I waited ages for the item, so I decided to cancel it.
I was told I could not cancel, had to wait for the item to return it and was told I would have to pay for the shipping estimated around $20. As a gesture of goodwill they said they would refund me 20% of what I paid.

The item arrived - it has a small hole in the fabric and the stitching is loose. The product is terrible and the company should be ashamed.

If I were to use this item, in its current state it would not be safe for my baby!

I have emailed the company with pictures they offered to send a replacement even though I stated the item does not fit big women - It will only fit over my head - when I asked for a refund they have said I have to pay.

I have asked why I have to pay for a faulty item that is too small and dangerous to be sent back to them and they have passed it to a manager to look into.

From a mum, who doesn't have a lot of money and wished I never spent it on this item!

Horrendous!
I wish I had checked the reviews sooner.
The item is not fit for purpose and cannot be used.
The shipping also took almost 3 weeks.
The returns policy is so vague and they want $20 to make a return back to Asia or you can accept a 20% refund.
In no part of the returns policy does it state that this would be the case and it clearly says you can make a return within 15 days.
I would avoid at all costs.
Item not fit for purpose, appalling customer service and impossible to get a refund.

I bought this product and waited for 3 weeks and the product that arrived was poorly packaged, there was no label at all and it was incredibly small, how can I put my baby in it when I can't even fit inside?,That's why I'm saying it's not fair at all. They don't provide a prepaid return label and they also offer a 20% option. This is very bad customer service because I can't wait and use this item for a very long time and on top of that I have to wait at least 2 weeks for my money to come back. Believe me, I really regret buying from this company.

My item never arrived and despite numerous emails where I have chased and requested a refund they are totally ignoring me.

Like everyone else on these reviews I wish I had read the reviews first before wasting my money.

They are thieves because once they have your money they then go ghost and refuse to help you if there is any problem now I’m contacting my bank to claim the refund.

Total waste of time and money

Wish i saw this on trustpilot sooner. Totally unsafe and baby slipped right through. Complete rip off as came from China and took 3 weeks to deliver. Selling on Temu and eBay for £9.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

It is counterfeit, a copy-write and they also lie through their teeth in customer service.
They are using other companies videos to appose their products as their own. The Bebe amour is copying the hippy joes Co. Baby comforter. By using their videos.
They refused to give me a refund although I provided evidence and they are trying to make me pay £20 shipping fee to return.

Just don’t even go close to this website.

Don't ordered. The product come super small, I have M size cloth. This come very small. I asked for return and they want me
to pay £20 internetional shipping. Plus product come with very bad quality.

Wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing. They will only accept refunds within 15 days if in original packaging. Except this original packaging is a nondescript see through bag which they could easily replace and if you make the mistake of buying too early and find it is unsuitable when you actually try to use it, well, tough luck. Rubbish product and even worse customer service.

It's just a yellow (supposed to be cream) stretchy material loop for £40!!! Too stretchy to hold safely and after a few uses the stitching is coming undone. Complete scam. All the reviews are 4-5 stars which is utterly fake. My bad review vanished into nowhere. Just wish I'd read these first and saved myself £40 :(

They duplicated my order, charged me twice, and refuse to give me my money back or pay for the return of the duplicated order. Scammers, do not trust them with your credit card information!

The parcel was delivered somewhere else and they don't want to take any responsibility. The support team keeps pretending that are dealing with the situation but are not because one month later they resend me the same proof of delivery showing that the parcel has been sent to the wrong address.
I don't even know if the product is good but I advise everyone to not buy anything from this company because you might never receive the product or get your money back.

Really don’t know how they get away with it. All the reviews on their website must be fake.

Only now I looked to write my own review found these terrible ones.

Arrived after 3 weeks. It’s way to small to fit around even me size 10 definitely can’t fit a baby in their as well. Even if you could definitely wouldn’t be safe.

Do not buy

I emailed and said this, they didn’t even argue just said I can get 20% refund or pay £20 to return it to get my £40 back.

This is a scam product! Two flimsy bits of fabric sewn together to make a useless sling. It doesn't work and is extremely uncomfortable. Baby puked all over it the second I put it on, so that was his opinion. What a waste of money. Wish I'd done my research.

Saw this advertised on Instagram and impulsively bought as was looking for a carrier I could breastfeed in.
It has arrived and I’m really disappointed, the stitching is awful and looks like it will easily come apart and it’s just two pieces of material stitched together, there’s no way this could hold up to 60kg like it says on the website. It also had an awful chemical smell on it.
I’ve just seen you can buy something similar on temu for £9 and I bought this for £30 on Bebe armour… absolute scam.
I should have properly looked into the website and product before buying.

Absoluter Schrott, ich hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld zurück. Nachdem ich die Kommentare hier gelesen habe, habe ich aber wenig Hoffnung.
Update: sie geben mir „mein Geld zurück „ aber ich soll den Schrott für 20€ selbst zurückschicken. So eine miese Masche um den Leuten ihr Geld abzuknöpfen.

This is a cheap nasty piece of fabric that no baby over 2 months could fit in and even then I don’t think it would be safe

Absolute scam!!

I ordered the product, it was absurdly tiny when it arrived, I emailed a complaint and decided to return for a refund. The refund never came, and despite sending the item tracked (IN DECEMBER!) it came back returned to me in the post today in JUNE. I can't be bothered to further engage as I don't believe the situation will be made right, but do not order from them.

YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE SAFE IN THESE CARRIERS. They are stealing photos from unassuming moms and their babies using other carriers. THESE ARE DROPSHIPPED, 1 CENT PRODUCTIONS FROM CHINA.
