entirely unreliable and a complete waste of time.

MOST OF THE PROPERTIES LISTED ARE FAKE!! What a waste of time! I have been spending more time reporting the SCAMS than really getting a property. Their customer service sends an email a WEEK to 10 days later asking more details… with ALL the fake listings I have reported you think I remember which one it is??? Why taking so long to reply!! Also I have provided them the conversations they kept asking for it again and again keeping the FAKE LISTING posted for a MONTH so all I understand is that they are part of this SCAM. They don’t care about the fake listings they just want to show that they have so many properties to offer… properties that most of the time NOT AVAILABLE. DO YOUR JOB!!!

I got brutally scammed by a listing that appeared even first in my results. There is absolutely no control in the platform as there is full of scammers and fake property listings. Also I've emailed Bayut several times and they didn't answer. Mail after mail, no answer.
I'll say nothing but make your conclusions.

only few of Dubai property adz are controlled bal for all other emirates full time scammer real estate agents and agencies posting scamming property adz. when ever contacted for the unit advertised they said its rented or sold and ad is live many weeks and months.if they say its rented then why its still online posted? i dont understand where is the control of quality check compliance about scam agencies and agents posting of outdated scammer property adz?

Almost 99% of the properties advertised are fake. Any agency can advertise in Bayut as they don't verify this agency. The agency called MODERN LOOK REAL ESTATE which operates in khalifa city Abu Dhabi is full of thieves they will take money from you as a deposit but they will never deposit that amount to the landowner. beware with this agency

Bayut is a TOTAL FRAUD! YES, I SAY IT AGAIN, BAYUT IS A TOTAL FRAUD. Last week while attempting to book a property in Sport City, Dubai, the LISTING of that property page on Bayut was FAKE/FRAUDULENT & I LOST A LOT to a scam Bayut created. When I contacted Bayut, they say they have no idea how someone placed a fraudulent advert for a property on their website (Bayut), but didn't offer to compensate me for what THEY THEMSELVES SAID IS A FRAUD. KEEP AWAY, DO NOT TRUST BAYUT. THEY ARE A TOTAL FRAUD!!
**To the relevant authorities in Dubai. Do not tarnish Dubai's reputation by permitting Bayut to do business in Dubai. It is probably best to CANCEL their Business License & settle the frauds that they have committed & chase them out of the UAE. I have seen many posts online of other victims of Bayut.com fraud. Cancel them!!

The majority of adverts are false with misleading prices designed to lure a potential customer. Very untrustworthy website and some of the blame must go to the realtors who are also unreliable and untrustworthy.

Never ever trust those guys. I had bad experience with them
