One purchase morphed into 20 fraudulent ones
I was attempting to purchase some dog toys from Belro in Raleigh, NC for about $25 and immediately fraudulent charges for the amount of $35.97 from numerous unknown businesses started popping up. Luckily, my credit card company flagged my account and it has now been closed. Not sure if related or coincidence but i will not be purchasing those toys.
Stay , far away.
Stay far, far away from this bogus ripoff company. I just got ripped off for $65.00 for two items that were not as advertised.
Your 90 day 100 percent money back guarantee is extremely burdensome to me.
I am extremely disappointed with both the products I received and the overall experience with your company.
Your website indicated that the products would arrive the next day because they were shipping from Raleigh, North Carolina. I placed my order on August 2, 2026, and did not receive the products until August 11—approximately 10 days later. That is certainly not what I understood "next-day" delivery to mean.
Unfortunately, when the products finally arrived, I found them to be subpar and not worth keeping. What makes this even more frustrating is your so-called 90-day money-back guarantee.
I am required to pay $7.99 out of my own pocket to return products that I am dissatisfied with. I then have to track the package myself and contact your company again after USPS shows that it has been delivered to your warehouse. In other words, I am doing virtually all of the work required to return a product that did not meet my expectations in the first place.
A 90-day money-back guarantee should provide customers with a reasonable and straightforward way to return an unsatisfactory product—not require the customer to pay additional money, monitor the shipment, and then notify the company that its own warehouse has received the package.
The combination of misleading delivery expectations, an approximately 10-day wait for the order, subpar products, and an unnecessarily burdensome return process has left me extremely dissatisfied.
I expect you to provide a reasonable resolution, including instructions for returning the products and reimbursement of the $7.99 return shipping cost. I also expect the return and refund process to be handled promptly without requiring me to repeatedly follow up with your company.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously and reconsider how you are handling returns under your 90-day money-back guarantee.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!
DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! They added both a “protection fee” to my order as well as a “membership fee” which I did not know about. I immediately cancelled my credit card after these charges were made. I am concerned that they will continue to make charges against my card without me knowledge.

Ordered a 35” portable AC Unit for my workspace in July 20. I got it in about a week. What i received was 14” worthless AC Unit that couldn’t keep an ant cool. When I asked where the AC unit was shipping from, I was told Florida. Lies. Shipped from China. Lastly. I now have to dispute a recurring charge from a website related to Belro, Torinshop.com. Buy nothing from either of them. HUGE SCAM!
I ordered a hat while i was on…
I ordered a hat while i was on vacation. the add said it would arrive in 2-3 days. Once I placed the order, they said it would be delayed because of tariffs. I tried to track it after I came home. It went all over the northeast while my location was in the southeast and then suddenly it said delivered but I couldn't tell where they delivered it. this was 3 weeks after I placed the order. The phone number they give is not in service and the emails directed me to the US post office. Very irresponsible, I would say. So I spent over $40 for nothing!
Scam
Scam! I made a purchase here for $8 and have been getting fraudulent charges from them ever since. Avoid this site!
Buyer beware!
Ordered a dress from Belro that was supposed to arrive in a couple of days from Raleigh, N.C. ( about 3 hours away from my town). Took about 1 month to receive and it came from China. Was not what was advertised. The item looked like it was made out of paper( polyester) and something you would dispose of after one wearing. Atrocious!
Buyer beware!!!
Here's How The Device Actually Operated
After ordering the wifi modem and getting overcharged, I canceled the order. I had to change my credit card account because of the transaction. So what winds up happening is that about a week after canceling my order a package showed up. It was the modem. I figured I should at least try it and see if it will hold a charge. After the device charged I inserted a SIM CARD! [Regardless of the what ad says] It is MANDATORY to have a SIM card to operate the device. So I tried to set it up and the directions were not entirely clear. One night I sat up for a couple of hours trying to figure it out. I got discouraged and went to bed. The next day I watched a YouTube video about how the modem is set up. The problem I had was Managing the Web UI page and getting the Home Page to display on my linked Chromebook. I figured it out and after I completed setting it up I tried it out. The son of a gun actually works! I was able to connect 3 devices to the modem. I also took the modem down to my building's laundry room to see if it would continue operating. It passed the test. I have not used it on the road or outside the US but I am planning a trip to Italy so I expect to use it then. How much money is the device actually worth? Probably about $15 - $20 bucks. It is mostly plastic but it is light and portable. So even though the device is good, I can't recommend ordering it from this company. Similar devices can be bought on sites like Temu or AliExpress for about $10. This one says it has 300 Mbps and is a 4G mobile router. Oddly, there is no actual brand information on the packaging. I don't know the name of the company that produced this thing but it uses USB type C. The user manual was difficult to understand and had gaps between explanations. I only figured it out because I am tireless and I got lucky.
