All went very well for our international removal. We were recommended Britannia Bearsbys and it is our turn to do so!
Excellent and trusty team who worked very hard and made sure that we were happy during the whole process till the end. My piano also arrived safely at destination!

A very big thank you to the team at Britannia Bearsbys. The move was worth every penny. Lee and Ollie were absolutely brilliant throughout the three days on our move from Kent to Yorkshire. The whole team made my move so easy. From booking them right through to moving day I cannot fault their service.
This was the first time I have moved house on my own but everyone was so kind, helpful and understanding. At the last minute I realised I needed to put some of my ‘stuff’ into store and I worried it might be too late but one phone call and it was all arranged.
The two removal gentlemen (and they were really gentleman) could not have been more helpful and kind. I’m so pleased I will still have contact with them when I collect my other boxes as to me they feel like family now. Thank you so much Britannia Bearsbys, you are all fantastic !!

Wow what an amazing company. I can’t fault them on any aspect of our move. We used the professional packers who packed our large five bedroom home in a day and half with minimal fuss!

Then we had the wonderful Dave who managed the move and oversaw the loading, travel (6hours) and unloading of everything. Nothing was too much trouble and he quickly dealt with any tricky items. In fact Dave ensured that the whole move went like clockwork even when we completed only to find the previous owners still moving out delaying us significantly!

They say moving is one of the most stressful things you can do, well I would say you just need Britannia Bearsbys and you can relax knowing it will all be fine.

Made the whole process from start to finish as stress-free as possible. Would highly recommend! By far the easiest people to deal with during the whole buying/selling/moving process.

Made us feel comfortable with the move that was happening, the boxing up was exceptional and the actual move day was as stress-free as it could be - thanks for making it such a smooth operation!

They were really courteous, kept checking in with us to make sure we were happy and to work around what was best for us, and they were absolutely brilliant working into the evening after a very late completion, so we could have our beds on our first night.

We had to arrange a move very quickly the week before Christmas and Ralph from Bearsbys calmly led us through the process and most importantly confirmed that the company could do the three day move (we were moving to another part of the country). He arranged a zoom call with us to 'walk him' through the house, garden and garage. The week of the move was during the heavy snow in Kent and bitterly cold. The packers and the removal men on day one were polite, respectful of us and our property and very cheerful considering the conditions. In particular we would commend Simon and Darren who on day two had to sleep in the lorry on one of the coldest nights this year having packed the remaining stuff from our house and had a 3 hour drive. They arrived cheerful on the moving in day (day three). They worked tirelessly all day and then had to face a 3 hour drive home that night. They were excellent.
Thank you to all the team at Bearsbys. We would wholeheartedly recommend them.

From start to finish Britannia Bearsbys were incredible. I have to admit, we were having a pretty awful time with the whole house moving and had to save our chain and move our contents into self-storage. Due to the distance from Kent to Cornwall, we felt a removal company would take away the stress of it all, they certainly did this.
On the day of the move Simon and Pat arrived at the time specified, they were professional and considerate.
We met them the following day in Cornwall to see our possessions being put into storage and again Simon and Pat were fantastic - Thanks guys for an amazing job, you both took the stress away from an emotional time :-)

The quote process with Ralph via Zoom went very smoothly with customer service a clear strength.
The move itself couldn't have gone more smoothly, from the moment they turned up spot on time, the friendliness of the movers and their professionalism.
No breakages/damage.

Right from the outset, Bearsbys were efficient helpful and always responded to any of my questions.
Packing was smooth, I managed to work from home while the packing was going on around me and on the day of the move, the John and the team could not have been more helpful.
The completion happened later in the day than it should have done but once I had the keys they were in and unloading at the speed of light!

My family and I have moved all over the country and on this occasion, probably our last move, the "Bearsbys' were sure bears when it came to packing, lifting and carrying 60+ heavy cartons (93 years of hoarding!) and a full-size upright piano out to the truck and then unloading it all into a new home. Friendly and good-natured they did not waste any time getting a tough job done. And then, just like the Lone Ranger, they were gone!

Britannia Bearsbys, provided such a wonderful service throughout from the first contact to the last box unloaded from the truck. Their packing team did an excellent job boxing up our home ready for the removal team (you wanted it boxed they boxed it). The removal team were very professional and good spirited which kept what can be a very stressful time nice and relaxing.

Excellent, friendly service throughout the whole, stressful process. Communicative, responsive and understanding. No request ignored, no question too daft ! Highly recommended.
