There were updates that guided me through the process, and I was impressed with thorough nature of the craftsmanship.

My most recent purchase inspired me as a consumer as there were notes reporting the way the company treats it's employees.

I was more impressed with the company motto of ethics. Hearing that the organization focuses on it's employees to provide above average wages and healthcare coverage gives working families better foundations in growth and health security.

They gave me a credit back to reflect their current sale, going back and forth in emails. I have no idea how the boots will fit my size 14 slightly wider than avg feet but I'm giving them every effort of a try. I'll look forward to getting them in a couple months, looks like a good business casual boot, you can walk all over Daytona race track with, Silva Boots. Well see about the boots later. ($209 is amazing on these, that's a rare one day sale. )

Excellent customer service and communication. They have detailed every pain point in a normal shopping experience (i.e., where it is made, who makes the product, where it ships from, what materials are used, etc.). I am confident I am receiving a high-quality show that is built to last.

Took a sec to get to an actual customer service person but once I did, service was fantastic!

From the very 1st shoe I bought, I have been hooked ontheir products. I have bought up to 10 shoes since then. When I wear them, I hate to take them off. Customer services is great.