Ordered a product and immediately…
Ordered a product and immediately regretted it after I got 5 unauthorized charges immediately following. I canceled the order but unbeknownst to me i was signed up for a monthly subscription for 39.99. I canceled my visa card but it did no good. They were somehow able to obtain my new card information and every 2 or 3 days the charges appear again. My card does decline charges as fraud but it shuts my card down until I can clear it. If anyone can suggest how to stop this i would appreciate it. Obviously getting a new card didn't help
They a fraud
They a fraud. Never purchase anything from them. Ordered an item they sent the wrong one and I ask for a refund. They refuse to give it to me. They said I need to dispute through my bank.
A fradulent business!
A fradulent business. Does business under different names and CC charges are processed through account named zapostore based in Cyprus. Further search says the company is based out of Poland. Agreed to reduced amount of product refund but they then refunded less and, upon further contact attempts, have been unresponsive. If you choose to do business with them, be prepared to receive junk and, maybe, a partial refund (<35%).
Indestructible pet toys are a joke
I ordered two “indestructible” plush toys for my dogs and they were ripped apart in 10 minutes. I contacted customer support and they told me to return the items for a refund. They are literally shredded to bits and in the garbage. Do not waste your money!!
I made a order and they overcharged me
I made a order and they overcharged me, after I contacted them they said they would refund me the difference, and they partially did I am still overcharged by 9.99 , if they don’t correct this, I will dispute it on my card, I cannot recommend they, one guy I contacted was. Rude and hung up on me
Scammers
Scammers - i ordered a mic that was only compatable with ancient iphones. Customer service did not answer. Scammers should be shut down.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They sent me a mini version of product I ordered. Told me it's from the same line. Demanded my money back and they made me pay for the shipping return. Terrible company.

A complete scam... Multiple company charges with different names, and a refusal to cancel or refund my money within 30 minutes of my initial purchase...
My credit union did not help much, because they still allowed the charges to go through.
Hidden monthly rewards subscription of $39.99 per month...
Cancelled my bank card...
Total scam
Total scam. My wife ordered a pair of sunglasses for $25. She declined the "rewards club" and $9.95 "Ultimate protection" plan. Both were added to her order anyway. After reading reviews online saying they did this to others, I checked her order again, and found both were added. So she asked for a complete cancellation of her order, a few hours later. She was given a total run around from customer service. She was so frustrated, I took over on her behalf. After a day or two, they refunded the $9.95 ultimate protection scam, but I had asked for a total cancellation of her order & refund, within 24 hours. Why she cancelled was we learned of the "rewards" scam they pull through reviews by others, where after 21 days of the "free" rewards club, you get charged a $29.95 per month recurring membership fee. They said they cancelled her membership subscription when I filled out the "cancel your subscription" form online (I took a screen shot of it saying "received"), but after all this we didn't trust anything they said, and cancelled her credit card and got a new card, and reported them as a fraudulent company. Her original order was never cancelled and refunded as I requested, they just kept asking if I wanted to cancel, as if they didn't receive my previous requests to cancel. The term "fell on deaf ears" best describes their customer service team. We gave up. We paid $25 for the lesson of reading reviews here first, before ordering anywhere online. The $25 sunglases she ordered, that we got stuck paying for before I cancelled the credit card, have yet to be delivered, so we cannot speak about quality of the item. She ordered them 23 days ago and tracking says they have not even been shipped yet. I doubt they ever will be. I saved all emails between us and have screenshots to back up everything I said here.
EDIT: It has now been 45 days since ordering, and tracking info I got from entering order number reads item ordered "not shipped". We were never notified of any delays. No communication between us whatsoever. Never given a tracking number, nothing. I tracked it on their website using email & order number.
