The customer service is exceptional. I originally ordered a custom made to order shoe for my soon to be husband to wear at our wedding next month and didn't realize the long lead times for receiving. The customer service team was incredibly communicative and transparent about the expected arrival time, which made it easy for me to realize that the shoes wouldn't make it in time, which led me to inquire for alternatives. They presented me with all of the available options in my partners size and got them shipped out that same day. We received the shoes yesterday and the quality is incredible. Excited for him to wear these on our special day and for future events!

Had a mix up with shipping that was mostly due to UPS making a mistake. Even though Beckett didn’t have to do anything they made it right by sending me a whole new pair. Great company and great customer service. I will be purchasing again

Beckett Simonon has great quality shoes for a very reasonable price. The website is easy to navigate, ordering is easy and the customer service has been excellent also.

If I could give more stars I would! These shoes are incredible, the craftsmanship the quality is amazing and the comfort is unbelievable. Right out of the box these shoes feel like a favorite go to shoe for comfort. This is my 4th pair of B.S. shoes and certainly not my last! The bigger plus is that the customer service is outstanding!

I've always loved the style of Beckett Simonon’s shoes. I ordered a pair of the Morgen trainers and eventually had an issue with the heel wearing prematurely. I don’t wear sneakers often, so while the pair was still relatively new to me, it had actually been a couple of years since the original purchase.

After feeling disappointed with the quality, I left a review and was quickly contacted by Sebastian from their team. He apologized and explained they had been going through a design transition aimed at improving long-term durability. He then offered me the option of receiving a new pair or applying the value toward another pair.

I was genuinely impressed by their dedication to making things right. The communication was prompt, thoughtful, and very helpful throughout the process.

It’s rare for a company to go to these lengths to resolve an issue, so I wanted to make sure I shared this experience.

Excellent customer service and support, even though I had a time issue, I was treated with care and respect a customer requires. I am definitely coming back.

Two things surprised me. 1. The build quality. The materials, construction, and appearance out of the box are excellent. It looks and feel better than other popular premium brand of dress shoes. There is a bit of “weight” to them, but I think that’s just the quality of leather, wood, and rubber. But not heavy on your feet. 2. The comfort level of these dress shoes is excellent as a pair of dress shoes (maybe because they are Derbies and not Oxfords). They are not sneakers, so let’s not compare them. I feel like I can wear them all day, even without them breaking in yet. If you are traveling for business as a professional, and can only bring one pair of shoes, these Beckett Simonon Durham Derbies are it. Recommend. I would buy another pair, in another color.

I didn't realize each dress shoe was made to order, so I attempted to cancel. However, customer service gave me a few options to settle the issue and I am extremely satisfied.

They did not disclose the essential info upfront that shoes would ship 3 months (!) later.
Also, I kept receiving "emails" from an AI bot. When I pay lots of money for shoes, I want to deal with a HUMAN BEING.

Although they are amazing, please be aware, they are not mass-produced where you buy off-the-shelf. Be prepared to wait for them to be made, but they are worth the wait because of their exquisite beauty and affordability. Their methodology keeps costs down by eliminating the middlemen, inventory, and excessive overhead. Their customer service and communications are unrivaled. Cesar has been phenomenal every step of the way. The shoes and the extraordinary customer service combine to serve as the centerpiece of their approach and it is working big time! 316

Great company, great product and great customer support! I just purchased my second pair of dress shoes. The quality, compared to other brands with heavy marketing, is SIGNIFICANTLY better. I did have a small issue with an order and the customer support went above and beyond to rectify the situation.

Just a great experience, they had a great seasonal deal and I was blown away with the final products I received. These sneakers are seriously high quality, and the little details the team at Beckett includes in your packaging like hand written notes, bags for each sneaker and additional laces just make the entire package feel luxurious. Shoutout to the craftsman at BS for really making a great product, also the shoes are extremely comfortable and very stylish. You can tell the leather is going to last for a long time as it's extremely high quality

Have no earthly idea how this Company would have ever gotten less than 5/5.
My first order ever and I had ordered the wrong size. Customer service was great. When the smaller size came in, the fit was perfect. The quality totally unmatched. The leather amazing. The feel, well to be honest i didn't want to take them off.

I hadn't read how the shoes were made to order, and the service team helped me find an alternative that was already made and didn't charge me more for a mistake a made, they were extremely helpful throughout the process

Amazing Customer Service and Quality
They reached out to me regularly to provide me with updates on my order, as well as the craftsmanship that went into it. I greatly appreciated these updates and learning about the process of creating my shoes and the team behind it. It made it me feel like I was part of the process and that my shoes were customized for me.

With that said, there is a long lead time on the shoes, so make sure to order well ahead (2+ months) of any event you may need them for. In my case, I had no event and was just wanting some new shoes.

However, the long lead time also proves that these shoes are made to order, with us, the customers in mind (instead of mass production off the shelf shoes). So it only improved my experience.
