I wish I had read these reviews before buying as I've been scammed.

DO NOT BUY!!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I still have not received my order despite waiting for a month. I'm extremely disappointed as I needed the item to use on holiday. I'm now on holiday without the item and is awful.

I will NEVER recommend their service to anyone.

Do not buy from this company it is an absolute scam
They claim to be American yet their products are shipped directly from China. The product took over a month to arrive & the quality was awful. It doesn't hold a child under the max weight that they claim it does. When you complain they state it will cost $20 to return so I should just take a 20% refund.
Do not waste your money the products are not as sold

Disgusting item just a piece of fabric that nobody can fit in, I realised I ordered the smaller size and emailed them straight away but they ignored it and sent the wrong size anyway. Claiming to send it back will cost £20 to China! The only other option was a 20% refund which is only around £6! Disgusting and useless

Absolute scam. Poorly made product with no tags to identify it, no delivery note or anything else to identify where it came from. Please DO NOT BUY!!!!

The items are cheap and defective, and they won't get back to you emails to return them. It's wasted money

DO NOT BUY! If I could give this company less than one star I would. Absolute scam, item never appeared and was told I would only get a partial refund after months and months of chasing them for a full refund or to resend the product, messaging them on their instagram etc they kept saying they were escalating it and escalating it never heard anything. I email them one last time and get a response of a 50% refund however I doubt I will receive that money in my bank account. Shocking customer service, very polite at first and then they become the most ignorant company I’ve ever had to deal with.

Total scam, product is not as described- my baby couldn't even fit inside the sling and she was well below the max recommended weight. I therefore tried to return the product and was told it would cost $20 to return back to America, which when given the address, turned out the company is based in China. No where on the website does it state the company is based in China and there is not one mention of a $20 return postage fee anywhere in their return policy (of course, because who would buy it!) All my interactions (via email) have been generic responses so I'm getting absolutely no where. Learn from my lesson - do not buy from this company. £30 for a piece of fabric that probably cause £3 to make and you can't return it without losing even more money.

Falsely advertised. Faulty item. Does not hold a 15kg baby securely. Description video on advertisement show hands free. Well no chance. It also arrived with no tags. No size. No brand. Nothing. Just a piece of fabric. That does not do the job it was sold to do.

I am able to be close with my son, without KILLING my arms! Little dude also LOVES it as there are no straps or buckles digging into him.
I am autistic, and this has allowed me to be close to my son without feeling overwhelmed. I also find I am too small for MOST carriers, but not with this! We are so happy to have gotten it, and plan to get more ❤💙

Very bad service and never received product or full refund.:

Months have passed since I made my purchase. It never arrived. The customer service was poor and long-winded (over months). I received a partial refund (just over a 3rd of what I paid) - I don't know why this was the case. I never received any explanation as to why and many of my questions and answers were ignored. I continued to be told my request was sent "higher up", with no response. Plus customers should be aware (I believe) the the product is shipped by a "drop-shipping" method meaning it is coming from China, not America/wherever the company is based-this means it can take much longer for the delivery to arrive AND when there was no delivery, BebeAmoreCo wouldn't help but directed me to the delivery company. I had a very bad experience. I still haven't received a full refund and they still haven't answer my questions. P.s. the first emails from a customer service agent will seem very polite but late you will learn that it's very much copy and paste and questions will be ignored. I told them I would give a negative review, and still nothing, so here I am.

It's stretchy, comfortable and feels secure.
I use it with my 22lb 1 year old, I got the 150-300lb size and am currently 5'7, 200lb, I wouldn't think it would be very comfortable over 250 as it's perfectly snug at this size for me.

Absolute scam! The product looked nothing like what was advertised and did not function at all. They did not reply to my email for a refund, it was £40 down the drain for a piece if poor quality fabric with no purpose at all.

It’s a scam. I asked to cancel the order they didn’t let me. I asked when my purchase will arrive they said “it takes 7 business days for the tracking number to be updated after leaving our Order Fulfillment Warehouse,” which doesn’t make sense at all.

I found products similar to theirs on Amazon and the quality is really bad. Please don’t buy from the website.
