I wish I had read reviews prior to purchasing! This company is a scam company! Should be illegal to scam people they way they do.
I ordered two of their advertised standing air conditioners. Received one small desk ac and nothing else. And the tracking on one of the units says "delivered"! Ordered 7/31/26, was told it'd be delivered within a few days, a month and a half later, still no AC's. Customer service is responding to my complaint as of today, we'll see what happens.

I NEEDED TO CANCEL 3 ORDERS. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOT THE WORST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD. FIRST LADY HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND HER AND ASKED HER TO REPEAT. SECOND CALL WAS EVEN WORSE. MAN REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME, SAID I COULD NOT READ AND WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE TO ME. I THINK YOU NEED NEW SUPPORT PEOPLE BECAUSE YOURS ARE NOT CUTTING IT. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A .

TOTAL SCAM ordered. 19.99 item from Belro. Charged 29.99. Many calls later they said they would refund the extra $ for special shipping. BUT --they use several company names JOMHOME.CO or OREN FASHION
They have multiple contact numbers. Still billed 29.95 for 19.99 item as well as another 9.99 by one of these other companies. PRoduct arrived though I cancelled. It is pure junk. Not worth $1. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Tried to purchase today. I’d give zero stars if that was possible.

Thankfully, my bank declined the purchase. Which I then found out was 2 separate companies trying to take the same amount. That amount was $10 more than the purchase I actually attempted to make.

Scam is an understatement!

Same experience all others here - made a purchase and then received a charge for $9.99 over the authorized amount along with a seperate charge for $9.99 - from two different company names. After a bunch of emails I was able to get the seperate charge cancelled and then eventually the first cancelled and refunded.

Then a few weeks later I get an attempted charge for $29.99 on my card - the CC company blocked it but now dealing with getting a new card issued. This company and the related companies are straight up scammers attempting to steal money.

The item I received and was billed for was not what advertised in no shape, form, or fashion. I would refer to it as "Temu" sized and my request for a refund was declined several times despite multiple attempts. I would encourage anyone to STAY AWAY

Do not buy from them. Every single one of the items I purchased is horrendous and unbelievably cheaply made!

I ordered 2 pairs of Micro CPAP Sleep Apnea Machine For Travel & Anti Snoring – CPAP Alternative. They will absolutely not stay in your nose (neither my husband's nor mine) and there is not enough power to push any air through them.

I ordered 2 Stainless Steel Rolling BBQ Grill Basket and the baskets are soooo cheap you can barely touch them without them becoming terribly dented!

Another item I purchased and was foolish enough to believe would help me, was a Sciatic Nerve Brace For Sciatica Pain Relief with a description stating, "Notice a significant reduction in back discomfort caused by pregnancy or menstruation, sciatica, Piriformis syndrome, and chronic lower back pain." The material it is made of is not much stronger than a paper towel...a cheap store brand paper towel and provides no pain relief at all.

Last but not least...I will be absolutely honest about the purchase. I ordered New Waterproof Bone Conduction Headphones Stereo Bluetooth Wireless which stated, "you may now listen to hours of music without risking earbud damage." I expected that to mean more than 2 hours which is the amount of time they last on a full charge. 😭😱😤

This was a horrible experience. The pants I ordered clearly showed a button or snap to secure the contents of the rear pockets. None existed. They were just fake buttons that were non-functional. They did not attach to anything, nor were they capable of doing so.

With the help of my Credit Union, I got a full refund of the pants. They initially tried to get me to keep them by offering me bigger discounts. Now comes the worst part.

I had to send them to a return center in NC. They stated they would send 25% of the refund and forward the pants to China. It was MY responsibility to track them to China and advise them when they arrived. Then they would issue the remaining 75% of the refund. Thankfully my Credit Union’s help eliminated this threat.

It still gets worse. They also charged me $10.00 for ??? I have no idea what. They promised this was refunded, but I have not seen it.

Also their advertisement stated if the item I purchased did not match the description - which it did not, They would pay for the return shipping which cost me $20.00. I am still fighting them on this one.

So I have the refund for the pants, but I am still out $30.00.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL GET SCREWED.

Scam scam scam. After a purchase (huge mistake!) I started receiving charges for purchases at other companies associated with them that I did not make. They also added a completely unauthorized $39.99 monthly charge to my account. Credit card companies should block them from authorizations because once you buy they will submit fraudulent charges to your account. Stay away!

Went to check out with single item in cart. Launched a pop-up which would not allow check out without opting for a $9.99 add-on. Would not accept a "not interested" response. Backed out of transaction, and recieved a confirmation of order AND add-on I did not select.

As soon as I ordered a dog leash and put my credit card information in my bank alerted me that there was fraud charges the charges were higher than there were different companies exactly the same amount about double the price of what I was going to pay for my product

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY! I was charged unauthorized and I'm going charges that I did not sign up for when I ordered, similar to what most other reviewers reported. In addition, they make a big claim of receiving orders by the next day most of the time and being a US company. My items came from China and took a long time to arrive. I would have never ordered from this company if I had known that. And of course, the scams and unauthorized charges from many different names include seronline, retryresc, abevault. I saw reviews after I ordered my items but I still didn't think it would happen to me. It did.

Incredibly tricky!! Ordered a small rubber cell phone holder for dash of car. Got it!! But when I checked my credit card statement, I saw I was charged $9.99 for an unidentified purchase and then three days later $39.99 for another unidentified amount. I called an 800# and spoke to "Henry" who said he would remove charges. So far only one charge has been removed. NEVER WOULD I ORDER FROM "BELRO.COM" So slimy!

told them I did not want it - they said I would have to pay a restocking fee of 15%

How do this company allowed to operate in the US?!

Ordered 3X received the item, it barely fit my wife who is 135 lbs. Unfortunately there were not any instructions.

Went to your site and it does explain procedure.

Horrible company. Overcharged me by $70. I got most of it back. I called about the remaining balance that needs to be refunded, and the guy hung up when I asked for it. I wish I could give a zero rating.

I did it again, ordered something from Belro, pop on dentures and received a piece of plastic that you would get for Halloween. Called several times and was told that i had to pay to return item. Sent email with photo of ad stating free returns only to get an offer of 40% to keep item and i rejected the offer. Would of took 70% just to get them out of my life. After a couple of weeks, no refund or emails. Called twice on the same day and was rudely hung up on by customer service. Lesson learnt. Always, Always fact check products especially from Google play gaming ads. Great pitch from supplier, horrible products and customer service when you express your concerns.

Ordered a backup camera for $ 34. It did not work as expected. They would only offer a 35% return so i got back $8.74. Crooks and scammers!

Over charged my card for something else. No one responded to the support email, I called the help number and the first time the call went through to a person and once I explained I wanted to get refund they hung up. The second time I called they didn't answer and sent me to voicemail where the box was full. Nice scam!

I wish I'd found these reviews before buying. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Double charged me $9.99 for protection I didn't want. Had to cancel my bank card. Both charges were eventually reversed when I emailed their customer service.

Tracking has said for two days that package is out for delivery. When I called Belro about it, I had to talk to multiple people who either gave bad info or hung up on me. They use an outsourced 3rd party so it's a crap shoot if you get anything remotely close to customer service.

One employee told me to call the shipping company and gave me a new tracking code. That company has no record of the old or the new tracking code.

Stay away from Belro. You're NOT going to get what you order!
