Added additional shipping fees, doubled the order placed and tried to add subscription costs. Tried to call and emailed to no avail. Don't order from them.

I got scammed and had to cancel my debit card over a stupid neck pillow. Do not purchase anything from this website. They don't let you decline the $9.99 membership fee at check out. My bank blocked it and put a hold on my card, thankfully. When I called the bank there were at least 3 or 4 additional $9.99 charges from Nuvia Sports and other random companies that were pending. Stay away from them!

Stupidly fell for a cute ad for what I now know was an AI-generated image of a coneflower bird feeder from a website called "Belro shop" that I now know is a front for this fraud-machine. I tried purchasing on the website and my card initially auto-declined the transaction (I should've stopped there but I didn't...I really wanted the bird feeder to be real), tried a second time and it was initially declined, then went through (came up on my bank statement as a charge from "Kelvo shop" despite being bought on a website with a different brand name) after I tried a different card, which also went through (I know, like I said I really wanted this to be true and I was being stupid). Didn't realize until the next day that I'd accidentally made two successful purchases on their site and immediately reached out by email. Suspiciously, shortly after I sent that email I received emails confirming that BOTH items had been shipped already. Then got an email from "customer service" shortly after that saying there was nothing they could do as the items have already been shipped and they now must be sent back after receipt. When I tell you I was so disappointed once these "bird feeders" arrived....I won't even describe them but suffice to say they were laughable in both size, construction and quality. An obviously drop-shipped product not meant to be actually used for any purpose other than to dupe hopeful customers. My email requesting a refund was met with a reply offering me a 35% refund in exchange for keeping these heaps of garbage. I declined, and was told that I must pay to ship said pieces of trash back to their original location, respond to their email with tracking number wherein I am to receive a 25% refund, then let them know after the item has been delivered so they can "schedule the remaining 75% refund." That was a week ago and I just got a fraud alert on the credit card I used to accidentally-purchase the second bird feeder, that I was charged $39.99 for a subscription service I did not enroll in through a company called "Relzotech" that I don't recognize. Considering I've now read that this "Belro shop" seems to be a coverup for an operation of scamming consumers by selling their CC information to various other scam sites, I'm betting that's exactly what this charge was about. Luckily I've already gotten a new card to replace the one I used to purchase the first item, and just got off the phone with my CC company after this mystery charge was auto-declined and they will be sending me a new card, AS WELL AS disputing another mystery charge from Relzotech I didn't even realize had hit my account for $34.96 two weeks ago. These people are SCAM ARTISTS AND THIEVES. DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! They also have a pattern of coming to sites like these and leaving fake 5-star reviews for every 1-star review a real customer leaves, to make themselves look legit. Freaking liars.

Wow, I should have read the reviews on
this company. I ordered shoes that were too big, tried exchanging and was told No, no refunds, I wanted to exchange for a smaller size. I was offered 35% off but hey, I can get 50% my next order!!! Yeah, I don’t think so! On the bag that the shoes are in, in BIG letters it reads 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! That was a lie. I would never recommend this company for any merchandise. Please don’t waste your time or money when you cannot get money back from their 100% customer satisfaction.

Belro not only charges for items not ordered and has belligerent customer service agents but my credit card was compromised more than several times for the same amount I requested to be credited. All this within 15 minutes of placing an order and cancelling it.

This company is wrought with fraud. I notified my bank immediately. They are in cahoots with Nuvia Sports. Both companies try and wrangle buyers into fraudulent memberships and try to charge you exuberant fees. Stay away from this company.

Complete ripoff! Fraudulent website that charged $80 for item I could have found at the dollar store for $10. Then charged $39.95 for "monthly membership" I never authorized. They tried 4 or 5 different company names to charge me. Thankfully Chase caught it and declined the transaction before alerting me. Chase issued a chargeback and credited my account for the initial purchase. Had to void my card and get a new one. Wish I'd checked Trustpilot first.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...
I ordered a child seat that was supposed to be delivered the next day. I then received an email advising me of a delay in shipping. It stated "Due to the extremely high demand for your product and President Trump's new tariffs causing a backlog with shipping companies, please allow 5-8 business days for your order to arrive after it ships". Still has not shipped but I have received two additional charges for $9.99 each, one for shipping (which was supposed to be free) and one for an insurance policy on the $18.00 item I purchased.

They are nothing short of scam artist. Don't do business with this company. Then they say oh we are so sorry, what a bunch of losers!

horrible, asked for a refund after I did not approve the order , they were tacking on additional charges I did not authorize, my bank noticed it. all I got was a run around, and emails not responding to my request. This is a scam site, don't buy from them

The company is designed to steal money from customers and make it impossible to return purchases. Belro Shoes that works under the corporate name of Vanta Commerce LLC is designed to capture your credit card information and then charge you for other purchases and subscriptions that you do not want. The company is stealing money from customers.

This is a dishonest, scammy “company”, one that must be run by the most dishonest, cynical fraudsters on the internet. I should have checked the reviews first but like a chump I got sucked in by the seemingly low price listed for the item. Then Belro somehow forgot the promotional discount it said it was offering, added an absurd and deceptive “Ultimate Protection Package” that I did not want and was tricked into adding to my purchase. Attempts to deal with them by phone are followed by long, long waits on hold and then dropped or met with hangups by rude people who have no interest in assisting you. Once they get your money you probably are never going to get it back. Check other reviews on Trust Pilot. They are just a bunch of flim flam artists. Stay away from these crooked jerks.

Same story as everyone else here. Ordered a product on Belro. Declined 9.99 expedited shipping. Two charges went through my account 9.99 at Seronline and 46.99 at Halorstore.com (which btw, was 9.99 more than it was supposed to be.) called bank and because I authorized charge they won’t protect me due to scam (chase bank) looked at the refund policy and refunds don’t apply to sales items. Guess what- whole site is on sale. Guess I’m getting a new card soon. Stay away!

Do not trust this site! My credit card immediately flagged it as fraudulent so fortunately the charge did not go through. However, this website is still emailing me despite not actually having my credit card information to say they have to add $10 in shipping. Total scam! So lucky my credit card caught it!

This company should not be allowed to do business in the United States. They are liars. I purchased their stand alone AC, which their website says would be delivered next day. It came two weeks later, a VERY small table fan that weighs 12 oz. They inflated the image and fabricate reviews on their website. They swindled me out of $150.00 for this sub-standard product. They go by different names so be aware. They are also known as nuviasports and Zapo store.
When I placed my order, I contacted them within a few hours via email to cancel the order and asked that they credit the money back to my account. They did not, besides my bank denied payment initially, and they made six different attempts to collect the money. I am so sorry I approved the order. I will be sending it back and I will see if they will refund my money. This company is a disgrace to the international business community.

Everything everyone says about this company is true. It's a scam. I placed an order. In addition to the purchase price I was Immediately charged an additional $9.99 for express shipping and another $9.99 for a warranty and shipping protection. My bank flagged it immediately. I called 6 times trying to get the order canceled. They would only remove one of the $9.99 charges. Then i see I'm signed up for some sort if subscription. I've canceled my credit card and have disputed the rest of the charges with my bank.

I initiated a purchase w them which my credit card company declined. This prompted me to research Belro at which time discovered they were known for scams, unauthorized charges and more. I decided to purchase the item from a different vendor.

However, the charge appeared on my credit card statement. Upon calling MC, I learned the vendor ran the card 3 more times until it was approved. I did not authorize those attepts.
