From start to finish Brittania Bearsbys were incredibly professional, efficient and above all careful and helpful with our property. They definitely took the stress out of moving day and we can’t thank them enough.

The team were polite, accommodating and made a stressful day much easier. I would certainly use Bearsby’s again.

Bearsby’s were absolutely brilliant, highly recommend. Communication and pricing before my move was clear, quick and costs very reasonable. On the day of the move the two gentlemen sent were on time, unfailingly polite and cheerful and went above and beyond. Everything safely packed, moved and put in the new house without issue- even large ticket items with a small entrance way didn’t cause them a problem. 10/10 service from them working so hard all day. I could not have been more pleased, made a stressful day a lot easier.

Excellent removals service, the team we had went above and beyond to get us moved into our new home. All furniture required was taken apart and reassembled at the other end without issue. Would definitely recommend.

Over the past year I’ve used Britannia Bearsby‘s for three interlinked jobs, the move out from a flat in London, the storage of my belongings in their facility, and my move in to a property in York. Throughout, I’ve been delighted both by the proactiveness of their office staff and by the friendliness and professionalism of the removal men. The move-in in particular, went very well, with boxes stacked neatly where we asked them to be placed, and with great care taken to get furniture into its assigned position without bumping walls or causing any other damage. They also put back together a number of items partly dismantled back in London, with no issues. Whilst the thought of ever moving again sends a shiver down my spine, given the vast amount of bureaucracy involved, the moving and storage of my belongings was the easier part, with huge thanks to Bearsby’s for making it work.

We are delighted with the teams sent to pack and move us last week. They were communicative, helpful and considerate with our belongings, very heavy furniture (even replacing some worn screws when putting them back together) and us. They made a highly stressful event run as smoothly as it possibly could and I would highly recommend their services. Thank you so much!

I would like to highly recommend Britannia Bearsbys . Simon our packer on the eve of move worked tirelessly and efficiently . Day of move Lee and his brother arrived just after eight and again got on with loading the 2 vans very professionally , unloading was seamless when we eventually got into our new home . Also the boxes used and packing paper was collected the same day we rang .

All the way through the process from the zoom quote to the final box being delivered to our new home, we’ve been very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and competence of all the BB employees involved in our move.
The quote was competitive and we were given helpful packing tips.
Our exchange was delayed several times, but Britannia Bearsbys were very helpful over the phone to achieve the removal days we needed.
We moved from Kent to Lincolnshire over 2 days.
On both days of our move, despite the heat, the removal men were quick and efficient, while at the same time very careful and respectful of ‘all our worldly goods’.

I liked the fact the Company used technology, the review of the house was done via Zoom and to accept the quote could be done online. I felt the price was very competitive and well worth the money. The Removal Team worked so hard over the three days, initially packing then moving over two days which was good as the first day was the hottest day on record! I stood in the back of the lorry for a little while and gosh was it hot. I made a couple of mistake of saying where I wanted the furniture but the Team very kindly re-positioned to where I really wanted it - thank you for your patience. I felt our belongings were handled with care and respect and items were placed carefully into position.
Moving is stressful but Bearsbys made the physical move a breeze. Thank you.

We packed up and moved on the hottest days of the year. Despite the extreme heat, the teams on both days were friendly, professional and hard working, ensuring that the job was done efficiently and on time. I have no hesitation in recommending Bearsby’s services.

A difficult move with over 5 flights of stairs to empty the house and way too much stuff. Britannia guys were on time, polite and worked hard to complete the move. Moving is never enjoyable but these guys were quick efficient and careful. Would recommend

Bearsby's stepped in at very short notice ( less than a week) when another company suddenly let me down. The survey was done over a video call, and the quote was with me a few hours later. Their pricing was very comparable with other companies in the area. I chose the full packing service, and on day one 3 of the team turned up. The were all uniformed, very professional and very polite. They worked all day packing and labelling everything very carefully ( when we unpacked we didn't have a single broken item). On day two , two of the team returned to finish off packing the second van. Our stuff went into storage for just after a week, and then came to the new property. Just a team of two this time, but again professional appearance and very friendly and polite. They took great care to make sure that everything went exactly where I wanted it, and even moved stuff again when I changed my mind on a the location of a couple of large items. They took great care to protect the new flooring throughout the property and worked hard reassembling some particularly complex bits of furniture ( one being my studybed). Before they left they made sure I was happy with every room. All the team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The office team are also very responsive to emails and questions. I would absolutely recommend this removals firm to anyone.

Britannia Bearsbys have just carried out our move from Kent to Cheshire, and I have to say they did an excellent job. We had the packing service, so it was a three day move to pack, load and travel, and unpack us. The whole team were really friendly and professional. John & Olly were on time at both locations (260 miles apart) for the move out and move in, they were cheerful, helpful and had high praise for the company and management. Would definitely recommend.

As always we had a smooth move to our new home. We chose for them to pack for us and after storing the contents of our last home for 16 months we found everything to be in the same condition as we left it.