Federal law says if product is not delivered in 30 days, they must give us a refund if it is requested. I did such a request, they refused. We received this reply from their customer service, about an hour later:
"We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
At this time, we do not have the option to issue a refund from our end. For the fastest resolution, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider directly, as they will be in the best position to review the charge and assist you further.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best Regards,
Ryan"
We're filing a complaint about their fraudelent practices with the FTC (Federal Trade Comission).
The Product Wasn’t the Real Problem — My Card Was
I experienced a paradigm shift once I recognized the pattern: BelroShop/Belro may not simply be selling inferior products. My bigger concern is that the purchase process may expose card details that can later be used for unauthorized fees, subscriptions, and charges under other merchant names.
In my case, concern about a questionable online purchase quickly became concern about the safety of my payment card when unfamiliar attempted charges appeared almost immediately afterward.
I posted my original review under BelroShop rather than Belro. Within about 30 minutes, my credit card declined two additional attempted charges from RelzoTech and TargoSports. I did not authorize either charge.
At first, I thought this was mainly about cheap or misrepresented products, delayed shipping, hidden warranty or “priority processing” fees, and poor customer service. After seeing attempted charges from other names, I now believe the product may be the bait that gets consumers to enter their payment information.
Other Trustpilot reviews describe a similar pattern: surprise $9.95 or $9.99 add-ons, unauthorized subscriptions around $34.95 to $39.99, fraud alerts, duplicate charges, and charges appearing under names other than Belro or BelroShop. My declined RelzoTech and TargoSports charges fit that pattern.
Consumers should not look only for “Belro” or “BelroShop” on their statements. Watch for unfamiliar merchant names such as RelzoTech, TargoSports, Vanta Commerce, Marenonline, Jomhome, Zapostore, Torinshop, Shopzaven, Bellorishop, Epicooler, and similar names.
My warning: treat any related unfamiliar charge as a possible card-compromise issue.
If you see any unauthorized or unfamiliar charge after buying from BelroShop/Belro, contact your card issuer immediately. Ask them to dispute any posted charges, block the merchant, monitor for additional attempts under other names, and advise whether the card number should be replaced.
For the next several weeks, check both posted and pending transactions daily, turn on instant purchase alerts, search your statement for small test charges and recurring amounts such as $9.95, $9.99, $34.95, $39.95, and $39.99, and watch for unfamiliar merchant names rather than only “Belro” or “BelroShop.”
Also save screenshots of the order page, emails, bank alerts, declined charges, merchant names, dates, and amounts. If your bank mentions recurring billing or automatic card updates, ask whether those can be blocked for the suspect merchants.
Bottom line: I would avoid BelroShop/Belro and treat any RelzoTech, TargoSports, or other unfamiliar charge after shopping there as urgent. My experience and the repeated reports from other consumers suggest the real danger is not just receiving a bad product, but exposing your payment card to unauthorized charges under shifting merchant names. Document everything, call your bank, dispute unauthorized activity, monitor your account closely, and consider replacing the card if your issuer recommends it.
Belro/Marenonline/Onlinenexus Scam
Ordered item on May 1 from Belro. Purchase amount ($44.98) promptly charged to CC by Marenonline, but delivery was much slower than advertised. On May 21st and on that day every month thereafter, $39.99 was charged to CC by Marenonline. Beginning on June 1st and on that day every month thereafter, $34.95 was charged to our CC by Onlinenexus.com, a web site we never heard of or used. We complained to Belro/Marenonline in early July and were promised a refund and no further charges. Nope, they continued. Norton reports both sites as possible scams and blocks them. This certainly seems to be the case.
Beware
Beware - at point of purchase for our product there was a 1 day delivery promise. Given we needed the item in 3 days that worked perfectly. Immediately following the purchase we received an automated email that it would be 7-10 days. A full on bait and switch and bad business practice. We immediately requested a refund and to not send the product as we purchased based on their delivery promise. We would not have purchased otherwise. This was followed by 3 days of emails, a 25% refund and finally a 35% refund. While this is better than noting a 100% refund was due and not given. Easy online process but bad service and unethical business practices.
