Beckett Simonon Avis 

I ordered two pair of Beckett Simonon shoes in January for my birthday. I was in anticipation of receiving the shoes from the time I clicked submit. There is a 4 month wait period due to their shoes being made in small batches. I can say that I am 100% pleased with my new shoes. The quality is good. I just wore a pair today and they are comfortable out of the box and they are constructed well. I look forward to getting many years out of them. One word of advice; know exactly what you want before you order so that you don't 2nd guess your decision mid way through the process. You can go to tick tock and search the company and you will find content that can help in your search for your next pair of shoes.

Have been requesting a return for weeks with zero response from customer service. Their custom made shoes are astonishingly large - do not fit true to size

I am so pleased with my loafers!! I am so happy I have not seen a product of this quality in a very long time !! I ordered mine after my husband received and tried a pair of your shoes.. he then ordered 2 more pairs for our two sons graduation, I really hope that you continue with your great shoe craftsmanship it’s a great value ! I really believe that they are so much better than the Gucci brand ( and I own a pair or two ) I will continue buying your products and supporting your company

Great shoes, very well-made. The only issue I had is that I ordered size US 8 (for reference, I am between 7.5 and 8, narrow feet). Size 8 came way too big for me, so I decided to order US 7, which appeared to be a bit snug on me.
Due to the shipping timing, I decided to keep them and hope I can stretch them, as the leather is pretty soft. But I will definitely go with 7.5 next time.
So if you are between sizes, DEFINITELY go with the smaller one—especially if you have narrow feet.

The shoes are exactly as pictured and described. The timeline for delivery was clearly laid out, and went exactly as described. The shoes are beautiful and comfortable. 100% will shop with Beckett-Simonon again!

High quality comfortable shoes with a bespoke feeling. I now own three pairs of loafers and they are excellent staples.

I’m on my second pair of shoes and soon to be third pair but the shoes I bought are the most comfortable I’ve ever had. I don’t think I’ll buy casual and dress shoes from any other place.

Perfect Chelseas! So glad I found these. My go-to chelsea boots had a huge drop in quality since my last purchase, so I've tried tons of brands to replace them. Finally got the style and quality I was looking for with these boots!

Customer service is non-existent post-sale. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and matching belts. One of the belts' color didn't match at all, and when I tried to email them about it, all I got was canned AI responses. Eight days later, they never responded to the issue at all, and instead ghosted me after the big sale. Thanks guys, guess I'll shop elsewhere from now on. Oh and they never posted my honest review of their sub-par customer service on their site either, because they're cowards.

*Edit - only after I posted some negative reviews did they respond to my email directly finally. I have to think if not for bringing this up on TrustPilot and later directly on their site, they'd have never responded to me in the first place. I wouldn't have had to do this if they just emailed me back in a reasonable time. So they offered a replacement belt, but I have low-expectations given they told me in their belated email response that the first belt they sent me "was the shade color that was found acceptable" by their quality department. Hmm, sure, maybe they get it right this time, but I'm not holding my breath.

*Edit 2 - they shipped a replacement belt, it was also the same mismatched color, and for some reason about an inch longer and the holes placement was off. I auctioned it off on eBay for charity. Their quality control is just not there. They did end up refunding me the entire purchase price of the loafers in the order. My initial assessment stands, you’re better off shopping elsewhere in the first place.

Excellent Quality! Fit Like A Glove! I was skeptical about purchasing a custom pair of shoes online, and I did a lot of research. I purchased a pair of Dowler’s and another pair of Fonseca's from Beckett Simonon and waited about 2.5 months for delivery. What drew me to this company was the craftsmanship, the quality of the materials (Italian leather crafted in Colombia), and the reviews about the communication throughout the process. I was updated about every 2 weeks on where my boots were in the production process. The personal note included in each box from one of the artisans was a nice touch. Both pairs I ordered fit like they were made specifically for me. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend.

I've enjoyed the experience. It takes a while so if you can't wait this isn't the option, but if you want a quality, great looking shoe at a good price. This is your place. The service has been good and I think that's important with anything, particularly when the production process takes a while. I liked getting updates and reading about the people involved in the process. The two pair I purchased fit just a little differently but they are different styles as well.

Handcrafted, quality shoes made by skilled craftspeople. I recommend you try them. Be prepared to wait for them to be made in their production schedule with a 2-4 month lead time. Your patience will be well-rewarded.

Fantastic customer service
Ordered a suede nelson belt that was hurting my hips after a couple of weeks of wear. After comparing it to a non-suede nelson belt I previously ordered, I discovered that the suede belt was 1/2in shorter, causing the issue. Reached out to customer service and they resolved my issue quickly and easily. They are sending me a replacement. I have loved Beckett Simonon's products for years, and their customer service lives up to their commitment to quality.

Received my new Nolan Brogues a couple weeks ago and was immediately impressed. They’re beautiful and the craftsmanship is flawless. Since I’ve been wearing them, they’ve been very comfortable with no noticeable break-in difficulties. I’ve received many compliments on them. The size is also perfect, so Beckett Simonon’s sizing algorithm works very well. I didn’t mind waiting for the handmade boots and I appreciated the periodic email updates. I will definitely buy from Beckett Simonon again.

Placed an order in January which is supposed to ship April. Still waiting and it’s mid April with no status update or anything. They took my money and zero communication. Seems like a scam. If they make it right I’ll update this review. Also they are using AI for their email responses.. fun

I bought the Yates Oxford shoes from Beckett Simonon as a gift for a friend, and he loved them. As soon as he opened the box, he put them on right away and wore them out.

This was the first time in years I've purchased from BS and honestly they keep getting better in their product offering! I was looking for a sneaker and found a solid selection and the quality is the same, so very happy with my purchases and experience. It does take a long time to produce, but it's worth it!

I am a first time customer for Beckett Simonon and ordered two pairs. I am so pleased to receive the quality shoes. They are true to the words "handcrafted". It's the most comfortable shows I have ever owned and especially inside lining is so soft that feet feels like its in sponge. Excellent quality leather inside out. Very pleased with their customer service too.
