From unboxing to the first full day of wear, everything impressed me: a rich hand-finished look, smooth leather, and a sleek profile that works with tailoring or smart casual. Break-in was minimal; comfort is excellent. Equally impressive is the people behind the product. the best customer service: proactive, respectful, and consistent. In a crowded market, that combination of craftsmanship and care makes this an easy recommendation.
What impressed me most wasn’t only the product, but the principle: Beckett Simonon genuinely stands behind what they make, and they treat customers like people, not order numbers. I placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes and 1 purse on October 26, 2025. They sent an invoice which I didn't review until around 2 days later. I was very surprised to see the prices for the items I purchased were much higher than what was listed on the website and what I had agreed to pay for each item - it was a "special" (by alot). I immediately called and cancelled my order and was told my credit card would be credited the next day. It's now been 5 days, and still no refund.

Shoes arrived earlier than expected, ordered the Dean oxfords they fit just perfect, but I know wearing them for a few times will make them fit even better and the arch support is great. These are quality and to think I was worried buying them on line.

I came to Beckett Simonon customer service with a simple question that turned complicated, and my rep was helpful, responsive, thorough, and kind—even through medical troubles! At every step she provided the information I needed, and when individualized responses could be provided (e.g., a personalized invoice), she went out of her way to ensure they were. In the end, she was even able to ensure my product was delivered much earlier than I anticipated. Great work!

Beckett Simonon's customer service and communication throughout the order production phase were really excellent. They sent periodic emails explaining the production process & highlighting the artisans, while also providing updates throughout the production timeline from order to delivery. For made-to-order items with a longer lead time, those went a long way for me. I always felt informed and didn't have to wonder about the status of my order, and got to learn about the process and artisans making the shoes.

I have heard lots of good things about this brand on TikTok and from word of mouth and decided to place an order for my boyfriend’s birthday. Unfortunately, I miscalculated the shipping time and so it would not arrive on time for his birthday. Thankfully, after speaking to a lovely customer support staff member I was able to get my gift expedited as an exception. This really goes to show how awesome and considerate the company is. They are willing to work with you and go beyond measures for the customers satisfaction. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Becket Simonon not just a good company with perfect shoes selection (and many other leather products). I recently made a huge purchase and faced some unclarity in my understanding of the refund/return process.
I reached out to the Support team to ask for the clarification after I purchased 2 pairs of identical boots , but with different sizes. ANd asked if that was OK to immediately return one and get refund to the credit card.
The confirmed that it was completely acceptable and even thou they did custom boot version for you, they consider it a best practice to purchase different sizes and select which one suits you more. And that is totally ok. I was pleased by that information.
And also i was able to easily change the coloring of my sneakers, which they offered me with 50% discount during the purchase of initial boots. It was a great User experience, as well as getting nice leather belt again with almost 30%+ discount.
I appreciate a lot quality of support team. And quality of boots is extremely high as well.
