Absolute Abzocke! Zum Glück Rückerstattung von Üaypal bekommen. Die Tragen haben nichts mit den Fotos auf der Webseite zu tun. Fie Fotos gehören anderen Leuten und zeigen nichtdie verschickten Tragen. Die Tragen verfügen über keinerlei Hinweislabels zu Pflege und Zertifizierung und dürfen in der EU gae nicht verkauft werden. Absolut unseriös! Ich hatte mir sofort nach der Storno das Geld über Paypal zurückgeholt und auch den Händler informiert. Die meinten, dass sie meinw Stornierung erst bearbeiten können, wenn ich ihnen die Rückzahlung wieder überweise. Na sichi doch. Also ... absoluter Schrott. Anbieter sollte verklagt, Seite dicht und jegliche Werbeanzeige nicht ermöglicht werden. SCAM!

This sling is basically a size 8 boob tube from 2002. I can barely get it on, and I’m only an Australian size 10. It looks nothing like the product advertised and is completely impractical for carrying a baby.

Like other reviewers, i am having same issue. Items do not reflect what is advertised and came like if it was purchased from Temu. Item was very small and is not worth what it is sold for.
I requested refund, and was offered 20% refund and was told it would be expensive to return it as i would need to pay postage, however i decided to proceed with returning anyways as the refund would still be more than 20%. When i was given the china address for refund, that was my 2nd red flag but i had to try anyways. It's now been almost 2 months and items have been delivered back but my refund still has not been processed. I have emailed three times now and each time i have been advised it has been sent to upper management to review email. I should have searched for reviews online prior, but yes please be cautious before purchase.

I would rate this zero if I can. Please steer clear of this product and company. Echoing other customers. It is a total waste of money. $20 to return, and then offered 20% refund juat for me to keep the product but its not worth keeping at all. After more negotiating, I received a 50% refund which was still not worth it compared to the full refund I would get if I were to return the item minus the shipping cost. They make the return process difficult on purpose. The item is not as advertised, it is unusable. Too tight like a scarf to me and I am a petite size 6. No way I can fit my baby in it when I can't even get it to fit past my shoulders. It's not stretchable, came in an unlabled plastic bag, no official company logo, only a tag "Made in China". No instructions/manual and it had a chemical smell. I have learned my lesson to look up a company on Trustpilot first. This is a knockoff company and item and a scam! Stay away from this company. I hope it gets shut down.

Its a scam. Their "official email" is a Gmail account. Dropshipped junk from China. Don't get scammed like i did. They also refuse to refund. Rubbish. Steer clear.

Wish I had looked up reviews before purchasing, my experience mirrors many of them! Item arrived and is far too small, however, the real issue, as others have stated is the poor returns policy which is not clear for the cost on the order or the website - whilst I received a quick response to my email, I was advised it would cost $20 to return the item as it would need to be sent internationally and tracked. I was offered an alternative 20% refund, which, is barely worth bothering with.

I ordered a baby product (Order #84109) which, in my experience, was not fit for purpose and raised safety concerns. It did not provide adequate support and I was not comfortable using it for my baby.

When I contacted the seller, I was not offered a proper resolution. Instead:
• I was offered only partial refunds (20% and later 50%)
• I was told I would need to return the item to China at my own expense to receive a full refund
• I was given restrictive return instructions, making the process difficult

At one point, I was also advised to declare a lower value for customs purposes, which I declined.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue directly, I did not receive a satisfactory outcome and have had to escalate the matter.

Sharing this so others can make an informed decision.

This product is being advertised and sold as a baby carrier suitable for toddlers, yet it fails entirely to perform its basic function. It does not fit properly on an adult body, making it impossible to use safely or effectively with a toddler. In practical terms, the item is unusable and does not meet the description under which it is being marketed.

I find it deeply concerning that a product intended for carrying children appears to be so poorly designed and inadequately sized. This raises serious questions about quality control, product testing, and consumer safety. Parents rely on accurate descriptions and functional equipment when purchasing items for their children, and this product falls far short of those expectations.

