So, i ordered what I thought would be a digital camera for $40 and instead got a knock off kid camera with horrible quality. they were also clever to use the "order today, get tomorrow scheme. they also tried to charge me more for a lifetime warranty that i never wanted. when you were going to put your card info, it said data encryted, secure. which is just another way to trick you. after i purchased it i started getting charges from all kinds of sites which i then had to get another card. i then was trying to contact customer service which litteraly kept saying how they'll answer my call but never did. it also led me to this bot that wanted money in order to contact someone. it is literally so stupid because i did not get what i wanted and neither did anyone. it literally took weeks for it to get here for it to not even be what i asked for. they need to be shut down, literally stealing people's money. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!

They added $9.99 to my bill without my consent. I have had bogus charges applied to my credit card since I purchased from them. They are liars and thieves.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. After the initial payment they tried to charge me two more times and my bank caught it. Huge scam.

I ordered a portable air conditioner and got a humidifying fan! I am currently disabled and I need to have air conditioner for health reasons and they refuse to refund me my money for this bogus item they sent me! I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to buy another air conditioner therefore, I need my money back! I will never order anything else online because of this!

Was charged $9.99 for expedited shipping and then it took 2 weeks to arrive. The company does not take returns. What a ripoff.

Horrible!!! Received the wrong item! Terrible customer service. No apology. They take no responsibility for their error. Didn't attempt to send me what I ordered. Said they would only refund half of what I paid and had the audacity to offer me 30% off of a future purchase!!! Incredible. If I wanted a full refund then I would have to return the package at my expense and give them the tracking number and only then would I receive a refund of my $108 plus. Wow I have to pay for their mistake! Bogus scam company. Stay away.

Stay away. The scam reviews are real. Thankfully my bank alerted me 30 secs after I hit purchase. What a joke. Unauthorized transactions were immediately applied. Always verify with Trustpilot before purchasing too good to be true merch.

Scammers. I ordered pants that was advertised as fast shipping and it took way longer than their website advertises it. There were multiple charges of the same price from different companies on my credit card. What the f is this?!!

Ad said next day delivery Not ,product not even close to what was described, contacted customer service was told the product I got was replacement for original,was supposed to be room ac turned out just very small fan

I ordered a hanging toiletry pouch for $35 based on online reviews and pictures. What I received is equivalent to a $6.98 dollar store purchase. Now I am stuck on hold with customer service. I have waited for 8 minutes and have not been helped. Do not order from this company. Also, product was delivered late.

Belro is a complete scam. They charged me a hidden subscription fee and an unexpected premium shipping fee, which appeared as separate transactions on my credit card. When I contacted customer service to dispute the charges, they repeatedly claimed I hadn’t responded, even though I replied multiple times. They then closed my support ticket without resolving the issue.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with Belro. They’re complete crooks!

Do not buy from them! It was a scam, they stole my credit card info and there were 11 purchases within minutes.

I placed an order on 6/30/26 for a portable air conditioner. It is 7/18 and I still have not received my item. The 1st customer service person was very nice and she even refunded the $9.99 I paid to insure the item. The 2nd person hung up on me. I got 2 response emails after my complaint. But still have not received my package. I wish I had checked this website for reviews before purchasing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! 18 DAYS SINCE MY ORDER, AND IT'S STILL NOT HERE. I EMAILED & GOT GENERIC RESPONSE ABOUT HOW THEY'RE SO CONCERNED WITH WORKING CLOSELY WITH FULFILLMENT PARTNERS & WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS, BUT NO RESPONSE TO MY NEXT 3 EMAILS. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS.

Order a portable air conditioner never received they keep telling me it’s on the way and now they’re hanging up I’m going to get my money back don’t buy from this company I wish I would’ve saw this page sooner

It’s a horrible company with horrible service and equally horrible product: First, it took forever for the microblading brow pen to get to me and the tracking process is impossible as you can’t get an accurate shipping info unless you email customer service. Next, they overcharged me and when I called them, claimed that it was a glitch in the system that signed me up for some subscription and some shipping protection that I didn’t request. True, after I called them, they refunded the extra money. Finally, I ordered my pen in brown. Instead, they sent something that looked red and not even remotely brown on the skin. The only good thing was that for $20, I could just throw it out. I will never order from them again!

Ordered the upgraded grill grease collection system and the item received was substantially different from the one pictured in their online web pages and was missing a key component - silicon bucket liner. They did not honor their return and refund policy in any manner. Had to use credit card dispute process. I am out the money to return the item.

This is a scam operation trying to cheat people out of money might continuing to charge their payment method with add-ons that they're hoping to slip by without notice. First they promised the product the next day. After your order is in they notify you that the product will then take 7 to 10 days to arrive. In reality it takes at least 4 weeks and then they substitute a cheap version of what you ordered hoping to get by. In the meantime your payment method is charged an extra fee for expedited service which you didn't ask for and you certainly did not get. A couple of weeks after that, they charge your card another $40 for membership, which you never saw anything about Jordan shoes sign up for. You have to go through the whole process each time of writing to them several times to get a refund on your payment method. Finally they send you a smaller size version of your product that 1/5 the amounts on temu, and then want you to pay postage to return their item in order to get a refund. They offer you a 50% discount on the next item you order from them as if you would ever order another product again from such a horrible company. They show you that they have a customer service phone number, but when you call it you are always the first person in line and they never answer the phone. The entire operation is geared to steal money from you hoping you will not notice subsequent charges to your payment method. This company is a total scam and in the end they offer you 35% of the purchase price to go away or spend more money on postage hoping that they will refund your money. Even if they refund 35%, they're still making money because the item they sent you cost $11 instead of $48 which was your purchase price. Do not use this company! It is a complete scam!
