I ordered some shoes for a wedding, not realizing how long they would take to arrive. I contacted customer service and Cesar was able to make an exception and have my shoes ready ahead of the wedding date! Thanks Cesar!

Bought a pair of shoes, loved them a lot. They did a bundle deal a week after I got my shoes, and after reaching out, they honored the bundle deal and let me purchase a second pair of shoes at a huge discount. Great shoes and great customer service!

I’ve ordered multiple shoes,boots and loafers on several different orders! So far, I had one pair that arrive defective that had to do with assembly not cosmetic and was only noticeable after trying them on! I reached out to Sebastian with pictures,within an hour she communicated several viable options from replacement to a full refund with several points in-between! The next day I received tracking on a replacement pair, same color, same style, lucky for me it was readily available…Need I say anymore? I adore every pair of shoes and boots in my possession purchased from Beckett Simonon! The follow-up communications, customer service and products represent the highest quality with strong emphasis on my overall satisfaction… Beckett Simonon will soon dominate my foot-ware collection and looking forward, with confidence, to my next purchase!

I inadvertently ordered the wring size shoe and sent a request to correct the order. Yes, an AI response was initially received but, it interpreted my issue correctly and was later contacted by a rep who remedied my error. No harm no foul. I've ordered numerous products from Beckett Simonon and will keep doing so as long as the quality remains high in service and the products themselves. Being faithful is a two way street.

Beckett Simonon has responded to this review and is NOT BEING HONEST with their response! They said they shipped the boots to the adresss that was given at checkout, but I have already sent them a screenshot of my confirmation email for my order that THEY sent me and it has my CORRECT address on my order. Again, I maintain...BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered a pair of boots and received a confirmation email with my correct shipping address. They ended up getting shipped to the wrong address and Beckett Simonon is only willing to give me store credit because they no longer have the boots in stock. Store credit is unacceptable as they are the ones who shipped to the wrong address. I have filed a claim with my credit card company. I will never give my business to this fraudulent company again.

Please do yourself a favor and read the non-five-star reviews below, as well as regular customers' experiences on Reddit or anywhere else to get a real glimpse into this business. The majority of the great online reviews are done by people who coincidentally have an affiliate link, which means they a) got the product for free and b) receive 20% of the purchase made through their link.

The product I received had blatant, glaring, extremely easy-to-spot defects and damages. Upon contacting the business and providing detailed photos, I was told that it was just me having overly high expectations.

They offered me 3 options:
- to exchange the pair of boots I had waited for 2 months for for another in-stock pair
- wait for another 2.5 months to receive a replacement (which would bring the total wait time to almost 5 months)
- receive a 50% gift card (meaning I'd have to spend over 100$ purchasing from them again lol) and keep the defective boots.

After sending the items back for return, the refund has not been issued, and my emails are getting completely ignored. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. Literally, you can get a pair of shoes that is miles ahead for a fraction higher price and not have any headaches whatsoever.

Update: The business processed the refund ONLY AFTER all of the following: I posted this review; sent another 2 emails; called their phone number 5 times (it does not connect you to a person - you get disconnected after 50 seconds); and filed a complaint through Shopify. Only after all this, they processed the refund and claimed it was delayed due to "human error". Their claim in the response that "your refund has already been processed" is false. They scrambled to process it after the reviews came in.

ive been meaning to buy a pair from Beckett simonon since people have been talking about it on and on. Haven’t got my hands on a pair yet but sure will. the customer service is very nice (shoutout to my boy Cesar) and had a great time asking questions. Hope for years of excellent service from them.

I've honestly have had nothing but great experiences with Beckett Simonon. I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes from them now and their quality remains great as well as their customer service. As long as they remain just as good as they are now, I will be a lifetime customer.

I had a quality control issue with a pair of boots I bought last year. Even though I waited months to report it, they were super quick to respond, never made any excuses, never doubted that I was being honest, and they focused on addressing my concern and offered a solution that I appreciated.

Not sure if they are a legitimate company anymore. All responses are AI, and no one answers the phone. They seem like an offshore marketing ploy at this point.

I ordered shoes 7 months ago. They arrived after 3 months but were freakishly too big and customer service said to send them back and they would send new shoes. It’s been 4 months and customer service is ghosting me. Absolutely no response whatsoever. I’m going to dispute through my credit card company. I wish I read these reviews before stupidly ordering from a post on a social media feed. Be warned.

I ordered two pairs of men's dress shoes and a belt. The stitching on one was poorly done and both pair were small for the stated size. I wear an 8 1/2 in major brands but Beckettsimonon is small. I have tried to return the unworn shoes but the customer service is terrible. It's clear they will set up every road block to responding to issues or concerns. Twice they have asked for photos of the unworn shoes and fail to respond timely to requests. The information they provide has been wrong and it has been impossible to get an exchange or a refund. It has been the worst online purchase experience I have had.

I'm having the same bad experience as others on here. I strongly advise not ordering from this company. I am trying to execute an exchange. They have my money and I do not have my boots. They received my return nearly a month ago. The website says someone will follow up with you within 3 days. There has been no communication. They do not answer the phones or emails. I'll likely have to dispute this through my credit card company

I ordered a pair of shoes, they didn't fit so I retunred them. They have had the shoes back for 10 days, and no one will respond to me about my refund. Initially they said it would be 3 days, but now no one will respond. I would be careful ordering from them if you aren't sure the shoes will fit. I have emailed, called, and messaged online, and they won't respond to anything. They were great at responding up to the point I processed the return, now nothing.

The shoes look nice but seems like it's scam. You wait months for shoes to be made and delivered. Timely updates are provided on the shipment of your shoes UNTIL….you have a shoe problem and CANNOT get in contact or hear back from anyone by email or phone following over 20 attempts. Such a waste of money and time!

The customer service is simply as good as it gets. I was unaware of the typical time it takes to get the shoes after the order. The CS team was responsive and incredibly helpful not only providing contingency options, but ended up solving my issue altogether.
I was blown away. Excited to wear the shoes!

I have several pairs of B/S trainers, quality shoes all. The Garcia golf shoes I just got are the best of all. The truly rugged and durable pull-up leather is also supple.

I wore these shoes out-of-the-box for 18 holes of golf, wearing low cut, very thin socks. The shoes were comfortable as an old moccasin.

I wore them again the next day and the course was wet with dew. The leather just shook it off.

I am a happy customer.

I wish I could give Beckett Simonon 10 stars! The fine Italian calf leather, craftsmanship, and attention to detail is incredible. I have various pairs, Oxfords, Loafers, Boots, Sneakers, and all are fantastic. My favorite are their loafers! Their customer service is even better. I have been assisted, by JB, César, Génesis, Ginna, so far all of their representatives have been fantastic, always going above and beyond to make me happy. Especially, JB. I love Beckett Simonon. Highly recommend.
