I really love the style and quality of the shoes, they also seem like they will be very comfortable when the correct size arrives. A bit of a process, but I'm hopeful it will be worth the wait.

Something seems off with this place…
Order your shoes, they tell you (after charging your card) they won’t ship for 4 months, fight like hell to get a refund. During the whole cancellation process they’ll suddenly have a bunch of shoes in stock that they can ship to you.
Seems like a racket where they trick you into spending $200 on a too good to be true shoe, then after they pull the rug out from under you try and trick you into buying whatever other crap they’re peddling.
Buyer beware! Steer clear! I never review things like this but I gotta get the word out!

I was not paying attention at all when I placed an order, and created a problem that was entirely my fault. When I initially contacted Beckett Simonon, I received an automatic email reply from their AI agent. My issue and request were summarized, and the bot confirmed the ticket was being passed on to a human to review. Two potential resolutions in my favor were explained in this email, which was a pleasant surprise and a great feature to have on an AI auto reply.

Cesar in customer service responded quickly and provided expert service; he clearly communicated action steps for me, and confirmed actions taken on his end with screenshots when needed. On a holiday, to top it all off.

Cesar and Beckett Simonon did a great job today, and I will certainly be ordering here again.

Some of the greatest customer service I’ve experienced online. First off, they made the effort to understand why I initially was going to cancel my order. Then they gave me numerous options of how they could still make my purchasing experience more rewarding and comfortable. They also were quick to respond with human interaction as opposed to AI. Also, wouldn’t have expected their quick responses on Christmas Eve. This definitely shows how committed they are to customers. Definitely will keep their company in mind for my future purchases and will be sharing their work with people I know.

Not accommodating at all and not helpful. Refused to ship to my address even after I said I would pay any price to have them shipped. Heard great things about the shoes and that the customer service team has a reputation for going above and beyond. I guess they only do that for influencers!

They do not disclose anything about their shipping policy until after they charge your card. Then you receive an email saying the boots will not ship for 4 (four!) months, in March 2026. This is completely unethical. They avoid carrying inventory and are damaging their own reputation. It likely reflects a company with a weak CEO dominated by the CFO’s office.

I don’t even know where to start! There are not many companies of this quality these days. The craftsmanship of their shoes matches, even exceeds $600 to $1200 shoes that I have owned. The styling is great and they have lots of options. In my experience, their lace up shoes fit true to size. But I personally have to order a half size down in the loafers. Even though I had fitment issues, Catalina from customer support went above and beyond anything I could have expected to ensure that I had a quality pair of shoes that fit correctly. I currently own two of their shoes. I have two pairs of sneakers being made along with a travel bag. I will be buying several more pairs from this company. Their communication throughout the process is incredible and I cannot say enough good about them.

I’ve purchased three pairs of shoes from Beckett Simonon. I did have an issue with one of them, but I received a prompt email from a customer service associate who resolved the issue.

I ordered these boots to wear with my wedding suit about 1 month before my wedding... without realizing that they may take a month or two to deliver!

So, I reached out to the company to see if my boots could be rushed, even offering to pay for a rush order. Jhon, the craftsman making my order, assured me that my boots would be finished on time, and the team took the extra step to ensure that my boots shipped in time - for no extra charge!

Upon the delivery, the boots looked flawless, and the company even includes inserts to adjust sizing and an extra set of laces.

I wore the boots all day on the day of my wedding (outdoors in somewhat rugged setting), and they held up great and remained comfortable all day, even for dancing! The color was true to order, matched the belt, and was perfectly suited for an outdoor wedding (matched our colors in the sunlight, looked darker in low light of the indoor reception).

I got these boots in a Derby style because I wanted to wear them beyond only formal occasions, but whenever I need a Balmoral, I'll definitely return to Beckett Simonon.

I buy shoes quite often & thought of trying this brand & I’m very pleased with the pair I got. I understand that the manufacturer the shoes to order but I only wish they could do better with the delivery time. Definitely a 5 ⭐️ quality & customer service.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Beckett Simonon, and I absolutely LOVE them. The craftsmanship is next-level, beautiful materials, perfect fit, and they even included shoe trees, which was an awesome surprise.

My experience was a unique one. I had ordered a pair of shoes that were squeakers! Meaning each step I took the sneakers (Morgen Trainers) squeaked each step.

I had reached out to customer service. Explained my issues. Provided details and evidence of the problems I was facing and they were more than happy to take care of my problem. They went above and beyond with their customer service. I highly recommend the brand not only because of that but because these shoes are actually so nice. I got these in place of a margiela replica dupe and they did the trick. I love them.

I received my shoes on yesterday. The packaging was topnotch. Enclosed was a card with the craftsman's
remarks, and signed. The shoes fit like a glove.

There isn't a lot of companies well deserving of their five star rating. Beckett Simonon however deserves every ounce of the stars given by their customers. The process from their wide selections, ease of ordering, correspondence, discount offers, worry and trouble free returns with quality and craftsmanship ensures that whatever you order from them would give you more than just satisfaction. The fit, comfort and aesthetics of their footwear is unmatched. So far I own 3 boots and 2 sneakers from them. I recently stumbled upon their 2 for $199 sneaker bundle sale and of course had to jump on that deal. I ordered the Morgan trainers in White with blue stripe and gum sole and bundled it with the Reids High Top in Black with white sole, now totaling 4 sneakers in my collection of Becketts. The sweetest part of this recent purchase was receiving an email notification that my items were shipping sooner, email stated someone cancelled a similar order of the same size and styles. I mean what are the odds? I was skeptical at first, even thought I was being scammed or pranked but lo and behold, the shoes got here 5 days after the purchase. Sneakers were immaculate, not one single blemish or crease on the leather. I really don't believe in luck so I'll consider it as a blessing.
