6th purchase with Beckett Simonon, and I'm still impressed by the high class quality of product and communication/customer service.

The boots I received from Beckett Simonon are great quality, look super, and are comfortable. I received regular emails from the moment I placed my order, and staff was quick to respond to any questions I had. I love my new boots!

I had a terrible experience with this company and its ridiculous "customer service" representative. I placed an order for two pairs of shoes three months ago. I kept getting emails about production progress with the bios of all of the people involved in manufacturing the shoes. Of course, I prepaid the shoes on my American Express card. Then I finally received notices the shoes had been shipped with expected delivery dates. The delivery dates kept changing. I finally emailed the company and they concluded shoes had been lost and my options were: a store credit, choosing something else that might be in inventory, or placing another order and waiting another three months. Refunding me my money was not an option. I was infuriated. I filed a dispute with AMEX and they immediately took care of it. The company is now telling me they're willing to make a "one time exception" and accept the charge-back. How absurd. This is not my problem. If they can't trust UPS or whoever their shipper is, that's there problem not mine. Why would they need to be making an exception? They didn't deliver the product I ordered. Do not trust the company and beware. They are out to rip you off. The leather looks cheap and you can read that in some reviews, and the three month wait is preposterous.

What made my experience so great? it was John from the Happiness Service Team who was quick to help with my concern and went above an beyond with a resolution. The absolute worst customer service ever. I had tried to speak to someone and no one answer the phone or calls you back. I have sent over 15 emails asking for the status and no one responds. I have purchased from them in the past but never again.. serious, run from this company. They are scam artists.. worst experience I have ever had with a company, especially considering how expensive they see.

I very much like the new Chelsea boots I bought. It was well worth the short wait. The construction seems excellent and they are quite comfortable and I’m confident they will last for quite a while. I’ll be buying more from these folks.

I must say, buying shoes from Beckett Simonon, I was skeptical at first with the wait time. But once I received the shoes. I was absolutely impressed by the craftsmanship. They are a perfect fit and the style, and how the shoes come to you is very professional and tasteful.

I ordered a pair of Nolan brogue boots in black, excellent communication from order to delivery! The boots arrived looking even better than the pictures, the leather is buttery soft, stitching is clean and precise, and the overall construction was impeccable. The sizing is perfect, true to size. Got these on sale, first impression is that they would have been a great purchase at full price.

First of all, the customer service is so good I almost can't believe it. I love the follow-ups on your order and how you can just talk to a real person! Products aside, Beckett Simonon gets the human part right!

On to the shoes.

I picked up the Durham Derbies in Chocolate and the Durant Oxfords in Black. As an attorney, these are exactly what I need on a day-to-day basis. The Derbies are perfect for around the office, and even date night! As for the Oxfords, do yourself a favor and buy them. Full-stop, most comfortable pair of dress shoes I have ever owned. The break-in period was about two wears, and then boom, favorite shoes for meeting clients.

Finally, quality and price, I don't think there's much competition here. For what you're paying for, these should be priced at least $100-200 more. These shoes aren't built until you order them, so you're getting the freshest shoe available, and they are worth the wait!

I just bought the Morgen Trainer, and will review when they come in! Love these shoes, love this company!

The customer service has been excellent, the emails and video's of the process are great, make one feel like they are part of every step. In the end my shoes are perfect, from the fit, to the style and the color I love them.

4 stars only because of the very long wait time. However, it's been worth to wait, because the shoes are fantastic. Great quality!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! My shoes were returned to their warehouse because of usps. Then they sold my shoes. Didn’t tell me. Months later I call for a refund. “Oh sorry” let us replace them with quick shipping from in stock shoes Plus we will gift you a free pair of sneakers.” Wowie that’s awesome. Then crickets. No shoes, no call for months. Now they don’t answer my call in warehouse. Emailed to just refund me. Instead they email that my “quick ship” will arrive in April/May. I emailed back, no thanks ! Then, crickets again!! Insanity. Now I spent 45 minutes on a chat asking for my refund which they REFUSEX - gave in finally when a supervisor got on and I showed them an email from their support team saying they would be more than happy to refund. Do not have any idea about their shoes !! But I can say I don’t care how good their shoes are, I will never buy these EVER EVER again

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes around the holiday season last year. All good with updates until Feb 6th. Was sent an email that items are being shipped via UPS and a shipping label was created. No updates since, so I started following up. The first excuse given was that due to Valentine’s flower deliveries, UPS had heavy volume and there are delays. They would now ship it to their warehouse in Miami and then I would get new delivery details. Then, as a second update, another person sends an email that UPS has lost the order, they will file a claim, and my options were to pick 2 ready shoes (none that came even close to what I ordered), have a new pair constructed and wait another three months or take a store credit valid up to 6 months. I responded that if they filed a claim for the full value with UPS, I should be given the full refund of over $300 I was charged. Nope, they refused, saying it wasn’t their fault. I contacted UPS with the shipping label number and was informed the items were never handed to UPS for shipment. This is a complete scam! I have since, reluctantly, sent a note to them asking to construct a new pair. But have no hopes it will ever show up! Extremely disappointed at myself to have fallen for an online scam, which is very skillfully marketed. By the way, one pair was for my son’s high school senior prom and I thought I would gift it to him!

Do not buy from this website, it's scam. They will never send you the shoes

I live outside of the USA. I ordered 2 pairs of boots
in a larger size that I normally use as I did not want to have a problem with the fitting
I could not put on the shoes as they were too small. I contacted the company who requested me to use a hairdryer to warm the leather and I should stretch the shoes. I informed them I am not a shoe repair person.
They eventually advised they will credited me with US dollars 80.They transferred the funds to me which were not paid in US dollars. When I complained they asked me to contact the fund transfer company which is well known for these methods.
Buy at your own risk.

I placed an order, and found out that my items would not arrive in time for the wedding I had ordered them for. The gentleman in customer service was extremely responsive, and helped me chose other items available in immediate inventory, which arrived ahead of schedule. The shoes appear to be excellent quality, and while I've only had the opportunity to wear them a couple of times since ordering, I've been completely happy with their comfort, style, and quality.

I was doubtful at first when I read about Beckett Simonon. They didn't have my exact size 7.5 but I trusted their customer service and ordered a size 8. Throughout the process I was informed and kept up to date. When my boots arrived I slipped in the provided shoe liner and it was a perfect fit. I am overwhelmed with the quality and craftsmanship of their product. I have order another 2 pairs of shoes. I recommend Beckett Simonon 100%.
