If I could give it zero stars, I would. Thank goodness my credit union recognized a suspicious transaction. I was charged an extra 9.99 for a membership I declined. And even though they said overnight delivery at the time I ordered, the email said it would be 5 to 8 days for it to be received. This is a scamming company. Order was through Belro, charges were from Relzotech for the order itself, and the extra charge was from Orenfashion. My credit union voided my debit card, and I had to get a new one because of this.

Ordered a chess set on this website. Two extra charges for $9.99, even though I opted out of the Shipping Protection. Item is supposed to be on its way, but no tracking number. Four different states & three different names used for this company (MT, NC, FL,NJ and Belro.com, Relzotech.com & Torinshop.com). I had to cancel my debit card so nothing more could be charged. I'm out $74.93. Do not order anything from this company! They say they are a family run business from Raleigh, NC.

Update: They refunded one of the $9.99 charges. My granddaughter just received her chess set, the day after her birthday. So in the end I was only out $9.99. They almost fixed everything after numerous calls and emails.

Pkg was never delivered, tracking said incorrect address. Called USPS and they said no tracking info with that number. False charges deducted from my bank by Belro - should have looked at reviews first!!!

They tried to add unauthorized additional charges to my purchase, so I immediately canceled my credit card.

Items slammed to CC and have been trying to get a credit back with no success as of yet. Stay away from this place.

Finally did get the credit with several calls. Item I bought finally arrived the box all torn up and toy parts loose all over. Will never deal with these people again.

I ordered a dog toy that is supposed to move and entertain a dog. Marketing said sale from $49.90 to $14.95.
First thing they did was charge me for a 2 year warranty which I did not order and the next they charged me for overnight shipping which took 11 days.

Finally, the product is flimsy and won't last a day with a dog much less entertain them. It is the shady charges by this company that I did not like. They did credit me the money for the warranty and the shipping.

False advertising. Add on unapproved charge to order and enter a subscription. I’ve cancelled the order and subscription and hope I’m done with them. Scam.

Scammers I never received my package but they won’t refund me my money I will never order again please be aware of these thieves

Wow, these people are just straight up liar's and thieves. I ordered an item that was to be delivered the next day. That was 8/15. It's supposed to be out for delivery for the last 2 days. I doubt it will ever arrive as I believe them to be scam artists. So I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB and Trust pilot and now disputed my credit card. Never buy from these scammers.

I ordered a toiletry bag. Took weeks to be delivered & it was small & cheap looking, not what I ordered online. I think the company is just a US front for inexpensive Chinese goods.

HOLY COW! Steer clear of this place. I ordered one item online priced at $14.97. At the end of the transaction it asks if you want to buy an additional $9.99 handling service. I clicked NO. It added to my order anyway bringing the charge up to $24.96. I saw this immediately and checked my credit card transactions. Five minutes after the up charged order they hit me with ANOTHER $9.99 with no explanation. Thankfully the receipt listed a number (518-300-1773) for Belro Customer Service. I called it. It was answered by the rudest, nastiest man imaginable for customer service. He was snapping and yelling at me for my name, what I ordered, and last four digits of my credit card number. No matter how fast I answered him, it wasn't fast enough. I asked why the website charged me an additional $9.99 for handling when I specifically declined it, he mumbled something I couldn't understand. I asked what the second charge of $9.99 was, he snapped, "Its a subscription!" I asked what kind of subscription. He didn't answer. I could hear him typing and then he disconnected the call. I didn't know if he did anything or not so I called my credit card company. They said the charges were still in a pending status, but if I wait until they go through and call back, they'll stop all the charges and deal with Belro. A few hours later I did see two refunds on my credit card, each for $9.99 -- the subscription and the service fee. They never refunded the original $14.97 though, although they did cancel the order. This morning I called the same number and got another man (possibly the same one, I'm not sure) and he was even nastier than the one from yesterday. Its amazing how he literally yells at you on the phone for your name and last four of your credit card number. I wasn't retrieving the CC number fast enough and he was melting down on me. WTF? I would urge everyone to be very, very careful about purchasing from this place, and DON'T use a debit card. You'll likely need your CC bank to help you with overcharges.

Belro is a chinese company. Took my money then told me it would take 5 to 8 days for delivery. They promised 1 to 2 days. They flat out lied about delivery. Pretty outrageous. All this after I called to confirm the product is in stock. Outrageous!!

Bought a garden spinner. They said it was rust proof. Lasted about 2 weeks
Started rusting. Emailed them.
They said I had to ship to Hong Kong and pay for it. Definitely a rip-off

Received cheap version from outside USA. Charged extra 9.99 for insurance; I clicked “No Thanks”. Stole my card number after purchase. 39.99 charge the next month.

I’m still waiting for my order and it’s been 2 weeks now. I should have read these reviews before ordering and then would have been spared this. They don’t answer emails and the rep HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I asked him if he wanted the order number and he told me that if he wanted it he’d ask for it! So rude!

Not sure if item will ever come or what bogus charges they have made but I will get any fraudulent ones removed.

AVOID! Absolute total scam site. Product did arrive 2 weeks late, but in the meantime they added lots of extra unauthorized charges. After getting those resolved, they added another larger unauthorized charge for their 'subscription service' as if anyone would but from them twice. To complicate matters, charges show up as from lots of other companies (including marenonline.com and ORENFASHIONB.com) which are not mentioned by Belro. The whole process creates a tangle that is difficult to sort out. Best advice: AVOID!

Do not order from here ! Ordered a garden ornament for my husband for our anniversary and the item delivered a week later was NOTHING like the ad. I notified same day. Now stuck in AI email loop say can't find my order number and asking for pictures, in which i have replied with info multiple times! Belro does not stand behind money back and Customer Service line on their site is DISCONNECTED!

Do not stand behind 30 day money back guarantee. Offered 35% refund. Shipping would be customer responsibility. Never again!

They billed me 3 times for one pair of shoes. Do not use them as I had to get a new credit card 2 times, for fraudulent charges

I placed an order for a standing AC unit on 7/3/26 which was 35’ tall and received a foot tall desk fan. The entire purchase was $118.98. I have been fighting with them ever since to end this peacefully and refund my card, to which they replied they were unable to do because of some bullshit excuse. I said they could send me a check and that was unacceptable to them. So now I am In the process of continuing with fraud charges with the BBB and other sources. DO NOT order a thing from this company, they are thieves. They re-charge ur credit/debit card and never refund the money. They have to be stopped and taken down for their fraudulent activity.
