Quality good customer service not so good
I ordered decking materials the quality is really good however one of the boards was damaged and I called the following day to advise and I spoke to a guy and he said as I had ordered online he would need to get that department to call me back still nothing and that was 3 weeks ago now.

It's very easy order online, they guys that deliver was amazing at delivering over my fence into my back garden since I'm a gable end house so it was accessible to do that. Send email to confirm delivery date and time slot and it's bang on time

Delivered in a timely fashion
Delivered in a timely fashion. Can I pass on my extreme thanks to your delivery driver who unloaded the timber and decking and put them in my garage . Ps l am a 78 year old pensioner. Decking area is now finished and looking great. Thanks to all in your organisation 👍