The returns policy compounds the problem. Requiring customers to pay a $20 fee to return a product that is clearly not fit for purpose is unreasonable and unfair. When a product fails to match its advertised function, the financial burden of returning it should not fall on the customer.

I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the handling of returns, and I would strongly caution other consumers against purchasing this item unless these issues are addressed.

Item never received or shipped after almost two weeks. Emailed "Water Land", which is the actual company of the item who owns the images, who informed me the item is counterfeit and I have most likely been scammed, since they dont have my order to cancel. Emailed "bebeamour2023[at]gmail.com" which is the contact email on the Shop Pay app, and received a canned response that "this has been forwarded to a Higher Level Reviewer".

This item arrived and was much too small for use - which was annoying but it happens (even though I ordered the larger size). What was truly disappointing was return policy I was met with when trying to return or replace this unusable item: $20 to return the item, even though I paid $6 shipping to receive it. This is not explained on the website - which I reviewed thoroughly prior to purchase - and I feel hoodwinked. The item comes from China and any returns have to be sent back to China directly. I would never buy from this company again, please use this as your warning to do the same. Scammers.

Absolutely awful.

The item arrived in a plain plastic bag with no branding, no safety labels, no instructions, no manufacturer details and no confirmation of safety standards.

As this is a product intended for carrying a baby, this is unacceptable and raises serious safety concerns.

Under UK consumer rights, this item is not as described and not of satisfactory quality.

I am formally requesting a full.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter to my payment provider and file a chargeback claim.

Awful customer service, was told I had to pay £20 to return my item or I could accept a £10 refund to keep the product. Does not state this on website. DO NOT USE

The product I received from Bebe Amour was completely different to what was advertised. The website describes premium, breathable Tencel/Lycra materials, but what arrived was a thick, fleece-like synthetic fabric that looked and felt nothing like the product photos. It also didn’t fit at all, despite being marketed as suitable for many body types.

The refund process has been exhausting. I’ve been stuck in weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and deflections, offered partial refunds, and told I must pay expensive international return shipping for an item that was clearly misrepresented.

This experience has all the hallmarks of a dropshipping operation rather than a legitimate brand. I would strongly recommend avoiding this business entirely.

Unfortunately, I am in the same boat as all the other mothers who have given a 1 star here, wishing we could give a zero. This company targets mothers with a product that simply doesn't work and is completely unusable. As others have described, the wrap is so tight that I was unable to get it over my shoulders (I am a petite size 8!) so there was absolutely no way I was going to even attempt to get my baby in too. The instagram ads are a total scam, and I'm so frustrated with myself for not coming to Trustpilot first, before purchasing. I feel a fool. I hope others new Mums will see this review and don't give these scammers more money. I have been trying to get my money back (to no avail, of course!) but the fight continues.

Echoing others - ordered this in a post partum haze without reading reviews first. What was delivered was absolutely not the product shown in the videos on their website. It was essentially a looped piece of fleece with no stretch. It couldn’t have been used for baby wearing. I asked to return, they told me I’d have to pay 20 dollars return shipping and tried to offer me a 20% discount instead? I requested a chargeback with my bank which it looks like has been successful. Would advise anyone else caught out to do the same.

DO NOT buy anything from Bebe amour. The carrier I bought won't even fit through my thighs! It doesn't stretch and isn't sturdy. If anyone else had this problem and is seeing it please request a refund from PayPal. They need to shut these guys down.

Really disappointed with my order, it never arrived at my home and the company isn’t offering a refund. I trusted this service, but this experience has been so frustrating. That’s unacceptable. Paid for something I never received ,this is not how you treat customers. Totally unfair and disappointing experience.

Waste of money. Wish I’d have seen the reviews. Sling is so tight I can barely get on my petite size Small frame - it crushes your baby (mines only 8 weeks old and it was a struggle to get him in and out). Cheap material - stitched wonky. Baby started slipping down towards my legs immediately despite wearing correctly. Slips off shoulder and yeah - useless. To return would have cost 20$ even though it was to China not the US - so it’s a drop shipping company. Got a partial 20% refund but it’s only on the product price and not the full total incl. shipping.
