I so far tried purchasing 2 shoes from Beckett Simonon. I bought both of them a size too big (, this was my fault as all my shoes from different companies in that size are also too big). And throughout all my exchanges, requests, and returns the customer service I received was amazing. I am glad to state that Beckett Simonon truly worked to help me- the indecisive, unsure buyer (, despite the fact that their products are all made to order). I hope the quality of their shoes are as good as their service!

Amazing Updates through the whole process, very high quality product, and superior customer service. Knowing that something was created specifically for you and by skilled artisans is something special. I would expect and be satisfied with this product if it cost 500+ dollars. To get such a quality product and not just a fair price but a phenomenal price is amazing.

I have six pairs of Beckett Simonon shoes (four sets of boots, two pairs of leather sneakers). It's now the only shoe brand that I buy. The reason is very simple: it's an ultra high quality product for a fair price. They also have a great selection. I am a customer for life.

I have owned many leather items in my life as my work took me around the world and I needed bags of various descriptions. My old carry-on had to be retired and I decided to order a hand made bag from Beckett Simenon. I didn't know the company (it's apparently new) but I did know that they worked in Colombia, a country I've often visited and whose devotion to quality leather goods is well known. I ordered a new bag. It just arrived. It is the most beautiful peice of leather craftsmanship I've seen in many a day; the Italians, who are masters at this sort of thing, better watch out! They may get some serious competition. I also orded some jodpur boots but they haven't arrived yet so I will have to hold off further comment. But I suspect they will be of comparable quality.

Waiting for my shoes was exciting. I love them. Great company and great people. Materials are top quality.

UPDATE: I should add this Caveat for those who read this... I haven't yet received my shoes, which is a part of the business model. They are not made in mass quantity, so if you order them, be prepared to wait a long, long time. Unfortunately I ordered shoes around June 24, 2023 and wrote the review to support the company on June 29th, 2023. I ordered for the summer and won't be able to enjoy my purchase by the time I get them. If you can accept the long process, then read on. That's just the truth.... That said....Old world craftsmanship, top quality and high end customer service that rivals any London Haberdashery donning the Royal Warrant on their walls. Gents, You owe it to yourself to stop wasting money on the louche trendy shoe companies that produce only insipid overpriced,low grade shoes. I Implore you, upgrade your style and step into the sartorial elegance of Bechett Simonon.

The company was very transparent throughout the process. The shoes are exceptionally well made. The entire team of artisans are truly at the top of their particular skill set. The fit is perfect, packaging and presentation best in class.

Overall a great experience. Loved the manufacturing updates on my product, they keep you engaged and interested. My shoes arrived on time and look great, got many compliments on them. Would totally recommend.

I love my new sneakers! I was concerned about not sizing down when I ordered them, especially after reading many of the reviews; however, I decided to order in my true size and they fit perfectly! My only disappointment is that I've noticed many indicate they received an extra pair of inserts in the box upon delivery, and that was not the case for my Reids (nor the Morgan Trainers I ordered at the same time). But overall, more than worth the wait!

This was my first experience with made to order stuff but I'm so happy. I was a little concerned about the long waiting but I went with them since it's hard to find nice wholecuts nowadays, but man when they arrived the smell! the looks! it's exactly what I wanted.

DON'T DO IT!
My initial order for one pair of shoes was in 2021. The order couldn't be fulfilled in the time they quoted. They apologized up and down, and offered a credit for their shortcoming. The credit is essentially the amount the shoes would normally cost, less the "join our email club" discount. I took the offer. Big mistake. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes with. One was the amount of the store credit, the other paid with a credit card. I sent one back expecting to have my card refunded. Nope! They refused to refund me MY money, saying that they get to choose which item i used for the store credit and which I used my credit card for.
