We found everyone in the Beasbsy office to be helpful and friendly. The billing system was easy to understand, efficient and competitive.
Our possessions were in storage for 13 months without issue and the moving process went smoothly.
We had cause to access one of our containers during the storage period, this was made easy for us and was hassle free.

I found Britannia Bearsbys really excellent for my recent removal. Right from making contact with the office all the way through the process to the move itself nothing was too much trouble. Moving house is a stressful experience but they made it easy. Thanks all.

Superb service. Second time we have used Bearsbys and once again the service was absolutely spot on. I cant praise them enough. Extremely helpful staff went the extra mile to help us unpack and assemble some heavy new furniture and even took away all the rubbish to save me a tip run. Nothing was too much trouble and everything ran like clockwork.

We moved in September 2021 from Maidstone to Bexley. The guys were simply outstanding. Nothing was too much for them. They were so polite helpful quick strong professional and friendly. We couldn’t thank them enough. So hardworking and so efficient. We’ve been in our home 7 months now and we love our new home and been meaning to write a review! The chaps were outstanding! There were 3 of them and one was named David. Literally nothing was too much for them, so very happy to recommend.

From 1st contact with Britannia Bearsbys office, headache gone. Through the zoom style inventory process, to the removals, and then the delivery to our new home. Everything went like clockwork. Nothing was too much trouble. We used the storage facilities between our move from France to the UK. All was looked after very well, including the customs clearance. The teams at both ends worked efficiently, with experience, attention to detail, and good humour. Highly recommend Britannia Bearsbys, they looked after all aspects of our international move, at a competitive price. Very happy customer. Thank you.

The removal team arrived promptly and had our house emptied in no time. I was very impressed by their care and efficiency. What could have been a really stressful day went smoothly. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Insurance I paid for didn’t cover as like for like eg when they badly packed a item & it fell down in the the lorry I got 1/2 the new value
The packers are rude about my partner & I (when they thought I couldn’t hear them)
I had paid for packing and they complained about packing!
The insurance company they use were unhelpful & didn’t respond to emails
I had to chase via the removal company
They also “forgot” to reply to me
I’m furious!
Don’t use this company!!

I would like to thank Darren and Simon for providing a quality service for my recent move from the South East to Edinburgh. From the initial packing to the removal day and finally unloading they were very professional and a joy to work with.

We moved from Tunbridge Wells, Kent to a village in Somerset. Britannia Bearsby made this as painless as such an experience can be. 4 guys loaded us up in TW and 2 took the truck down to Somerset where they got all the garden furniture off and then stayed overnight nearby. The next morning the rest came off and straight into the house. Such hard work, done politely and with sympathy was more than you could rightly expect. They were wonderful.

Services which helps you to put more products and services on your shelf without any extra costs. Good if you want to expand your business portfolio just with an internet connection and a computer.

We found the removal team to be really helpful, going above and beyond to make our move as stress free as possible. I've used Britannia Bearsbys a few times now and have always experienced excellent service.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Excellent from start to finish. We had a move from Kent to Birmingham, with a stop to rented accommodation and another stop to storage. Everything was seamless, great removal men, nothing damaged. They took all the stress away. They also really helped us in terms of knowing which size storage unit to use, and saved us money as they knew we could fit into a smaller unit. How they assess this I do not know, great knowledge! Thank you everyone.

The team at Bearsbys were brilliant throughout. From booking our removals, arranging for items to come out of long term storage and getting everything from London to Yorkshire, the whole process was incredibly smooth and completely stress free (even with a baby in tow!) . I have used a number of removal companies over the years and Bearsbys are by far the easiest to deal with and the most efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Bearsbys were great. We had a small window to arrange packing and removal as we exchanged late and our original movers let us down.

They did an over email quote based on pictures and a list of large objects.

The team packed everything up the day before the move, leaving us the essentials, then we’re ready by 11:30 to move us. Once at the new property they unloaded and built the beds and other large items and were done by 15:30. Excellent service all round.

A brilliant service was received from start to finish, everything was tailored to exactly what we required and everyone on the team was so helpful. The removal team on the day were so cheerful and efficient, making the moving process so smooth and stress-free!

We have just had a 5 day removal. Great service, excellent and safe packing, with utmost care and attention. The packing over 3 days and delivery over 2 days meant we had time to breath. The team were really pleasant, polite and superbly helpful. This is the second move they have done for us and will certainly use again if needed.
