Excellent service from first point of contact to move day.
I was quite nervous about moving and items being packed and everyone just helped to put my mind at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service

from start to finish the the staff at Bearsbys were professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
they arrived early each day, worked together as a team. Lee and Leo were brilliant on the day of the move, they delivered our possession to the right place 220 miles, and again in a professional way they unloaded the lorry safely and quickly. i couldn't fault them at all and would recommend Bearsbys to anyone.

Good communication before the move, very responsive to queries, really listened to and responded to our concerns about logistics of quite tricky access and time pressure, and provided realistic solutions which worked. The team were cheerful and professional during the move itself (including some challenging weather conditions), and adapted the careful plan in consultation with us, which really helped our move to go as smoothly as we could have hoped. Overall cost was competitive as compared with other companies. The team were particularly careful with delicate art, antique furniture and pianos - their experience in handling these sorts of items was obvious. I would thoroughly recommend Bearsbys to anyone planning their move.

Fantastic service. They turned up ahead of time, and took complete control of the situation and allowed me and my wife to concentrate our focus elsewhere. They even managed to get a truant cat into the cat carrier for us!

At the other end, everything was unloaded promptly and where we needed it. Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic moving service from Britannia Bearsbys. The movers were amazing and moved us on the two hottest days of the year. Despite the heat, they were all very nice and maintained their sense of humour.
We opted for the full packing service and were so pleased we did, they packed carefully but very quickly and nothing was too much bother for them.
We found Britannia Bearsbys a really reliable company, they were always quick to answer calls when we were trying to exchange contacts and confirm our completion date. We also found them competitively priced.
We moved out of county so for us there was a bit more stress as our new property was a two-hour drive away. We also had late keys and were pleased to have made provisions with Britannia Bearsbys on this aspect.
A fantastic job and we would absolutely use them again and recommend.

The move manager came round to quote for us & really accurately judged how many boxes it would take and a rough approximate of how long it would take. The quote arrived really quickly & was extremely competitive. Our sale was not a smooth one, we only exchanged the day before completion (due to a bad solicitor further down the chain - another story!). The move manager took it in his stride - he had several plans depending on what happened with the sale - especially important as we were moving 200 miles away! Thankfully 'Plan A' was used in the end!
The people who moved us arrived as scheduled (a little early in fact!). They introduced themselves and looked round the house to check out possible difficulties with stairs etc. They then got really stuck in! They worked quickly but with care & were very respectful of us & our possessions.
At the other end they had to wait until the money was transferred for the house, but they did so without a single complaint. They unloaded as quickly as the had loaded bit with the same amount of care, always with a smile. We can't thank them enough. A special thank you to Lee, Jimmy & Mark (actually from Britannia Beckwith - Bearsbys has to get additional help from this branch as it was such a busy week). A special thank you to Kieran & Ralph, the move managers who made it so easy for us and handled a very tricky move with professionalism & not a small amount of humour! Thank you all!

Outstanding service. Made moving house stress free and easy. The removal men worked non stop and nothing was too much for them. Really careful with our belongings. No damage to anything! Reassembled our beds and sofas on the other side. Would 100% recommend to friends and family. Cracking job.

The service from the team from providing a quotation to unloading the belongings at their final destination was exceptional. Not only was the removal quote very competitive, but the team on the day were extremely polite, helpful and efficient throughout. I would highly recommend this company for home removal.

Very professional service, moved a kitchen from Italy to London and all went smoothly with good communication throughout. Very pleased.

Very impressed with all aspects of our move. Arrival time was as advised and the four guys set to work straightaway, with loading of the two lorries completed in under an hour and a half. Likewise, unloading at our new address was very efficient and all items were in correct rooms, etc within just over an hour. Thank you

I used Brittania Bearsbys for a move earlier this year. All the team friendly and professional. From Ralph to Lee/Paul and the packers. The price was fair, the move went smoothly and they all worked really hard. From my experience top notch service.

We were daunted by thought of moving all we owned from London to Dordogne, but Britania gave us confidence in our dealings with them.
Their team packed our belongings, loaded them and off loaded in France.
All the team were considerate with our belongings, were cheerful throughout and nothing was to much trouble for them.
They had issues at French customs even though our documents were in order but they persevered whilst held up for 7 hours, until they got through. They still delivered on time in France.

From the outset the service was excellent. The actual move itself (over two days) was punctual, smooth running, stress free, friendly and very professional. Nothing was ever too much. No breakages or damages when moving out or when moving in. We would not hesitate in recommending Britannia Bearsbys and we would certainly use them again.

We had David, Diamond, Alfie and Colin do our move for us and the were all incredible. They were so professional and polite, moved swiftly and with purpose. I was amazed how quickly they got all of our possessions in and out of their van!

David stood out to me as a leader, he came up with a plan and let me know of what is going to be going on, he provided the rest of the team with direction for the whole day and only came to me for important decisions. He was outstanding!
